Ξενοδοχεία Hot Springs σε Τόνγκουα

"This is a grand and luxurious hotel. However, the in-room facilities are a bit dated, and the decor is quite traditional and unremarkable. It's not bad, but it's not great either, and the same goes for the service. Overall, it's an acceptable stay if the price is right. That was our mindset when we booked, and in a nutshell, it was okay!"

"It was a bumpy but satisfying accommodation experience. We drove all the way from Shanhaiguan to get here. After dinner, it was almost ten o'clock. We were here to say sorry to the hostess for disturbing us so late. The hostess was very attentive and gave us the location and directions. I like the decoration style when I stay. It has complete facilities and is clean (you can tell it's very clean just by looking at the toilet). I like the shower and shampoo and shower fragrance the most (ps: it smells good). There's also a small balcony where we can sit and bask in the sun. It's a pity for us. I checked in too late and didn't have time to experience it. All in all, it feels more like home than a stylized hotel. Thanks to the host lady 🙏"

"With the family, the room was clean and tidy. Bathroom supplies 5 star standard. The room includes breakfast for 2 people and hot spring tickets for 2 people, which is super reasonable. The hot spring experience is particularly good, both indoor and outdoor. The restaurant also provides a free old chicken soup and four free fruits. Breakfast is also very good. The hot spring is good, the room is good, the service is good."

"The room is basically the same as the business picture. The room can be soaked in private soup. The hot springs that go to the off-season are also good. The overall experience exceeds expectations. It is a hotel worth going again. But the restaurant environment on the hot spring side is not flattering. The plate for the burger has stains and moldy conditions. The taste is average. It is best to drive to the town next to it. It is affordable. There is a central air-conditioning sound in the room at night. It is especially obvious when the night is quiet. It affects the quality of sleep. The service staff is very good and actively investigates but can't solve it."

"First, the advantages: it's close to the ski resort, about 100 meters away. The room was very warm, which is also an advantage, considering the outdoor temperature in Tonghua is currently below -20 degrees Celsius. The disadvantages: First, the front desk service was poor 👎. When we checked in, we were given a very small room with a small window, making it feel very cramped. We were changed to a slightly better room at our request, about 20 square meters. On the day we checked in, it was a Sunday. After returning from the hot springs at 10 pm, we called the front desk to ask about breakfast hours. We called five or six times, but the phone rang once or twice before being silenced. We couldn't call room service or the restaurant either, as the phone rang but no one answered. I went to the guestroom office on the third floor and asked a staff member, who told me it was from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The next morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am, but the restaurant had already closed. At our request, we were given a few pieces of bread and the remaining pastries. I complained to the front desk, and they just gave us a fruit platter. Also, the room was poorly cleaned; the photo shows how the bed was made when we returned the next day."

"Far beyond expectations, the hotel, the first time I stayed, I knew that it was managed by Huazhu, clean and tidy, the hotel is also very new, the service staff will take the initiative to say hello, in Tonghua this small city is already very good, especially from the ski resort is very close to the shuttle bus, the master is very enthusiastic."

"Many people say that Guanshan Apartment is not good, too cold, but I think it is quite hypocritical, the interior is really not so hot, but there are still 17 or eight degrees, the facilities are not worse than Yuhua, and there is also the front desk manager Tracy tong, who has been watching the mountain or Yuhua since the opening, very reliable and professional, Every time you check in, you always have to contact WeChat, always respond quickly and professionally, and sincerely welcome me. I think staying at Guanshan is a very good experience"
