My two-night stay in Tainan unfortunately coincided with city-wide school and business closures. ## Service We were greeted with welcome fruit upon arrival, and the hotel staff were lovely, offering excellent service and a very polite attitude. ## Cleanliness The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. ## Environment The environment was fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. It's situated right across from Hayashi Department Store. Tainan's city center isn't vast, and Anping Old Street is easily accessible to the west. Plus, it's conveniently close to Tainan TRA Station (train station)."

"Great location, right across from the train station. There's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very helpful and even assisted us with getting a taxi. Very convenient!"

"During my stay, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel's location, surroundings, and in-house services. Overall, I had a pleasant time. First and foremost, the hotel's excellent location is noteworthy. A river flows right next to the building, and the pleasant breeze blowing across the water in the mornings and evenings allowed me to feel the presence of nature even while in the city. Simply strolling along the river gave me the sense of freedom that only a travel destination can offer, and it was a refreshing way to start my day. The hotel's bicycle rental service was another particularly memorable feature of my stay. It allowed me to easily visit places a little further from the city center, significantly expanding my range of activities. During my stay, I cycled to nearby tourist attractions, cafes, and quiet residential areas, experiencing the everyday atmosphere of the area. Being able to easily visit places that were a little farther away on foot and explore the city at my own pace was extremely pleasant and enhanced the enjoyment of my trip. The breakfast also far exceeded my expectations. The buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and each one was carefully prepared. There was a wide variety of fresh vegetables, hot dishes, bread, and desserts, so there was enough variety to keep you from getting bored even if you stayed for several nights. The dishes made with local ingredients were particularly delicious, allowing you to experience the unique flavors of the region and feel a little luxurious from the morning. As mentioned above, the hotel's location, the convenience of bicycle rentals, and the high-quality breakfast all combined to make this stay extremely satisfying. I feel that this is an inn that I can confidently recommend not only to tourists, but also to those who want to spend some relaxing time. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity."

"A great place to relax with the kids, and parents can relax too. The game room staff explain the rules clearly...very good, very reassuring! The rooftop family plaza, fishing, and train facilities are all very friendly. The pool has a beautiful night view! The front desk service at the first-floor lobby is also excellent."

"The hairdryer is terrible, the airflow is minimal; I suggest replacing it. There's no bottled water in the room, and you have to go out to the water dispenser in the hallway, which is very inconvenient. I recommend providing bottled water, as the water dispenser felt unhygienic and unsafe. The shuttle bus only goes to the high-speed rail station; I suggest informing guests of this when they check in. The room door doesn't close automatically; you have to pull it shut firmly. Overall, I booked based on reviews, but the value for money isn't great. For this price, you could find better options!"

"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. "The nightstand had a strong odor that was really pungent and kept wafting into my nose while I was sleeping. I'm guessing it's new, and I hope the hotel can do something to air it out 🤣. Otherwise, the location is excellent, it's clean and tidy, and very convenient for getting around."
