"My friend and I stays here on our first night, this Boutique was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious.. I will definitely comeback here when I visit da nang again in the future. I highly recommend this Luxury Boutique."

"So far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I couldn’t even extend my stay by an extra night because this hotel books out so quickly. Very comfortable, clean and well-kept. The room was way too big for one person. Each of the two beds can sleep 2 people. Bathroom is immaculate and spacious as well, offering both a bath tub and a shower. This hotel is perfect for big families as 4 people can comfortably share each room (if they allow it). The breakfast was amazing and offered a very wide range of delicious treats to choose from. The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful and efficient. The concierge was busy assisting other guests when I arrived, but when he saw that I was about to pick up my jig luggage bag and walk all the way up the stairs, he quickly ran down to assist me. The location is also perfect , about 10 minutes walk to the beach, lots of supermarkets and a range of restaurants within a 50 radius. The pool is amazing. There’s also a small gym on the same floor as the pool. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m in Da Nang. I was really impressed by everything at V-Hotel."

Room type book - Family room was fully occupied, but the management team assigned me a connected room. Breakfast was great! Rooms was also superbly clean. However, common areas was not air condiitoned and extremely hot. Also sometimes had a smell in lobby area. Can look into improving that, but I suspect it may not be within the control of the building management."

"The hotel is in a very convenient and accessible location, with a café located on the ground floor, making it easy to grab a meal or coffee. Check-in was quick and seamless. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful rose petal and swan arrangement on our bed to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel also prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten note, which was a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel extra special. The room and bathroom were generally clean and comfortable. However, housekeeping could be more thorough with vacuuming, as we still noticed some hair and dust after the room was made up. The balcony was quite small—only large enough for one person to stand comfortably—and could benefit from some maintenance and cleaning. Our room overlooked the Dragon Bridge, which was a nice view. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we appreciated the hotel's thoughtful hospitality."

"A wonderful hostel in the heart of Old Hoi An! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hostel was very clean, with daily housekeeping. "We were a group of four, and wisely chose this two-bedroom suite at a sea-view hotel, perfectly located in the heart of My Khe Beach with excellent amenities nearby. The hotel assigned us a suite on the 29th floor, which was incredibly spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It featured a huge corner balcony directly overlooking My Khe Beach, offering stunning sea views, views of the Son Tra Peninsula, and even cityscapes. What impressed me even more was the service team, who created a WeChat service group two days before our arrival, while we were still in Hanoi, to communicate important details. Daily housekeeping was provided, and they thoughtfully asked if there were any specific areas to focus on, enhancing the service. The team was always online and communication was smooth; even though we spoke Chinese, their automatic translation made interactions effortless. We were extremely satisfied with our four days in Da Nang and had a wonderful time. The Vietnamese people are diligent and hardworking, with a strong service ethic. If I have the chance to visit Da Nang again, or if friends plan a trip, I would definitely rebook this suite apartment or recommend it to them."

"This hotel is truly fantastic! It's right by the sea, just across a road from the beach, and getting around by car or taxi is super convenient. The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent. The best part is the beautiful, uncrowded beach right outside the hotel. There are also plenty of dining options, so you don't even need to go to My Khe Beach. The free breakfast provided by the hotel has a huge variety. As a solo traveler, staying at this hotel was definitely worth it."

This was a high-quality hotel, a fitting end to our trip. The staff's English proficiency was sufficient, and they even used translation apps to communicate, which was reassuring. During check-in, we were offered welcome drinks and simple snacks, much like you'd expect at a five-star hotel. Upon check-in, we received a voucher for one complimentary bowl of pho, which was a pleasant surprise and so delicious we didn't feel the need to eat anywhere else. Our room also had baked goods, though beverages other than water were chargeable. On the 12th floor, there's a complimentary afternoon tea service, or rather, a snack bar. Next to it is a swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 1.6m. It's suitable for children, but do be mindful of the depth. Although our room didn't have a sea view, it was clean and spacious. It was such a high-quality hotel that it made me wonder what the previous hotels we stayed at even were. There are souvenir shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach is within walking distance, making it ideal for enjoying Da Nang's seaside activities. Bellboys are always on duty, making arrivals and departures by Grab or other ride-sharing services very convenient. I believe this is the place to stay if we ever visit Da Nang again.

The hotel's location is super close to Hoi An Ancient Town, within walking distance, and also near the night market and restaurants. The decor style is pretty nice too. However, the room was incredibly small, and so was the bed. There was a phone on the nightstand, making it difficult to put anything else down. What's even crazier is that to get into bed, you had to squeeze past a corner sideways – it was ridiculous. Thankfully, it was cleaned fairly well, but on the second day, a bug somehow got in and scared my daughter to tears. While I understand that's common in Southeast Asia, it still wasn't a great experience. I wouldn't recommend it for families. The biggest highlight was the swimming pool, which my kids really enjoyed, but there's no way I'd stay there again.

Great location, with the beach right across the road. There's a frozen construction site nearby, but it doesn't block the view or create any noise. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide selection, but it barely changes day to day, which gets repetitive after 10 days. On the top floor, there's a small pool, a bar with drinks, and a gym. Overall, everything is excellent.

The location is convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to Han Market. Next to Han Market, there are many massage parlors and restaurants with reasonable prices. We booked three sea-view rooms, and the views varied; some were very open, while others were obstructed. The chicken noodle soup across the hotel is delicious.

Staff, food, and beach were all wonderful. There is a sea wall straight out from the beach, which during low tide means there are almost no waves. During high tide there are more gentle waves. At first we were a little disappointed in this as we love the sound of the waves, but when we visited a beach further down, there was no swimming allowed as the waves were too severe. So I am glad we could go swimming any time. The beach is white sand, no garbage, no seaweed, just nice clean sandy beach. The room was nice, but the AC blows right on your head, which my wife does not appreciate. However it was too hot to not have it on, so she spent night with a pillow over her head :) The only real negative is the location. I imagine this used to be a happening area; it is no longer. There is a small shop just in front of the hotel which also does laundry and mediocre massage, so that is convenient. But there is little else in the area. We ended up taking a Grab everywhere. That being said, it was very quiet and peaceful, so it depends on what you are interested in. If you want a place to just set up and stay, the food was good, the beach is great, the staff is wonderful, and the beach was very quiet. Oh, and the spa was fantastic although a little pricey as all hotel spas are.

My impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in. After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink. In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed. During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay. In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

The Grand Premium Room is spacious, luxuriously designed, and very comfortable. The room is clean, the bed is soft, and the furnishings are modern with full amenities. The large windows let in plenty of light and offer a beautiful view. The bathroom is large with a separate bathtub and shower, creating a relaxing feeling after a long day. Overall, this room category is highly recommended for both leisure and business stays.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel breakfast is fantastic with a great variety. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Da Nang.

The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it makes up for that with great amenities. There’s a lovely swimming pool, mini casino, Ktv bar and an extensive spa facility. The view of Han River is exceptional. Getting around is easy, most Grab cars wait around the hotel. Improvements: Booking trips with the concierge is terribly expensive. Our trip to Ba na hills cost us half of what the hotel charged. The shuttle service is a great bonus but the schedule is a little inconvenient for a lot of activities. For example, you can only leave for the beach at 7:30 or 15:00, nothing in between.

Service: The staff being friendly, attentive, and helpful. Facilities: The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The rooftop pool and spa are favorably. Food: The breakfast buffet gets high marks for being excellent and with a wide variety. Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!
