"Location was excellent as it was walking distance to the night market. Plenty of shops and eateries around the area, but can be a bit noisy with the activities downstairs. Most important, this hotel has a lift, so easy for guest with luggage to haul. Rooms without air-condition, comes with a stand fan but bearable as the weather in Feb is cooling. Overall, an excellent stay. View from the balcony of the room."

"The hotel is beautiful and truly cares about its guests. However, honestly, the breakfast options were very limited and didn't cater to the diversity of nationalities. Also, there was construction work in the room next to mine in the afternoon. I spoke with the hotel manager, and the work was stopped immediately. I was also offered a complimentary dinner and chocolates as compensation. Many thanks to the hotel management for their excellent service."

"My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover."

"If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard. A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers. I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel."

"The hotel is really nice and new, not far from the city center. It's about a 20-minute drive to the Coaster Adventure Park and a 20-minute walk to GO Supermarket. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The room facilities are good, just a bit noisy. Breakfast, however, was very mediocre. I would still stay here again!"

"The location is excellent, right between Da Lat Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake. You can enjoy lake views from the hotel entrance or from rooms facing the lake at any time. The hotel itself is grand, luxurious, and has a classic, antique feel. It truly makes you feel like an 18th or 19th-century French aristocrat. The garden is also beautifully maintained and opulent. Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea starting at 2 PM. However, Da Lat mornings and evenings are cold. Even though I used the fireplace heater in my room, it was still chilly, and I ended up catching a cold. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes or pajamas for sleeping. P.S. "The location is great, right next to Xuan Huong Lake, so it feels like nowhere is too far away. Da Lat is relatively small, so taxis are easy to get around. The hotel's public facilities are also okay. The downside is that for this price—around 250 RMB per night, which is quite expensive in Da Lat—the soundproofing in the hotel room is terrible. It's practically non-soundproof. Around 9 PM, people started checking out, and the cleaning noises were completely audible. The first night, the TV next door was also very loud; they were watching a game. The bedding and room size are okay. The room isn't very big; it's about right for one person, but a bit cramped for two. My room type was clean and tidy, and the facilities were relatively new, so I'd still give it an overall 3.5 stars."

"I personally want to give Hue and her team more than 5* because they deserve it! Not only is this hotel incredibly budget friendly but also the level of support from the staff is incredible. Unfortunately I became ill and needed to be rushed to the hospital and the staff didn’t even hesitate to jump in and help, they had a taxi outside in 2 minutes and were in constant communication with my partner to see if we needed anything else. On top of that, they extended our stay until I was discharged and even extended our checkout time when I got back just so I could rest and have a shower! Honestly, I can’t thank them enough, 100% recommend staying here."

Location is quite a bit to walk to the centre area but is easy and cheap to grab, just 5 to 10 mins depending on traffic conditions. Entire premise is very clean and pleasant with lots of greenery. The most amazing are the people, staffs are very welcoming, warm and informative. The lady at the counter with half pony tail can recognise me in my room number the very next day, very heart warming. Is definitely a pleasure to be here and highly recommended.

The night market is a 10-minute walk away, and there are Korean restaurants in front and behind, which is great. The downside is that the bar in front is noisy. It's good that there's a balcony for smoking.

The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset. The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness. However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal). Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc) Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

This orange-colored guesthouse is tucked away on a steep, uphill road, making it very quiet and peaceful, far from the main thoroughfare. I chose an attic room with a small window. There's no air conditioning, but it wasn't needed at all as the evenings in the mountains were quite cool. There's a lovely coffee shop right outside. Most importantly, the pure cotton bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable to lie on! I slept wonderfully. The host was very kind and tried hard to communicate with me about my itinerary, offering help and suggestions.

We stayed for 2 nights. It's clear the hotel was once very luxurious when it was built, but unfortunately, it's rapidly falling into disrepair and its condition isn't being maintained. We had a suite with a lake view. The room was large and nice, with a big wardrobe and even an electric fireplace. However, due to humidity, the furniture was swollen, the room was damp, and the toilet smelled of sewage. The cleaning quality was poor. Breakfast was average, there wasn't even a coffee machine. We paid extra for a boat ride, which we enjoyed – it was meditative and atmospheric. We also visited the hotel's mini-zoo. We felt really sorry for the animals – skinny camels, goats crammed in large numbers into a small enclosure, and ostriches with plucked wings. One of the ostriches was carrying a girl on its back; it clearly didn't like it and was very agitated, eventually throwing her off backward at speed, right into a fence. The animals' condition was very sad. The grounds are pleasant, with lots of greenery. There's construction on the opposite bank, apparently a new hotel, with many cabins under scaffolding. This, unfortunately, spoils the whole view. The attitude towards guests was excellent. Twice, a staff member came to help me, once to catch a grasshopper and another time a huge spider in the room. They respond to every request and try their best to help with everything. Overall, we liked everything, except for the dirt, dampness, and an endless number of insects in the room.

Dalat is a beautiful clean city Hotel Du Parc Dalat is a great hotel of historic significance as in French influenced probably from French people lived there before as in history I like the friendly atmosphere and hospitality of the hotel Staffs They are very helpful and I liked to live in this hotel Breakfast is yummy A variety of food - including good mix of local and continental breakfast Good coffee and fresh milk Generally the best way to travel in this area if you’re living in this hotel - is not difficult to walk around the city wearing a good pair of walking shoes in the late morning till early afternoon Can walk - go to the old city centre Dalat market or walk to GO! Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier Grab car is easily available Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car

Excellent hotel! The room was spacious with large beds, and I absolutely loved the interior – everything felt antique, from the doors to the bathtub and furniture. It felt like stepping back into the early 20th century. The service was good, and breakfast was standard.

The hotel's main advantage is its location. Apart from that, the hotel feels quite old. There is no elevator at the hotel, the receptionist carried our luggage upstairs when we checked in. However, when we checked out, we had to carry our luggage downstairs ourselves. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very weak, making it inconvenient to use. My stay at this hotel ended up being a very unsettling experience. The room door has a partially frosted glass panel, so I could clearly see the shadow of anyone standing outside. A man stood in front of my room several times, and I could see his shadow lingering there. I also saw him reaching for the door handle. It happened around midnight, and I was terrified. I was literally shaking when I reported it to the reception. The receptionist told me he had spoken to the man and said the man was ”just smoking” in the balcony. However, based on what I personally witnessed, it did not seem like someone who was simply smoking. I repeatedly saw his shadow outside my door as he stood there, checking my room. This made me feel extremely unsafe. What made the situation even worse was that there was no additional security latch on the inside of the door, so I did not feel adequately protected. I could barely sleep for the rest of the night. I hope the hotel takes guest safety more seriously by improving room security and ensuring guests feel safe during their stay.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
