Our room was upgraded to a family room, but it had an inner-facing window. While the facilities seemed a bit basic, they covered all the essentials, and I was pleasantly surprised by the night light. A few points to note: the outlets aren't always conveniently placed (for example, no outlet near the electric kettle, so I had to move it to the bedside table to boil water), and turning off the lights at night meant walking all the way to the door. However, for 200 yuan in urban Beijing, this room definitely offers decent value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for four consecutive days, and my entire experience was incredibly comfortable, with almost nothing to fault. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable. Whether I was asking for directions, requesting extra toiletries, or even making a small, last-minute request to adjust the room's lighting, they always responded patiently and were happy to help, never once being dismissive or evasive. The housekeepers who cleaned my room daily were also wonderfully thoughtful and meticulous. Each time they tidied up, not only did they ensure everything was spotless, but they also subtly paid attention to how I arranged my belongings, discreetly organizing any items scattered on the desk. Over the four days, I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the hotel's service.

We chose Beijing for our high school graduation trip, and stayed at this hotel for five nights out of our six-day journey. Since it was before the peak summer season, the price was quite reasonable, and the overall experience was very smooth! The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. I didn't experience any skin discomfort during our five-night stay (though this can vary for different people). The robot delivery for takeout was prompt and convenient; no need to go downstairs. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. It wasn't just generic pre-made food; the dishes were fresh. We stayed in a twin room. The room had good natural light, and the window size was appropriate. Some rooms seemed to face office buildings, while others faced the road, but overall it was quiet. The air conditioning made a slight noise, but it didn't significantly affect our sleep. The laundry room on the second floor was well-equipped with washing, drying, and steam ironing facilities. You could do it yourself or leave your laundry card for staff to assist. Also, we requested room cleaning every day after we left. Coming back in the evening to a tidy room was a pleasant feeling, and they never moved our luggage around. Issues were resolved promptly. One evening, our key card wouldn't open the door, and someone came upstairs to fix it very quickly. Additionally, opposite the front desk on the first floor, there's a coffee machine, ice dispenser, small fridge, and lemon water, all with disposable cups provided – very convenient. There are many shopping malls near the hotel. Across the street is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. A bit further is a mall called 'Saite +' (赛特+), which isn't huge but has everything you need, making it quite practical for daily life. If you don't want to go too far but want to eat at a restaurant, you can check the food establishments on the map in advance. The subway is about 600 meters away, I think? There's a shared bike parking spot right downstairs, so you can cycle if you don't want to walk. Plus, the subway is Line 1, which makes it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Mixue Bingcheng (蜜雪冰城) nearby~ For taxis, the pick-up point is directly at the hotel entrance, so it's easy to find.

The room was quite spacious and quiet, equipped with smart devices, and facial recognition for entry. On the first floor, there's a washing machine, dryer, and garment steamer, and you can even hang clothes to dry on the top floor. It's also very close to the subway station. Breakfast was from McDonald's. Definitely recommended, I'll book here again next time.

There was a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, so no water was turned on. When I went back that evening and asked for water, the front desk gave me some. On the second-to-last morning, I ran into the housekeeper, who said she'd turned on the water. It turned out there was a leftover bottle of water in it, so she refilled it. On the morning of my last day, when I asked for water again, she seemed reluctant to give it to me! I mean, if the front desk is so generous, why can't you?

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The subway is easily accessible, and major attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum are just three stops away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. As an established star-rated hotel, the service is impeccable and very thoughtful; they even aired out the room to remove smoke odor before our arrival. The cleanliness was also top-notch, and the shower pressure was great. The breakfast spread was very generous; I especially recommend trying the noodles!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a very good experience. The room was quiet and clean, perfect for both working and resting. The facilities were excellent, and the front desk staff (especially person #1) handled the check-in process quickly and efficiently. The housekeeping service was meticulous, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will continue to choose this hotel for future business trips.

The room was initially over 500, but dropped to just over 300 closer to the date. The power outlet cover was loose, and the connection was bad, so they gave me an extension cord. The rain shower in the bathroom was broken, and there was a huge noise in the room. The floor was also sticky. The laundry room was very basic, mixed with storage for the sterilization room. The hotel lobby also had small items piled up haphazardly.

The location is fantastic. It's only a 16-minute walk to China World Trade Center and The Place is right next door. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, for example, a branch of Siji Minfu (Peking Duck) is just a 14-minute walk away – a shame I didn't have time to go this trip. The complex itself has some convenient shops and you can even sit outside for a quiet meal. The hotel shares a large green space with the community downstairs, which is really pleasant. It offers the best of both worlds: bustling city life outside, and a peaceful retreat inside – truly a different side of Beijing living. The service was excellent; the front desk staff, especially one young lady, was very enthusiastic and patiently helped me with my laundry and other requests. If I'm traveling solo again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

A wonderful hotel that truly cares about its guests. The room itself is small but very cozy — every detail has been thought through: modern interior, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable slippers, toothbrushes with toothpaste, combs, and a full set of toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. I was especially pleased with the welcome snack and the tea set provided in the room. The balcony, although without a window opening, turned out to be a nice little spot where you can sit with a cup of tea and take a break from the city bustle. The location is very convenient: just a 2-minute walk to Jintailu metro station, with cafes and shops nearby to suit every taste. An excellent choice for a comfortable stay in the city!
