"Upon early check-in, I found that my reserved mountain view room was located by the road. After speaking with the front desk, the hotel immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a river view room, which was much quieter and offered a more scenic view. Both the in-room and external facilities were excellent, comfortable, and spotless. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All the benefits promised on my booking were fully delivered. The hotel is currently undergoing a second phase of expansion, and I look forward to even more facilities and room options in the near future."

If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"This hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Bi Peng Gou scenic area entrance. It has an elevator, which is great for getting around, and the cleanliness and facilities are impressive. The heating, in particular, was a lifesaver. We visited on the first day of Chinese New Year, so there weren't many tourists yet. Longwang Sea wasn't frozen but still incredibly beautiful, and it even got a bit warm in the sun. However, my child and I started to feel some altitude sickness once we reached Panyang Lake. Thankfully, the hotel provided oxygen tanks (you can pick them up from the front desk and return them if unused). After coming back from the scenic area, we had dinner at the Yanbang restaurant right in front of the hotel. You even get a discount with your room card, and the food was delicious with good portion sizes!"

"Facilities: The facilities are excellent, the room has everything you need, and the water pressure is really strong, perfect for a comfortable shower. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic, everything is good. Environment: The surrounding area is a campsite where children can have a lot of fun. Many people also camp overnight there, and there's a restaurant. Service: The restaurant management seemed a bit chaotic; we waited an hour and our food still hadn't arrived. The campsite also had a bonfire party, which was very lively."

"Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide."

Stay away from the noise of the city, enjoy the tranquility we have prepared for you, and enjoy the infinite beauty brought by nature.
"We arrived early around 11.30am and the staff kindly allowed us to check in. Since the room wasn’t ready yet, we left our luggage and walked to Bipenggou Park, which is only about 10 minutes away. The room has floor heating, making it very cozy and warm despite the cold weather. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone planning to overnight in Bipenggou."

"I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect."

"Exceeding expectations, I believe many people booked this place because they had a hot spring in Ramada, but there was no accommodation nearby. First of all, this 'hotel' is a collector, all the layout is local, the street outside is beautiful. The whole street from the inside of the 'hotel' to the village is very clean. Because we liked their carpets very much, we bought two pieces to go home."
