My last business trip stay here was in 2023, and I decided to choose this hotel again for my latest business trip. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room still looked very new and was very clean. The concierge staff were very friendly and attentive. They came out immediately to help with my luggage as soon as I got out of the car, which was a really nice touch. The housekeeping was also excellent, and the staff were always helpful whenever I needed anything. MRT station just in front of the hotel and there is 7-11 shop nearby. Overall, it was another pleasant and comfortable stay, and I’m glad I chose to come back.

The high-floor room was pretty good, with nice views. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, about 400-500 meters. The doorman was very enthusiastic and professional; he could help call a tuk-tuk, taxi, or even arrange a private car right outside. If you don't eat at the ground floor restaurant, other eateries are a bit of a trek. Some of the receptionists weren't very proficient and lacked flexibility. We booked two rooms but were assigned to different floors. It took a long time to sort out, and only the manager could resolve it.

The room type I booked was advertised as a river view room, but I'd say it's more of a partial river view. The room is located at the bottom of a recess, with other rooms extending out on both sides, partially obstructing the view. However, the room gets great sunlight and is very spacious with excellent natural light. The bed is large and comfortable, and it's incredibly quiet at night – absolutely no noise. The cleaning was also quite good, and the service staff were all very pleasant. The front desk staff speak Chinese, which made communication very easy. The bathroom is a bit narrow, especially the shower stall, which I estimate to be only about 60cm wide. Even for a woman, you'll find your elbows hitting the sides. It's barely adequate but not comfortable. The disposable slippers felt like they were made of plastic; they weren't breathable, were very thin, and had slippery soles. It's good that they provide disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes, but you need to bring your own comb. Check-in was stated as 3 PM, and we arrived at 2:30 PM. We couldn't even check in half an hour early and had to wait, which is a significant drawback compared to hotels in China. Also, I don't recommend booking breakfast; the variety is very limited, and the ingredients are all budget-friendly. It's definitely not as good as other reviews claim, and the taste wasn't suitable for us as Chinese food eaters. If I come back, I'd consider staying here again but definitely wouldn't book breakfast. Check-out is at 11 AM, but the hotel's boat to the SkyTrain station also leaves at 11 AM. If you miss it, you have to wait until 1 PM. So, it's best to check out half an hour early, otherwise, you'll have to take a taxi to the SkyTrain station yourself.

The rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.

The real heart of this hotel is its incredible team. The front desk staff are legendary! A massive, special shoutout to Jack and Pat, who were tremendously friendly, warm, and helpful from day one. I was recovering from an operation at the nearby Bangkok Hospital, and their genuine care and hospitality made me feel so safe, relaxed, and at ease. Huge praise also goes to Xiao from the housekeeping team! He kept my room immaculate and paid so much attention to detail, which made a world of difference during my recovery. The entire staff truly operates at a 5-star standard. As for the hotel itself—brilliant! The loft-style room design is super modern and spacious, and the amenities are fantastic. Having a 24/7 Lawson convenience store right on the ground floor alongside delicious food options downstairs was an absolute game-changer. Zero complaints, 100% satisfaction. If I ever visit Bangkok again, I wouldn't even look anywhere else—I will most certainly be staying right back here at Cassia Rama 9! Highly, highly recommended! 🏆✨

The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. The room was quite nice and clean, but the one I stayed in faced the street and was too bright from the sun. The bathroom was spacious. It's close to a department store. Overall, it's good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything about my stay from August 10-12 was excellent. The hotel has a huge mirror that's perfect for Instagram photos. While the bathtub was slightly dirty, all other aspects were outstanding. The air conditioning was a definite highlight - very cold and a welcome relief in this hot weather country. Overall, a great experience!

My overall stay in Bangkok was great this time. The hotel's location is quite convenient, making it easy to get to major city attractions, malls, and restaurants. The surrounding area is also relatively quiet, so it doesn't feel overly noisy. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet tasteful decor. The space felt more comfortable than expected. Both the bedding and bathroom experience were good, making it very relaxing to return and rest after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's public areas also have a nice design, and the overall atmosphere is quite suitable for tourists visiting Bangkok. The staff were very helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. They were also prompt in assisting with any issues. If you're visiting Bangkok for the first time or prioritize a hotel's location, environment, and overall experience, this hotel is worth considering. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

This is a very relaxing place with a swimming pool and Chinese-speaking staff. It has two beds, and the staff were very patient; someone stayed up until 3:30 AM to help us check in. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, and the convenience store is a 7-8 minute walk away. I even got chased by stray dogs when I went to buy some essentials late at night – quite an experience! Highly recommended if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle!
