"We stayed at this hotel for a week and really enjoyed our experience. The breakfasts were a highlight – all the dishes were delicious and the selection varied daily. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, always on hand to assist with any small issues we had. They gave us tips on where to exchange money in town, arranged our transfer to Ho Chi Minh City, and attentively handled numerous other small requests. I highly recommend booking a room with a mountain view; the valley scenery from there is breathtaking. At night and early in the morning, you'll be serenaded by birdsong and the fresh scent of pine trees."

"Spent two nights in the family room with a friend, the room is really spacious for two people (probably a bit tight for four tho), the bathroom and the shower are big and clean with just a little mold on the bathroom ceiling.
The hotel is quiet, good location and the staff is really nice and helpful, they clean the rooms everyday and it's possible to rent scooters from them, they also kept our luggage after check out.
Only complaint would have to be the towels, they're clean but so old and used they have many holes, kind of look like a dog chewed them a lot, I think it might be time for them to get new towels.
Extremely good value for the price!!"

"Hotel Colline Dalat is an excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Dalat Market and within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, and attractions. "We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose the largest room for a couple – the executive room. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. However, for a room of this caliber, it was very old. The plumbing and floors were dirty, and the bed linen had stains. The room desperately needs renovation and a deep clean. We understand that cleanliness standards in Asia can be different, but this was genuinely unpleasant. You could clearly hear people using the toilet in the next room, and from 4 AM onwards, there were various noises that made it impossible to sleep – construction, barking dogs, and car horns. On top of that, groups of locals were walking around late at night, trying to take pictures at the nearby attraction.
The only positive is the location. If you want to get a good night's sleep, choose another hotel."

"This hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering breathtaking views. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious – there's so much to choose from! Free amenities include pools (the outdoor one is cool, the indoor one is warmer), a good gym, and billiards. There are other activities available, but they come with an additional charge.
The main reason to visit here is the golf; for enthusiasts of the game, the conditions are simply excellent. If you're not a golfer, the entertainment options might feel a bit limited, as the surrounding area is primarily golf courses where you can't freely wander. However, there are still some interesting places to walk. During our visit, there were forest fires in the vicinity, so the air quality wasn't the best.
Despite this, our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. We definitely recommend it!"

"I think this hotel is very cost-effective. The rooms are brand new, clean and well equipped. From check-in to check-out, the staff are warm and thoughtful. "This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam. Perhaps because it just opened, the price was incredibly reasonable and excellent value. I also really loved Da Lat; it's a quieter version of Dali, perfect for a relaxing vacation. This trip was a bit rushed, but I'd definitely stay here again.
Furthermore, the hotel service was truly exceptional and incredibly thoughtful! A little anecdote: I had booked a 3:30 PM bus to Nha Trang, but Vietnamese buses are often unreliable. Since I had a data SIM card, I couldn't make calls and could only contact the bus company via WhatsApp to check if they would be on time, but I didn't receive a reply for a long time. My flight was at 9 PM, so after checking out, I was a bit anxious and was thinking about what to do in the lounge. That's when a hotel staff member, My Quyen, kindly came over and asked about my plans. I explained my problem, and she quickly called to confirm the bus departure time and location for me—a huge help!
Vietnamese people are very warm and friendly, but most hotels don't offer very personalized service. This Signature hotel truly excelled! I would recommend everyone stay here (genuinely, not a forced review)."

"This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip.
The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip.
Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base.

AAaron BrienI can not rate this hotel any higher,It’s the home away from home that everyone wants on there trip,It’s brand new with everything in the hotel being of top quality,The cleanliness is perfect,The staff work hard every day to make sure everything is sparkling,Our room was just beautiful,Massive bed and so comfortable,The best pillows you could ask for,Myself Mr Aaron and my wife Mrs Carrie are travelling from Australia on a 7 week tour of Vietnam,We travelled to beautiful Delat ,Little paris,The city of flowers and we were truly blown away by La Thong boutique hotel,The owners are so inviting and the staff truly go out of there way to help you in anyway,Resection staff have great English speaking skills witch helps so much,Neil was our go to man for anything we needed to know or wanted ,Can’t express the gratitude we have for him,We we’re lucky enough to be invited to there grand opening,And what a great day was had by so many family and friends there,The rooms are cleaned daily we have not come across this in anyway other hotel stay in Vietnam,With fresh water,Tea and coffee provided in the rooms you can just lay back and feel very relaxed,La Thong offers a great breakfast every morning from 7 am the chef is wonderful and his flavour in his food is 10/10 Catering for all customers,We truly loved our stay here and we will be back for sure,I must say after 5 nights staying here we feel more like family than guests,Make sure you stay at this great hotel while staying in Delat 8 hrs by bus north of Ho chi minh city,Tell them Mr Aaron and Mrs carrie sent you ,

The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market.
We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!).
We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV.
Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside.
The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long.
Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

ささき｜カフェ・フォトスポットThis was the most expensive accommodation of our trip, so I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the shower didn't have hot water and I couldn't use the bathtub in the room 🥲🥲. I was really looking forward to the luxurious bathtub, so that was a big disappointment.
Other than that, the room was cute, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! The overall interior was luxurious with plenty of photo opportunities, so I was very satisfied with all the pictures I took! ◎

MM426287****The room was a bit small, but very clean. My room faced the street, and the balcony offered a beautiful spot for photos. The restaurant on the fourth floor also has windows that provide a lovely view of the city, perfect for pictures. You absolutely have to try the complimentary 30-minute massage – it was incredibly relaxing! Breakfast was quite rich, and most of the nearby attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommend!

PPandhu PidadeI stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated.
The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor.
Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours.
The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately.
I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up.
I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure.
Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

GGuest UserThe hotel is very luxurious, beautiful, and clean. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. It's quite close to Da Lat market, just over 1km away. Another plus is its proximity to the famous Tao Ngo Chicken Hotpot with É Leaves restaurant in Da Lat. You can walk there in about 50m. This was a real surprise on my trip, truly delightful!
