Great! The room was very new and clean! The decor was cozy, the location was convenient, and most importantly, the price was excellent! I'm not sure if it's because it's a new opening, but the value for money is really high. The soundproofing is normal; you can hear people talking on the phone in the hallway. The window is a bit small, and I wish the TV was bigger, but for this price, I'm really satisfied.

The hotel is located in a semi-gated community, offering a quiet environment with no noise. The room isn't large, but it's perfect for a solo traveler. The bedding and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and they even provided complimentary bottled water and drinks. The front desk staff, especially one young lady, was incredibly friendly and sweet, and she even upgraded my room for free. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area. Oh, and the dumplings and 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant next door are delicious!

The room was spacious, clean, and bright – both my son and daughter were very happy with it! **Cleanliness:** It was cleaned promptly every day, and any messages we left were responded to quickly. It's also close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to attractions. Every afternoon, they provided complimentary snacks, and food deliveries were brought straight to our room by a robot. The staff were all very enthusiastic, and the laundry room with washing and drying facilities was super convenient! They even provided a sewing kit, nail clippers, flashlight, ruler, glue, magnifying glass, laundry detergent, and hand soap! Most importantly, the mini-fridge was a huge plus – my daughter needed to store traditional Chinese medicine, and after comparing many hotels, this one was the most satisfactory. We checked in at 10 AM and were able to store our luggage for free for a full day after checking out. Highly recommended!!!

As someone who travels internationally multiple times a year for business and leisure, my recent stay at Beijing Zhongkuang Hotel was almost perfect. During the booking phase, I compared many hotels and ultimately chose this one, largely because of their incredibly fast response time. Whether by phone or platform inquiry, the staff were always very patient. They also offer a package receiving service, which is very friendly for out-of-town guests. On the day of check-in, we arrived quite early and only intended to store our luggage. To our surprise, the front desk proactively helped us check in early and even upgraded our room type for free. My husband and I were both delighted by this. The hotel's location is also excellent. You can walk to Yonghe Temple and Ditan Park, and it's very convenient to get to core Beijing tourist areas like Nanluoguxiang and Guozijian. Subway and bus stations are nearby, making transportation virtually stress-free. The surrounding dining options were an even bigger surprise. Many well-established and popular Beijing restaurants are concentrated in this area, so finding a good meal was never an issue. The Shanxi restaurant on the first floor is a 'must-eat' on Dazhong Dianping (China's Yelp equivalent), and their Knife-Cut Noodles (Dao Xiao Mian) are especially recommended. The biggest advantages of the room were its quietness and comfort. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too hard, with excellent support. We slept soundly for several consecutive nights. To sum it up in one sentence, this is a hotel with an understated, slightly 'old-school' exterior, but its service, location, and comfort are all top-notch. I especially want to commend the front desk staff; their professionalism, enthusiasm, and discretion were the biggest contributors to this excellent stay, which is truly rare among Beijing hotels.

After much deliberation, I chose Guizhou Hotel. Its location is excellent, right outside Hepingxi Bridge Exit G. However, if you're taking Line 5, I recommend crossing the road to the other side, otherwise, you'll have a long walk inside the station. The room was reasonably spacious; I booked a twin room, and the beds were 1.35m wide, big enough for two people. Overall, it was quite clean. The downsides are due to the hotel's age. The old carpet had a really strong smell that even perfume couldn't mask. Also, the smart toilet's electrical circuit was connected to the bathroom lighting, so every time you used the toilet, it would restart with a loud ”drip, drip, drip” sound, which was very noisy and unfriendly to light sleepers. Moreover, the sensor was too sensitive, flushing as soon as you sat down, which I didn't like very much. You have to go downstairs to pick up takeaways, and laundry seems to be chargeable, though I didn't inquire about the specific price. Overall, it was okay, but I won't be staying again.

It's hard to find a location in a community. It looks really crowded from the outside. Then when I open the door, I find that it's really nice. It's full of all-seasons. The nearby all-seasons are going for 700 a night. It's clean, the air conditioning is powerful, and it's quiet. But the small balcony could really use some work. After all, it's been decorated so much, right?

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very warm and helpful, and all the facilities were well equipped and in excellent condition. The hotel room was clean and tidy. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Remember that it seems to be booked at 6-7 at night, and it cost 135 yuan in a community. This season is also cheap. Looking at the outside is very broken. The decoration in the house is not bad. The bed was very comfortable and the place was a bit small. Such a little money is worth it.
