Μπουτίκ ξενοδοχεία σε Τόνγκουα

"This is a grand and luxurious hotel. However, the in-room facilities are a bit dated, and the decor is quite traditional and unremarkable. It's not bad, but it's not great either, and the same goes for the service. Overall, it's an acceptable stay if the price is right. That was our mindset when we booked, and in a nutshell, it was okay!"

"The hotel is strategically located, eating and shopping around are extremely convenient, the hotel is not big, but the construction is very special, scattered roofs, red roofs and gray walls, looking like a characteristic building from a distance. Parking is also very convenient, the room is large, very spacious and fully equipped. The service is warm and thoughtful. It is especially worth mentioning that the breakfast seems to be not much, but it is actually everything. There are many local specialty snacks, the taste is very good, and the cooking is very delicate. I hope to make persistent efforts and continue to work hard 💪"

"This trip was self-driving north, after entering Jilin, I played Hetuala (Nurha Chini-Unity Women True Eight Banners, laying the foundation of Daqing), and stayed at Yunfeng Hotel in Tonghua City. This hotel is in a good location and has its own parking lot. The facilities are very new and complete, and the staff are also enthusiastic and professional. The temporary demand response to the guests is in place in time. Breakfast is also very rich, taking into account Chinese and Western. This Yunfeng hotel in Tonghua generally exceeded the expectations before moving in."

"Excellent environment The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by picturesque scenery. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by the magnificent decor—luxurious yet warm. The lobby lounge area is thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of greenery and comfortable sofas, allowing me to relax while checking in. Complete Facilities The room was warm and comfortable, with every amenity I could think of. The bed was incredibly large, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, and a variety of fluffy pillows, making it incredibly comfortable. The room also had a large smart TV with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The bathroom even had a bathtub. Intimate Service The hotel service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt their warmth, and check-in was incredibly quick. Ms. Zheng recommended the best room type and even upgraded me. Five stars! I'm definitely staying here again. Cleanliness I was also very impressed with the cleanliness, which required a five. The room was thoroughly cleaned, leaving every corner spotless. The sheets and quilts are changed after each stay, and even have a faint scent of laundry detergent. The bathroom is odorless, and the mirror is so bright you can even see your reflection, which shows how strict the hotel's hygiene practices are. This stay at this hotel was truly amazing, exceeding my expectations! If you're visiting this area, definitely stay at this hotel; trust me, you won't be disappointed."

"Good service attitude, warm and thoughtful staff; The environment is elegant, the decoration is modern, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. Reasonable price, high cost performance, suitable for passengers of all budgets. The front desk upgraded the room for free, very good stay experience!"

"The hotel is right across from the ski rental hall, but parking is quite a distance away, requiring a shuttle bus to transport luggage. The hotel includes ski passes, offering great value for money, but the service quality is terrible. For instance, when checking in at the front desk, they didn't mention the included lunch and hot spring vouchers unless I asked. Even then, they initially refused to give them to me, despite seeing others receive theirs. I had to insist to get them. I also asked for an extra key card for electricity, but it didn't work. Early in the morning, housekeeping kept knocking on my door, saying the front desk had accidentally checked me out. When I requested a late checkout, the front desk verbally agreed, but my room card stopped working at noon anyway."

"First, the advantages: it's close to the ski resort, about 100 meters away. The room was very warm, which is also an advantage, considering the outdoor temperature in Tonghua is currently below -20 degrees Celsius. The disadvantages: First, the front desk service was poor 👎. When we checked in, we were given a very small room with a small window, making it feel very cramped. We were changed to a slightly better room at our request, about 20 square meters. On the day we checked in, it was a Sunday. After returning from the hot springs at 10 pm, we called the front desk to ask about breakfast hours. We called five or six times, but the phone rang once or twice before being silenced. We couldn't call room service or the restaurant either, as the phone rang but no one answered. I went to the guestroom office on the third floor and asked a staff member, who told me it was from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The next morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am, but the restaurant had already closed. At our request, we were given a few pieces of bread and the remaining pastries. I complained to the front desk, and they just gave us a fruit platter. Also, the room was poorly cleaned; the photo shows how the bed was made when we returned the next day."
