The staff was very helpful we didnt like our room not because it was dirty but we just had an off vibe toward it and they showed us 3 room and i asked for a specific room upgrade and it wasnt available they give me a higher room for same price that they gave me for the one i choose."

"Pros - 200 baht shutter to airport (very convenient , i arrived ~2am and in 20 min i was in the hotel, but i recommended to order a grab or bolt taxi, it will be cheaper) - 7/11 10 min walk - free juice & water on the 1 floor - i really enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool, not cold water - very soft bed and good AC Cont - old room, no dental kit, no any bathroom amenities (only shower gel, shampoo) - good only if you need to live near to the airport"

"We had a great stay at Hansar Hotel with our family. The room was very spacious and well-designed. It was especially convenient travelling with kids, as they could watch TV in the living room while I could relax in the bedroom. The location is excellent, with a hidden 7-Eleven just a minute’s walk away, which was very handy for snacks and essentials. We also enjoyed being able to walk to CentralWorld shopping mall in about 15 minutes. If you prefer not to walk, booking a Grab is quick and easy, making it convenient to get around Bangkok. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. Keeping such a large room spotless is no easy task, but they did an excellent job throughout our stay. Thumbs up to the team for their hard work and attention to detail! We hope the hotel continues to maintain its excellent standards and keep the property well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit."

"We originally booked a deluxe suite, but the room was anything but deluxe. I actually disliked the hotel from the moment I stepped in because the lighting was dim and the overall atmosphere felt dark and gloomy. The shower room was very dirty with obvious stains, and the drain was clogged all night. The facilities seemed old, and the towels weren't pure white; they looked old and worn out! Unfortunately, the booking was non-refundable, and to upgrade to a better room, we would have had to pay extra. We weren't trying to get a free upgrade, but the hotel's facilities were truly disappointing. I don't understand why the hotel takes no responsibility whatsoever? The only thing worth praising was the Trip.com customer service. They helped us get compensation from Trip.com, which allowed us to continue our stay for the next few nights. However, I sincerely feel this isn't Trip.com's responsibility; it's absolutely the hotel's problem! Do not recommend staying here! 😡"

"Overall, the stay was pleasant. We received two room cards upon check-in, which was very convenient for two people as we didn't have to constantly wait for each other. The location is excellent, very close to the BTS station, making it easy to travel to various attractions. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is handy for grabbing drinks, late-night snacks, or daily necessities. Additionally, if you need to do laundry during your stay, there are several self-service laundromats nearby within walking distance, which is very convenient for longer stays. Overall, the biggest advantages are the convenient transportation and good amenities. If you're primarily visiting Bangkok for tourism and plan to use the BTS daily for your itinerary, this is a very convenient place to stay."

"The hotel is located in the CBD. The staff saw I was traveling with a child and upgraded us to a larger room for free. Although it's in the city center, it's very quiet. The breakfast included Chinese-style dishes, and the service staff were warm and attentive. Be sure to try the spa! Banyan Tree's in-house essential oils are fantastic, and the therapists are very professional. I enjoyed a special package (90 minutes for around RMB 800, which also included afternoon tea on the 45th floor). The surrounding area is also very convenient. Just a heads-up: durians are not allowed back into the hotel! It's a good idea to download a translation app, as most of the hotel staff speak English and Thai... Fresh fruit was replenished daily in the room. Even though it's an older brand, it still stands strong, which shows that Banyan Tree definitely has its unique charm!!!"

"The hotel is right next to a large shopping mall, just a 5-minute walk away. Given how congested the mall's traffic can get, staying at this hotel really highlights its convenience. The mall nearby offers both snacks and restaurants. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the dining environment is quite good. The in-room facilities are decent, especially considering that many hotels in Bangkok, Thailand, have been around for a while. The staff members are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated by the river, and the view from the room is quite pleasant and relaxing."
