"The hotel facilities are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The shower water was nice and hot. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a fantastic 180-degree panoramic view. The lobby downstairs is spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, helping us plan our itinerary right from when we booked the room. She advised us on how to avoid wasting time traveling between the two villages on the scenic bus and even booked our bus tickets back to Guilin for the next day. After checking out, she kindly drove us to the parking lot. The rice noodles for breakfast and the bamboo chicken and rice for dinner were delicious, and we even received complimentary glutinous rice wine. Highly recommended!"

The car can drive directly to the hotel entrance, so you don't have to drag your luggage up, which is a huge plus! The entire design is natural wood, and the room facilities and toiletries are incredibly thoughtful, down to the smallest detail!! The indoor wooden floors are so clean you can roll around barefoot, making you feel right at home!!! It's perfect for families with kids. Plus, it has such great style! The kids loved catching fish in the rice paddies and the swing on the terrace. The hotel's views and location are superb! The spicy chicken was delicious, and the glutinous rice wine was excellent; the kids loved it!! The housekeeper was very attentive. We'll definitely be back next time! 👍👍👍"

"The room was spotless, and the balcony glass was sparkling clean. I especially appreciated the two-layer balcony door, which included a screen door. Even the disposable shower cap had a hair tie inside – such thoughtful details that made me feel so comfortable and pleasantly surprised. My long-awaited 'true-to-life' fishing experience didn't happen because I got my period on the morning we arrived at Longji. The owner said I'd need to go barefoot for fishing, and since it wasn't a warm day at all, I just didn't have the courage to get into the water barefoot. I almost cried! We had dinner, and the next day's breakfast and lunch at the guesthouse. I strongly recommend that anyone staying here avoids eating at the Jinkeng Dazhai car park – the food here at the guesthouse is absolutely delicious!!! We also had an extra person join us unexpectedly, and the owner didn't charge extra for their breakfast. The owners (I assume it's a couple) and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, even offering directions proactively. All in all, it was absolutely wonderful!"

"Our arrival to the village was a bit difficult and we might have been a tad grumpy after having to climb up 20minutes vertically from the bus stop to the hotel with our 2 heavy suitcases, but immediately upon arrival our mood took a 360 shift. The owner was super friendly and told us that he even tried to reach us to pick us up by car but couldn’t due to our international number. We then got a room upgrade and he showed us where we can head out to see the first sights. We originally planned to stay only 1 night, but ended up loving our stay so much that we stayed an extra evening. We had a very nice European breakfast on the hotel’s beautiful view and made friends with the local cat. All the hikes and cultural experiences around were amazing, we especially liked the Dazhai-Ping’an hike, with so many amazing sights and views along the road. Was probably the most relaxing and enjoyable 3 days in our 3 week trip in south China. At the end of our stay the owner drove us down to the bus. We would absolutely love to come back and spend a full week here in any other season."

"The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful, expansive view of the terraced fields. Breakfast was included, and we just needed to arrange lunch and dinner with the owner. They also provided shuttle service up and down the mountain, which was incredibly convenient. The service was warm and attentive. I had to go up and down the mountain several times for personal matters, and the owner was always very enthusiastic about driving me and offering assistance. Truly commendable!"

The place is stunning, with breathtaking views over the rice terraces, truly a magical setting where you feel peaceful from the moment you arrive.
The hospitality was exceptional. The team took such great care of us throughout our stay. They even helped us buy local rice directly from villagers and surprised us with lovely farewell gifts. Their kindness and attention to detail really made the experience special 🥹
The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfectly matched the atmosphere of the village. Waking up here surrounded by nature and incredible mountain views is unforgettable.
And of course, a special shoutout to Bobo, the hotel’s mascot 🐶 the sweetest and friendliest dog, who made our stay even warmer and more enjoyable!

"The hotel is newly opened, the room is fully equipped, comfortable and warm, and the living experience is excellent. The hygiene is very clean and tidy, making people feel at ease and at ease. The environment is even more amazing. The homestay is quiet and elegant, quiet and natural. The window is directly facing the terraces. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Longji Terraces without leaving home. The view is wide and it is very pleasant to lie on the bed. The housekeeper is warm and sincere, and thoughtful to help with luggage. There is also afternoon tea. You can enjoy the scenery while drinking afternoon tea. When you check out, you also carefully prepared a souvenir. The meal is also eaten at the homestay. The chicken is local free-range and tastes delicious! highly recommended!

"Absolutely stunning! What a hidden gem of a guesthouse we found in the Longji Rice Terraces. Stepping inside, it's like a whole new world, full of delightful surprises everywhere you look! To find a guesthouse with an elevator in these deep mountain terraces is incredible; it saved us from the struggle of going up and down stairs. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, truly reflecting the owner's taste and the high quality of the establishment. Sitting on the balcony, basking in the sun and gazing at the distant rice terraces, is simply breathtaking!"

"Excellent location , in the Dazhai village center, easy 7 minute walk to the Dazhai parking lot for the cable car and the local buses to Ping'an and long hair show village (forgot the name). You can also walk to three observation platforms from the foothill to hilltop.
Room: spacious, clean, with all the amenities as described.
Hosts: a young couple with kids and mother, nice, welcoming people. Although they do not speak English, you can easily communicate via WeChat. They helped me with booking a bus to Guilin.
The hotel is recommended for nice views and local village experience.
I would like to have a menu, as well as a sketch map of the area with observation platforms, villages, hiking routes in English. Information on local events and local but routes/ schedules would also be helpful for non-Chinese tourists."
