"The hotel is like probably the best in the area no. Room was upgraded and loved it. The staff cannot speak english but are kind and patient and we communicate through translator app. My favorite is the photography service - very highly recommended. The photographer and his assistant are very professional and very friendly. I would recommend to take the photography session. It's free and you get to wear exotic ******* costumes. I would stay here again for sure."

"We originally planned to stay in Bipenggou, but there was a power outage due to heavy snow. The owner of the B&B recommended several hotels in the county town to us, so we chose this one. The hotel opened a few years ago. It is well maintained, the breakfast is delicious, the boss is very enthusiastic, the service is very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I recommend it."

"What an experience to have this small yard in western Sichuan! It's really great!
The housekeeper sister is so caring, the service is thoughtful, and we take care of us very well. The aunt who made breakfast was very skilled. In the morning, she came to make porridge for us, stir-fried vegetables, the following strips, and the breakfast was rich and delicious.
The small yard is too comfortable, the environment is good, the facilities are smart, it is highly recommended, and it is more comfortable than staying in a hotel. I have already thought about the autumn red leaf trip.
Let me boast again, the hotel's toilet paper is better than Debao's 😜"

"I was incredibly lucky to get a room upgrade during the May Day holiday. You can really tell the owner is dedicated to creating a high-end hotel with a sophisticated, photogenic interior in this small county town. They were proactive in contacting us before check-in and offered concierge service. I even met a staff member who proudly told us that they change the hot spring water daily. It's clear a lot of thought went into the room design as well. While Gurgou is a small place I probably won't visit again, I truly hope the establishment thrives. It would be wonderful if more travelers visiting this area could enjoy not just comfort, but also a beautiful and enriching experience."

"My colleague recommended this place, so I decided to check it out. I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, which meant I could only go up the mountain the next day. In the meantime, my kids had a blast digging in the sand and jumping on the trampoline in the hotel garden. You absolutely *must* visit the garden bar in the hotel's backyard at night – it's incredibly photogenic! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the soundproofing in the room was. Plus, there's a mini-fridge in the room, perfect for storing fruits I bought on the way. My only regret is that online sources said Wu Lei stayed here, but the hotel was renovated last year. While the facilities are newer and better, I couldn't get a photo of 'his' room."

"Had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay. The owners and their family were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Our room was incredibly spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The beef offal hot pot *must* be highlighted! It was absolutely divine! The broth was rich and flavorful, the beef offal fresh and meticulously clean, and the portions were generous. The taste was incredibly authentic."

"Environment: Very nice, the newly opened store in June, the decoration style is simple and atmospheric, and at the foot of the mountain, it belongs to the location of Shangmeng Township that is not high above sea level, about 2100, if there are friends with high anti-reverse, you can choose this direction to stay in Mengxiang.
Service: The boss is very caring, the service is very good, there are KTV, mahjong machine, fitness equipment. There are also beer at the front desk, and there are many types. Suggestion: It would be better to add some parent-child toys.
Hygienic: very clean and tidy! We are a family of four staying in a suite. The children have a separate bed. Remember to ask the boss for more children's toothbrushes. 4 people live in a suite and have enough toothbrushes in advance. It is best to call the boss in advance, and there may be a release time period for road construction before July."

"This hotel is a great choice for visiting Bipenggou, located just 10 kilometers away on the Li Xiao Road. It's easy to find and offers convenient parking. The rooms don't feel like a typical guesthouse; they're more akin to a good quality chain hotel, with excellent cleanliness and smart home features throughout. I imagine the rooms facing Li Xiao Road would be particularly beautiful in autumn. The owner and staff are all very enthusiastic. In particular, one evening after a trip to Bipenggou, I was hungry at 8 PM, and the owner quickly whipped up a hot, delicious fried rice for me, and it was even free! I have to give them a thumbs up for that. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!!!"

"This is our second time staying here with the kids. It's really close to the Bipenggou Scenic Area, the hotel is comfortable, and on a cold day, soaking in the hot spring at the hotel is so relaxing. The restaurant food is also quite good. Definitely recommend!"

MM56703****This is a Tang Dynasty-style guesthouse hidden deep in the village of Gulgou. It's about a 20-minute drive from Gulgou town. We arrived late at night in the dark, and the owner came down from the roadside to help us with our luggage.
The guesthouse is built into the mountainside, so there are steps leading up and down, which can be a bit tiring. However, the view is absolutely stunning. Opening the windows and doors, you can see the distant colorful forests and snow-capped mountains, completely unobstructed.
Every detail in the rooms is exquisite and refined. The carpets, stools, beds, washbasins, etc., were all carefully designed by the owner and handcrafted by artisans. They are truly unique and cannot be replicated.
In the evening, we warmed ourselves by burning firewood in the fireplace. Sitting around the coffee table on the carpet, drinking tea and wine, we weren't cold at all. We chatted for a long time, sharing our views on Tang Dynasty history and modern society. The owner was very knowledgeable, and we listened attentively.
At night, with the electric blankets on, we weren't cold either. The guesthouse is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle.
We slept in until we naturally woke up in the morning. Breakfast was simple: sweet potato porridge, eggs, shumai, pickled vegetables, etc. It wasn't fancy, but it felt very much like ordinary rural life.
We only stayed one day, but I must say, it's worth staying longer to experience a different way of life.

The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. I especially want to praise the smart room control system – it's really high-tech, easy to use, and being able to control the curtains and air conditioning just by speaking was incredibly convenient. However, it would be even better if there were a few more lighting modes, such as a reading mode, a romantic mode, or a night light mode. This would enhance the ambiance and offer a more personalized experience. I look forward to visiting again and hope the hotel continues to improve!

HHaoranThis is the third time I have come to see the Snow Mountain B&B. The last time I came was in summer, and the Ergu Creek in winter was another scenery. Although it is a pity that there is no snow, the scenery of the snow-capped mountains is enough to be shocking.
This time I stayed in the largest sister room, the name should be taken from the sister peak of Siguniang Mountain. The room is clean and tidy, with its own floor heating, and it will not be cold in winter.
The housekeeper and his wife are still kind and cute, and they also saw the cute dog Hanamaki. For dinner, I ordered a Tibetan hot pot that I was thinking about. Sitting in the glass dome restaurant, while enjoying the steaming food, while looking at the distant mountains and the sky, it seems that people can forget all their troubles. Hope to come back next time in autumn red leaves season!
