"Check-in was quick and easy, and they were also able to store my luggage, which was a huge help. The staff were all fantastic – very friendly and responsive. Overall, the room was quite good, and I'd definitely give the entire experience five stars. However, if you happen to get room 214, it can be a bit noisy at night. It's located right on the path from the garage into the hotel, so try to avoid that room if you can."

"The hotel's location is super convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk to landmarks like London Street and Swan Tower. Since it's a historic building, there's no elevator. Check-in at the front desk was quite unique, as shown in picture 1. The room was very clean, and the fridge even had complimentary milk and mineral water. Checkout was simple – just drop the room card into the box on the ground floor. You need a password to enter and exit the main gate, which is printed on the room card sleeve.
Breakfast was interesting, served in an old building restaurant right next to the hotel. It's not a buffet; you order from a menu. My booking included breakfast, but when I got there, the server informed me that anything over $15 would be charged extra. There were only two options within the $15 limit: two slices of toast ($8) or two fried eggs plus two slices of toast ($15)."

"Location was great and the room is spacious enough for 2 people to open luggage side by side. Service was excellent and reception staff were knowledgeable and very easy to approach.
However placement of certain things where missing, only one hook to hang towel and clothes inside bathroom and no seat near door to sit and put on shoes. Other then hangers no area to hang clothes. So outside coats/jackets and inside clothes needed to be hung together.
Overall great for short stay and will definitely be booking again if coming to Perth."

GGuest UserThe room was clean. There was daily housekeeping. The bathroom doesn’t have much except a hairdryer. The hotel staff was also very friendly and attended to us. Facilities were good, there’s a swimming pool, a gym and a restaurant.

Yyzc001The lobby and rooms were pretty standard. On the plus side, it had two king-sized beds, which was great for traveling with kids, and the location is right in the city center. Parking across the street is A$30 a day, but you need to get a special parking ticket from the hotel staff first to insert into the boom gate. Finding the parking entrance can be a bit tricky: drive out of the hotel, turn left at the corner, then turn left again at the next intersection, and the parking lot entrance is on the left at the first traffic light. If you park at the hotel's own parking, it's A$45 a day and includes valet service. For breakfast, if adults dine, children eat free. Book with the front desk for A$27 per person, which is a bit cheaper than the usual A$33. Only two bottles of water are provided, so if you're staying for many days, you'll need to get your own water from the dispenser in the lobby.

AAnonymous UserThe room was great, although I didn't get a river view room; it faced the parking lot instead. But as soon as I entered, I saw the complimentary water, which was a nice touch. Just one minor thing: the wine glasses were particularly dirty, with many stains on them. This could use some improvement.

GGuest UserStaff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues during my stay. There was a mix-up with my booking at check-in, as I was initially given the wrong bed type, though this was resolved. Once I was in the room, the door couldn't close properly due to a loose hinge, and I had to call reception to fix it. While the team responded quickly, these issues made the stay less smooth than expected.

GGuest UserVery close to Perth Airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were excellent and willing to accommodate our departure time. The hotel's central island features a slide panel, allowing for flexible configurations. Both the service and food at the hotel restaurant were great.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark.
We did not have any meals at the hotel.
What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying.
I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA.
Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay.
It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

KKongjiekkkI extended my stay here. The room was spacious and bright, and very quiet, so I slept incredibly well. The location is excellent, convenient for getting anywhere, and very close to Victoria Harbour with many bus stops nearby. It's also not far from the commercial street and Chinatown, easily walkable.

GGuest UserIbis Perth is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. Lifts are operated with room access card. In the night, entering to hotel is also via room access card. Hotel provides shampoo and body bath, shower cap, coffee and tea sachets, hand and bath towel. Would need to bring along face towel, tooth brush and tooth paste in future visit.
Walking distance to Perth underground station, and a stone throw away from luxury brands such as LV, Tiffany and Gucci outlets.
