"The pool and outdoor area is stunning, definitely worth 4 star. I also enjoyed the shower. However.... The rooms and breakfast are not to a 4 star standard, I have genuinely had better in 2 & 3 stars hotels. The rooms are old yet unfinished looking? None of the balcony doors or windows, or presses close as they are warped, so the smell of the wildfires was constantly in our room and the A/C couldn't fully work as the hot air was getting in from outside. There was makeup on the sheets as we just checked in.. and the WIFI is SO BAD. Once again I've had better wifi in hostels.. it comes and goes very frustrating. The breakfast had a fine selection, yet the rolls were rock solid and pastries were stale, they kept putting the same stale, hard rolls and pastries out every day I think it's just for show? It's sounds like I'm being picky, I'm honestly not I stay in 2/3 stars all the time I'm just disappointed as we were excited to stay in a 4 star and it was a massive disappointment apart from the pool."

"Nice small resort. Good vibe. Go for the larger villas facing the river. Price difference not not much. They are much quieter. The village villas are not villas but more like a cabin, so not sound proof and packed near each other. Breakfast is modest. Great friendly staff. Good Italian restaurant. Picture attached for both types of villas."

"The AC wasn't cooling that day, but the staff moved us to a new room immediately. Unfortunately, the new room had a bit of a sewage smell, but it was already late so we didn't mind. The staff were very proactive and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay—great service, and I understand that some issues are just down to the building's structure."

"This place is just on the main area of PAI. This is a modern hotel with great facilities and swimming pool. The hotel staffs are very kind. Room had a great view alongside absolutely clean and comfortable. The minibar contains many complimentary snacks, cookies and drinks. I had a great stay, The breakfast could be improved a bit."

"A wonderful place. Everything it' s beautiful and clean! It' s a paradise. We eat a nice meal on front to the river so relaxing and the owner and the guy at the restaurant are so lovely. And to have a hot spring in that paradise oooh it' s something very rare and wonderful. A part the bed that it was a bit to hard we don't have any complain and it was one of the best hotel that we had been here in Tahiland. We will be back 😊"

"Very nice small hotel run by a friendly service oriented couple. Delicious choice menu for breakfast (western oriented). Swimming pool with a number of sunbeds. Clean rooms with a small terrace. The hotel is within walking distance 5 minutes from the center where there is a food market every evening."

"I stayed at Luxury Farmhouse Pai for seven nights in December. The property itself is genuinely very nice — the setting is peaceful, the design is well done, the photos are accurate, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after. You do get what you pay for in terms of the physical space and overall presentation. Where it fell down for me was the guest experience over a longer stay as a solo traveller. A lot of things felt overly procedural rather than personal. For example, being given breakfast vouchers on check-in and needing to present them every morning felt unnecessary after several days. It’s not a major issue, but it does change how the place feels when you’re there for a week. Breakfast itself was fine but basic — fruit, rice porridge, toast, and eggs. Perfectly acceptable, just not especially memorable. I also had ongoing issues with the Wi-Fi in my room. When connected it was fast, but it dropped out frequently, and I often had to switch networks or hotspot from my phone. Payments for extras were another source of friction. Card payments weren’t accepted for things like laundry, there was no option to run a tab, and when paying cash they often didn’t have change. These are small operational details, but over seven nights they became frustrating. The biggest issue for me was the scooter rental the hotel partners with. They required either a passport or driving licence to be held, plus a large cash deposit. That’s not something I’m comfortable with, and it’s particularly disappointing given how important scooters are in Pai. I rented from another shop in town that only required a copy of ID and a deposit, which was much more reasonable. The hotel is walkable to Pai town (around 20 minutes), though a scooter is recommended. I also wasn’t informed in advance about the shuttle service from the bus station, which meant I walked in with luggage on arrival. There was also noticeable noise at night from nearby music, which did eventually stop. Overall, this is a well-run and attractive property, and I can see it being a great fit for couples or guests wanting space and privacy. For me as a solo traveller on a longer stay, it felt a little disconnected, and several small but important details took away from what could have been a much better experience."

"The location is right at the PAI Night Market, which is definitely an ideal location. The hotel has a unique style, with some decorations from the 1960s and 1970s. I especially like that it has a back garden and a small terrace. The toilet and bathroom are large enough. The breakfast is average. Although the night market is There are many people but the sound will not affect the room. Behind the hotel is the river, which is very atmospheric. But there are not many rooms, so book early."

"This should be the best hotel in Pai. I booked a villa because I liked the bathtub and gazebo by the window. It was a little expensive, but it was very comfortable. The hotel did a good job of insect prevention. I was not bothered by mosquitoes for two nights in the gazebo. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The shuttle bus service was very considerate and available whenever I called. The hygiene was first-class. The only regret was that I only stayed for two nights and didn't enjoy it enough."
