"I really liked the service; the room was cleaned promptly. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was substantial and filling. The hotel is in a quiet location, so we slept with the window open. There's also private parking, which is very convenient. We'll definitely come back again. The only minor issue was on our last day, some of the breakfast dishes weren't washed properly and had an odor. But we just swapped them for other dishes, and it was fine."

"A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price. Breakfast was excellent. For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Great room with a beautiful view of both old Tbilisi and the mountains. The large terrace has a table and a rocking chair. The room features a big bed, armchairs, air conditioning, and a storage area for belongings. There's a separate toilet and shower. Upon request, we were provided with an iron and ironing board, a knife, and a corkscrew. The breakfasts were generally sufficient, offering coffee, juices, pastries, various vegetables, cold cuts of cheese, sausages, and a side dish. The administrator, Irakli, was kind and hospitable. Irakli, didi madloba! (Thank you very much in Georgian!) Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and the room."

"I'm writing this review a bit late, but I stayed here at the beginning of July and was very pleased! Even though some renovations were still underway, it didn't bother me at all. The staff made sure there were no noises or smells. They even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The staff were polite and attentive 🫶🏽 I want to thank them for their hospitality!"

"Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself."

"I stayed at the hotel for several days and left with a very warm impression. First and foremost, I'd like to express my gratitude for the room upgrade. Initially, I booked the simplest option – it looked very aesthetic, like a small 'princess's house,' but it turned out to be compact. The upgrade to a standard room was an excellent decision and significantly improved my comfort during the stay. I want to particularly highlight the service. I honestly don't think I've encountered such attentive, thoughtful, and delicate service anywhere else in Georgia. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently; you can truly feel the high level of guest care. Atmosphere is important to me, especially through details – for example, flowers. There were fresh flowers in the room, and on my last day, I received a bouquet, which was a very pleasant and unexpected gesture. Breakfasts are a separate delight. The atmosphere is truly special: live music, a man playing the piano, creating the feeling of being in a castle. This is a rare level for hotels. I also want to mention the wine – everything I tried was genuinely high quality. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail here is exceptionally high. I can confidently say that this is one of the best places I've stayed in Georgia. I would gladly return again and will recommend this hotel. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and memorable."

"We booked a family room. It had a queen size double bed and a single bed. The had all basic amenities kettle, cups, teabags, coffee, refrigerator. During our stay daily the room was cleaned by staff and we were provided with water bottles everyday. Bathroom was cleaned daily, towels were also changed. Staff was very friendly. About the breakfast as indian you will daily get eggs with salad, juice, fruits and coffee. Menu changes everyday with availability of eggs everyday. One day there were fried rice and mushroom curry. Only slight drawback is its far from the center you need to plan your day accordingly its difficult to get to hotel again and again if you once get out to explore the city. Other than that very thing is very good"

"I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. It was warm in January. The bed is large and quite soft. The staff is polite, especially thanks to Saba S. at the hotel's reception, who helped solve the problem. The jacuzzi is small but cozy and relaxing, there is an indoor pool working in winter, a gym. The location allows to go to the city center by feet, getting to know the city, but also there was no any problems to go to metro station nearby and take a taxi. I would come back here again."
