For breakfast, the Mongolian milk tea and dairy products had an authentic flavor, and the hotpot for dinner featured fresh and ample ingredients. Chinese and Western hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and beverages were available in unlimited quantities throughout the day. The Shalian Hall also provided self-service snacks and drinks from day to night. Despite being in the dry desert, the food quality was consistently high, with timely replenishment of ingredients and stable flavors. Every meal was satisfying, and we didn't have to worry about finding food elsewhere. "I found this hotel by accident at first. After reading many people's reviews, I thought it should be good, so I booked three nights with trepidation. After arriving, I found that it is indeed very design-conscious and tasteful. The overall style is warm and gives people a very comfortable feeling. The lady at the front desk was very polite and considerate. When I came by plane, the lady at the front desk asked in advance if I needed to arrange a pick-up. After I arrived, she would also help me contact a taxi when I went out to do business. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I come."

"I was very satisfied with this stay, especially the breakfast which was all handmade. The mutton noodles made me dizzy with fragrance. The mutton steamed buns were also better than the old-fashioned ones I found. The yogurt was rich and smooth. The room was large and clean, and the bath water was also large. The proprietress personally received us warmly, and there were also small pets left by the guests. I will stay at this hotel again next time I come"

"Staying at Shunsha, I had a VIP wristband, which allowed for a smooth cable car ride to the island via Ropeway No. 3. The staff at the transfer station were very enthusiastic and helpful, contacting a shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. The young lady at the lobby was incredibly beautiful and welcoming. The kids' entertainment area was fantastic, featuring a 3D printer, microscopes for observing animal and plant furs, and even microscopes to view sand from various islands. There was also a VR room next to it. The pool lifeguard was amazing, constantly monitoring the kids in their glass boats. The pool area had a fantastic vibe in the evening. The staff even set up beach chairs for guests to watch the sunset, which was incredibly thoughtful. The stargazing guide in the evening was very engaging and knowledgeable, and there were quizzes with many small gifts given out. The 'Round-the-World' cocktail at the Starry Sky Bar was beautiful and tasted excellent. The upgraded water-view room (for an extra charge) offered an amazing view. On weekend evenings, there was even hotpot by the pool, creating a wonderful atmosphere."

"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. My car even got windscreen wash out inside before I left the next day! Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable. There was a convenience store next door too. Would recommend if you are in the area!"

The room layout is very good, the interior is very clean, the service attitude is good, and small fruits and snacks are also sent. Mineral water is Nongfu Spring. Semi-closed sink, very good. But I think the toilet is too small, very crowded, the door and toilet are almost colliding, the design is flawed. In addition, the sound insulation of the window is still not good. When the noon rest, the car horn outside keeps ringing, making people noisy, loud, and there is video. Everything else is good, breakfast is OK."

Watching the fish swim peacefully in such a comfortable environment instantly melted away the exhaustion of travel. I especially want to commend the hotel's delivery robot. No need to go downstairs to pick up takeout, and no contact with strangers – it's incredibly social-anxiety friendly. The robot automatically calls you for delivery, which is so thoughtful and convenient, truly enhancing the stay experience!"

"I'm so glad we booked our stay inside the Xiangshawan Desert Scenic Area! It made everything so incredibly easy. Each room came with 6 bottles of water, and the air conditioning was already on before we even arrived. Even though it's a yurt, the interior space is very large, and the private bathroom is super clean. The hotel's services were all excellent. The all-inclusive meals were not at all superficial; each meal featured local specialties like lamb offal soup, savory milk tea, and plenty of beef and lamb. The quality was on par with outside restaurants, and we all agreed their milk tea was the best we had during our entire trip. After a fun day exploring the two islands, returning to the hotel wasn't boring at all. In the evenings, there were disco parties, firework displays, and stargazing. Every event was well-organized and very entertaining. It truly lived up to its nickname, 'Desert Disney'! Definitely worth the trip!"
