I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. The entire street next door is lined with restaurants and supermarkets, so dining and shopping are incredibly convenient, and it feels very lively. The room was spotless, and the decor and facilities are quite new, making for a comfortable stay. The owner was warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The misty rain was on Jiuhua Mountain, the air was humid and cold, but I couldn't feel it at all when I entered the house. The reception girl and the aunt were very warm. They warmly opened the floor heating in the room in advance. The room was warm and comfortable. The quilt was dry and tidy and smelled very clean. Because I took the elderly, I lived for two days, most of the time I ate in the store. The kitchen was very clean and tasted good. It was no different from the outside restaurant. There's a direct bus to Huatai right outside the hotel, and the shuttle bus stop is just a minute or two's walk uphill, making it perfect for families with children and elderly members—no walking required. I must commend the hotel front desk staff on the morning of May 4th. When I checked out that morning, I left my jacket with my car keys in my room. I had already boarded the shuttle bus to Huatai, so I immediately called the front desk. The staff promptly went to my room, found my jacket and car keys, and placed them on the next shuttle bus to Huatai. I'm so grateful!!!
