"I can say this is maybe the best hotel I have stayed in in Da Nang. Everything is clean, room is cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided, and also water. Breakfast is rather similar every day, but good, you can chose something for yourself. The staff is friendly and helpful with good English. My shower was leaking, and I told it to receptionist, and they replaced it immediately. I recommend this hotel."

"It was very beautiful in a hotel that had just opened. The hotel is not resident, but there is a sense of security because you can contact me immediately if there is something and the response is quick. He solved it quickly when he had trouble.
The key room is beautiful and sophisticated interior and cozy. There is a kitchen and a large refrigerator. The plates and cutlery were substantial and used when delivering or buying fruits. Amenity is also available.
It's a short walk to the beach, and there's K-Market diagonally in front, which is convenient for shopping. Fashionable cafes, Lighthouse, pho and spring rolls are delicious Phở House are also within walking distance. The 10-minute walk will take you to Rocket Fruits, where fresh cut fruits and smoothies are delicious, and Silk Spa, which is reasonably priced and well-served.
It's a nice hotel that makes you want to live, so I really recommend it!"

"This was the first hotel where I felt I'd want to stay again purely because of how wonderful the staff were. The person I interacted with was incredibly kind and lovely, I was truly surprised.
The only issue I had was that there were many small ants in the room. They were only in the kitchen and a small part of the room, thankfully not in the bed, so it was manageable. But if I were staying long-term, it might have been more problematic for me.
The room itself felt more like a studio apartment for an extended stay rather than a typical hotel room. It had a kitchen and a large refrigerator, like a one-room apartment. There were also dishes and cooking utensils, which would be great for anyone comfortable using them.
The rooftop facilities were fantastic, with a pool and hammocks – perfect for just relaxing and unwinding.
There's also a small cafe at the entrance where you can buy water and sodas, which was very convenient.
My flight was on the evening of my checkout day, and not only did they let me store my suitcase all day, but they also allowed me to use the rooftop even after checking out, and said I could use the showers up there. Since I had spent the day enjoying myself and working up a sweat, being able to shower before my flight was incredibly helpful.
Coincidentally, the day I visited was a public holiday, and they even had fireworks on the rooftop and offered snacks like fruit, which showed such wonderful thoughtfulness."

伊伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

GGuest UserThe location is superb, offering the convenience of a bustling area while maintaining a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. It's about a 10-minute walk to the pier for night cruises and only 5 minutes to the night market, making it perfect for families with young children.
The hotel's amenities are also very satisfying. The overall antique decor is great for taking photos. Both swimming pools offer excellent photo opportunities day and night, creating a fantastic ambiance.
I want to especially highlight the service, which was the most touching part of my stay:
For Chinese tourists, the front desk staff proactively adds guests on WeChat, making it convenient to contact them if items are forgotten or needs arise, which is incredibly thoughtful. All the staff members are warm and polite, and they provide detailed explanations of the hotel's facilities and services, making guests feel at ease.
Due to a personal health issue, when checking out, the hotel specially arranged staff to help carry my luggage to the car and bowed when bidding farewell. You could really feel their genuine sincerity in service. Receiving such care and attention from strangers in a foreign country was truly moving.

GGuest UserAs a relatively new hotel, the facilities and rooms were incredibly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, diligently addressing even the smallest issues, which I truly appreciated. It was also a plus that there was a staff member who could speak Korean. While there were a couple of mix-ups on the hotel's part, they handled them smoothly and professionally in the end, so I was satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but the taste was a bit disappointing; however, it was perfectly fine for a quick morning bite. The peach yogurt was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly too! If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel.

Room / Suite Inspection (6.5/10):
Initially assigned a room marred by an unpleasant bathroom odour, the staff promptly relocated me to a smaller, albeit odour-free, alternative due to full occupancy. While the room was impeccably clean, the compromise in size detracted from the overall experience. Natural light at golden hour was enchanting, highlighting the crisp, high-thread-count linens. The duvet, weighing a comforting 12 pounds, promised restful slumber. However, storage space was limited, and the tech offerings felt slightly outdated.

The staff demonstrated commendable responsiveness, particularly in rectifying the initial room issue. Their attentiveness was evident, yet there were moments where interactions veered towards the procedural rather than the intuitive. MMichael BrightThe signature by M heritage hotel is a hidden gem that we absolutely loved. If could rate it a 10 I would. The staff is the key to the best hotel in Danang. From the moment we checked in we felt comfortable and relaxed. The friendliness and hospitality we received we were exceptional. Nick was very kind and gave us wonderful recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. I am sorry But I lost track of the names of the beautiful young ladies who greeted us every morning with smiles and interesting places to explore. They all made our stay a great experience that I have already shared with numerous people in Danang. The hotel is very clean and our room was serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels and free water. Nick even helped me with a scooter and did everything needed to have it delivered. I actually feel like the team is family. Th room was quiet from other rooms and the street. Several nice sitting areas with WiFi to relax in it on each floor. The free breakfast included in the nightly rate was very good with good service the hotel is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood with good restaurants and coffee shops. I highly encourage everyone to try this hotel.

2. The restaurant on the 29th floor has very reasonable prices, and the staff are incredibly welcoming.

The restaurant that only one who always give a smiling face is the one who cook the pancake and egg station…

Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings …

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay.
But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming.
Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay.
On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard.

AAlina MylComfortable and beautiful furniture, designed like something but nice,clean and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and various dishes including European and Asian cuisine. Interesting pictures / pieces of art kn thr walls even in the room picture with embroidery of the traditional Vietnamese way of life! Very interesting background to stay in this hotel.
