The hotel is located in Changpinggou Scenic Area, one of the three core scenic spots of Mount Siguniang. It is situated beneath the four snow capped mountains of Mount Siguniang at an altitude of 3300 meters, with magnificent views of the snow capped mountains and the Rizhao Golden Mountain outside the window.
Each room in the hotel is equipped with full house underfloor heating and oxygen concentrators, eliminating your worries about cold and high fever.
For the vast majority of people, an altitude of 3300 meters is generally suitable for moderate exercise.
Changpinggou Scenic Area is the best location to admire the four snow capped mountains of Mount Siguniang. The highest peak, Yaomei Peak, has snow all year round. Opening the curtains in the morning, you can see the magnificent snow capped mountains, and on sunny days, there will be a view of the golden mountains with sunshine.
The hotel rooms are of first-class quality, equipped with Marshall sound system, Dyson hair dryer, Balmain hair care, high-quality mini bar, and Jinkoer latex mattress, allowing you to sleep comfortably even in 5A level scenic spots.
Full butler service, driver pick-up and drop off service at Changpinggou Tourist Center in Siguniangshan Town, taking care of your travel throughout the process.
The hotel is about a 17 minute drive from Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area, which is convenient to reach. Guests heading to Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area need to purchase tickets in advance.

"The B&B boasts an excellent location right within the Changping Valley scenic area. The rooms and the restaurant directly face all four peaks of Siguniang Mountain, with the 'Little Sister Peak' (Yaomei Peak) being particularly prominent. We were incredibly lucky to witness snow-capped mountains, a starry sky, and even a glimpse of the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (Rizhao Jinshan).
The B&B rooms are well-equipped, featuring underfloor heating, oxygen generators, and humidifiers. The underfloor heating was constantly on, ensuring the room was warm the moment we stepped in. The decor was cozy, and each room had a private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Although I didn't dare use the bathtub at this altitude, it seemed to be of high quality and very clean. A comprehensive set of good quality disposable toiletries was provided, along with complimentary snacks, beverages, and fruits.
The B&B offers three meals a day. Breakfast was rich and varied; both the rice noodles and regular noodles were delicious. The Sichuan fermented tofu with plain congee was particularly excellent. On our second day, when we visited Haizigou where there are no dining options, they even packed us a simple lunch for free. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast was also a nice touch. The ******* hot pot for dinner was quite good and warmed us up. They also offered simple Chinese dishes and pizza.
What truly stood out was the service – incredibly thoughtful and responsive. All our requests were met. They provided car pick-up and drop-off to designated locations, saving us the worry of driving on mountain roads ourselves, which was a huge plus for female drivers. They actively helped with luggage, bringing it directly to our room. On the day we checked in, we had first traveled from Jiaju to Shuangqiao Valley, arriving at the B&B quite late. We had pre-ordered dinner, and upon arrival, feeling ravenous, the kind lady at the front desk thoughtfully suggested we eat first and even offered us glucose water to prevent altitude sickness. They were always ready to answer any questions about sightseeing and transportation, offering helpful tips. Upon departure, they gave us small gifts and proactively asked for suggestions for improvement, humbly accepting feedback on the tastes of friends from different regions. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"Traveling with a friend, we booked two rooms with hot spring pools. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the pools could easily fit five people without feeling crowded. The room design was very stylish, and the views from the window were stunning – a mountain spring on one side and a canyon road on the other. The downstairs restaurant was large, and the yak hot pot, cooked on a charcoal stove, was delicious. There were about seven or eight parking spaces right outside. We walked around and checked out other nearby hotels, but none seemed better. The staff service was also excellent, warm and thoughtful. The centralized oxygen supply starting at 7:30 PM made our first day there much more comfortable. If I had to mention any downsides… our shower didn't have a caddy, so shampoo and shower gel had to be placed on the floor. Also, the rooms only had projectors instead of TVs, and even with the lights off and curtains closed, the clarity wasn't great, and screen mirroring kept disconnecting."

"Overall
This was an absolutely stunning stay — one of the best I've experienced, and it truly blew us away. We had a balcony room with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The resort is run by a warm couple and a team of locals who were wonderfully attentive and helpful, arranging our transportation from Chengdu to their doorstep and back.
The food was exceptional — wholesome, nourishing and deeply local. The dinner hotpot hit the spot on a cold night, and breakfast was healthy and energising — exactly what you need before a long day of hiking. The room itself was spectacular; waking up to pine trees dusted with snow and a clear mountain view was something else. On a clear night, you could stargaze from the balcony and melt into the rocking chair. Simply blissful and a good escape from the city life. Highly recommend NPS 10.

Great layout, comfortable bed, a warm toilet seat on a cold morning, spacious, and most importantly — a stunning view. The hotel is relatively new, having opened in 2025 according to the owners.

The couple who run the place are genuinely lovely — always on hand to ensure you have a great stay. Responsive over WeChat to help coordinate logistics ahead of the trip, and they'll drop you at the entrance of the main hiking sites. Other staff were equally helpful. The primary language is Chinese, but they are patient and a translation app works perfectly fine.
📍 Location — 9/10
A 10-minute drive from both Changping and Shuangqiao valleys. Not much in the immediate surroundings — quaint little farms, grazing cows, and steep hills that will test anyone not yet acclimatised.
🍽️ Food & Drink — 9/10
The hotpot on both nights was incredibly nourishing and full of flavour, featuring a variety of local wild vegetables and mushrooms. There is also a stir-fry menu with a solid selection of local dishes, though we stuck to the hotpot both evenings.
🌅 View/Scenery — 11/10
Snowcapped peaks and beautiful pine forests as far as the eye can see (visited in April). I could have sat and stared out the window all day.
🏃 Activities & Surroundings — 10/10
The mountains and hiking trails are the main draw here — and honestly, the only activity you'll ever need. Shuangqiao is absolutely gorgeous and you could spend a whole day there if you like to hike(instead of just taking the bus). Changping is more for hikers, no bus service with a different charm, I love it more cause it was less touristy.
The immediate area is quiet — everything you need is within the hotel itself. Stock up on essentials in the city, or check with staff ahead of time if there's anything specific you need. It's a hillside town, four hours from Chengdu."

"The room was very clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The toilet was smart, and there was even an oxygen supply system in the room. We had a great view of the mountains from our window. There's a local specialty supermarket on the first floor, and the hotel is only a 5-minute walk to Mount Siguniang, so the location is fantastic. The best part, though, was the ******* clothing experience the hotel offered – it was amazing! They had so many styles to choose from, and you could wear them into the scenic area for photos, which turned out beautifully! (The room photo was taken just before we left, so it's a bit messy.)"

"Highly recommended! The hotel is in a fantastic location near Changping Valley, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and the food street within walking distance. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a Japanese style, and very comfortable.
We especially loved the private hot spring, which was a wonderful way to unwind after exploring the area. The hotel also provides complimentary transportation to Shuangqiaogou and other nearby attractions, making travel very convenient. The free breakfast was delicious as well.
Although there is no air conditioning and it felt a little warm for us as Malaysians, everything else was excellent. The price is slightly higher than average, but the overall experience made it absolutely worth it."

"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see Mt. Siguniang right from the property.
The service was exceptional. Although the staff don’t speak English, it wasn’t a problem at all because they were always willing to help. Throughout our stay, we felt their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and it can get quite hot at night—especially for us Thais, who are used to having the AC on all the time 😂.
That said, I would still highly recommend staying here. The breathtaking scenery and wonderful service more than make up for it."

"This hotel is right inside the scenic area, so the location is absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness is top-notch; the room was spotless and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. The biggest bonus was the oxygen concentrator in the room, which is a lifesaver for anyone dealing with altitude sickness. Plus, you can hop right on the scenic bus as soon as you drop off your luggage, no need to go back and forth. It makes exploring so much easier and more relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!"

"This stay was surprisingly amazing, exceeding all expectations. First off, the room was super clean and tidy, and we could see snow-capped mountains from the window. It even had a private hot spring (which the owner meticulously disinfects). Secondly, I have to commend the exceptional service. Even though the staff, especially one lady, was clearly busy, she was incredibly attentive to every detail. When we arrived at the scenic area entrance, the guesthouse driver actually walked over with an umbrella to find our car. Later that evening, I experienced some altitude sickness, and the guesthouse promptly provided oxygen and Coca-Cola. We had hotpot for dinner at the guesthouse, and it was absolutely delicious – easily on par with, if not better than, what we had at Changping Valley the next day. For this price, it's an absolute steal! Highly recommended!"

"The room was very bright. Room service was excellent. We were traveling with children, and they thoughtfully brought us two cups of butter tea and some candies. As soon as our car pulled up, they immediately helped us with our luggage. The overall location is also fantastic. Right outside, you can find many food stalls. The hotel also has a large lounge area where you can enjoy coffee and watch the street view, which is really great."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Even at an altitude of around 3300 meters, the diffused and nasal oxygen supply made breathing completely effortless. The hotel's setting is absolutely stunning, like a 'sky city' on the edge of a cliff with endless scenic views. There are so many great photo opportunities, often with rain, fog, and snow appearing together! 👍 After a shower in the evening, I was lucky enough to witness a double rainbow 🌈🌈 rising from the clouds in the mountains – what a thrilling and auspicious experience! The hotel service was excellent; the butler group was always responsive and communicative, making us feel very well taken care of. The in-room Bluetooth speaker was also fantastic, allowing us to enjoy pleasant music while admiring the beautiful sunrise and sea of clouds from the window. Both the hot pot and Chinese dishes were delicious, and returning from the scenic area felt just like coming home. The sunrise views were breathtaking for two consecutive days. Fantastic! 👍🌙"
