"Check-in was easy and all the service staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable. The bed was the softest and most comfortable we've had across all our stays in Korea. Seating on the terrace was quite comfortable too. When I went downstairs to ask fo more water, the service was prompt, with a bag at my door by the time I was back at my room. The restaurant food was also quite tasty and reasonably priced for dinner and a wide selection for breakfast, with some options changing from day to day. The hotel also has an area where cars can easily drive up to the door, making taxi/uber services simple for pickup and dropoff. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, we had a decent stay at Jeju Bolton Hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the airport, which made traveling around Jeju quite practical. The room was acceptable and had the basic amenities needed for a short stay. However, for a hotel that presents itself as high-end, some aspects were disappointing. One major downside was that the swimming pool required an extra fee even for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable for this category of hotel. Another negative point was the housekeeping service. During our 4-night stay, the room was cleaned only twice, even though we requested housekeeping every day. This was below expectations and affected the overall experience. The staff were polite and the stay was still comfortable overall, but the service and facilities did not fully match the standards expected from a premium hotel. In summary, the hotel has a good location and decent comfort, but there is definitely room for improvement regarding service consistency and guest amenities."

"Greeted by friendly hotel staffs upon arriving. It’s a decent hotel for the price paid. However it’s a little old and the carpet flooring seems to be quite dirty. The rest of the room is clean. Definitely worth mentioning is the shower water pressure and the automatic toilet bowl. They also changed towels daily and I think the sheets too. Sometimes they give me water sometimes they don’t. During winter, there will only be heater working - both room heater and floor heater. Would recommend staying for non-choosy travelers. Oh yes, carpark is a little small for the hotel, if return a little late, then probably have to park on non-designated slots."

"We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night. Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China. Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am."

"If you're staying in Hamdeok, you definitely need to book a room with an ocean view. This place is conveniently located and really offers great value for money. However, the windows were a bit dirty and the facilities are a bit old; I hope they can improve that."

"This hotel was truly my top pick, and I'm incredibly satisfied! I was a bit nervous at first because I didn't see many recommendations, but after staying two nights, I can confidently say the location, service, and convenience are all top-notch. The complimentary airport pickup alone makes it better value than all the other hotels around. I checked in on the 12th of this month. I contacted them a day in advance for the pickup service, and they have an online coordinator. The car, a clean business van, was already waiting for us before we even left the airport. This saved us a lot on taxi fares, and everyone knows how expensive taxis are in Korea! Check-in at the hotel was also super smooth, and the front desk had Chinese-speaking staff, which made everything so easy. We stayed on the 10th floor, with a city view of streets and high-rises, and it wasn't noisy at night. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you're in one of the busiest areas. Any small alleyway restaurant you find will likely be good because locals eat there. It's just a 6-minute walk to Aged Meat Road, which was on our itinerary, and directly opposite is the popular BHC fried chicken. Olle Market is diagonally across, and there's a bus stop nearby too! I'm already planning my next trip, and I'll definitely be staying here again!"

"overall, the Shin Shin Jeju airport hotel was good. For the price that you pay it was a nice budget hotel with a decent amenities. Some people complained about their room being dirty, but ours was pretty clean. We didn’t see anything that was too noticeable. The front staff does not speak English when we checked in or checked out. It was very close to lots of different restaurants and convenience stores, which made it a really good location. Overall, we would stay there again. Something that we noticed that was a little bit strange was that there’s no alarm clock in the room, but maybe most people these days use their phone as their alarm clock so that’s why it wasn’t in the room."

"This hotel is right by the sea with unbeatable ocean views. It's also very close to the airport. However, getting to tourist attractions by public transport isn't very convenient, as you need to transfer. It's quite close to Qixing Street, though. The service was pretty good. There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, as well as a shuttle bus, but be sure to check the operating hours. The hotel lobby offers luggage storage, but you can only check in after 3 PM – that's an important point! The room size is decent, though the facilities are a bit old. Overall, it offers good value for money! They offer Chinese service at check-in and provide Olive Young discount coupons! Around the hotel, you can find local Jeju delicacies like black pork, fried chicken, pork backbone soup, and abalone porridge. However, don't expect too much from the taste; none of it was particularly outstanding. A barbecue meal for two usually costs over 300 (Korean Won/Chinese Yuan, please specify if you know). Self-Service Laundry:The washer works fine, but the dryer isn’t very effective—it doesn’t dry clothes thoroughly even with a similar load and machine brand compared to other hotels. Great and convenient location. BHC Chicken and Kyochon Chicken are behind the hotel. Fashion streets, Dongmun Market, and restaurants all within walking distance."

JJulietteLI had such a wonderful stay at Mir’s! First time in Korea so wanted to familiarize myself with locals by starting off staying at a shared dorm. Eventually chose Mir’s over other hotels! First night at the place was greeted by Kevin, a very sweet boy who’s been so helpful and kind. The owner of the place is also very welcoming and polite. The whole building is well designed and very clean, smelling good. Rooms are quiet and people are respectful! Very happy with the stay. The location is so amazing as it’s close to the ocean and many cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you!

Clean and well-maintained with superb housekeeping crew. Breakfast buffet was average. On-site cafe has reasonably priced food and dribks. No dental kit or shaving kit in room and so bring your own!

ZZhitongzaosongshengqiaodenanrenI arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. Luckily, the front desk staff spoke Chinese, so check-in was very smooth and quick. My first impression upon entering was that it was a bit dim, with not enough lighting. However, the room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was huge, I'd say about 2x1.8m. Plus, having daily housekeeping was a nice touch and made for a very comfortable stay.

On the first morning, we arrived at the restaurant at 9:35 AM, only to be told by a male staff member that the last entry time was 9:30 AM. He was very firm and wouldn't let us in for breakfast, no matter what we said. Talking to the front desk staff also yielded no results... The next morning, we were having breakfast in the restaurant, and at 9:42 AM, there were still plenty of people coming in to eat. The restaurant's dining management standards are inconsistent and not at all customer-friendly. In over twenty trips both domestically and internationally, I've never encountered something like this. I'm speechless.

AAnna VichnevetskaiaWe changed to this hotel after staying one night a another one we didn't like in the same price range. The experience here was much better. Everything was comfortable and the view from the roof is really cool - you can watch the planes landing during the sunset. Keep in mind that, of course, it's a budget hotel and the pool is more for kids (very shallow). I'd stay there again.

AAnonymous UserDo not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me.

AAnonymous UserThis is an established, star-rated hotel, conveniently located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The elevators offer glass panels with sea views, and the waterfall view in the ground floor cafe is also beautiful. The lobby has a CU convenience store, there's a GS25 by the entrance, and an Emart and a pharmacy directly across the street. The nearby neighborhood is quiet and charming, boasting a wide variety of food options like tofu soup restaurants and bakeries, as well as specialty stores like Olive Young and Patagonia, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The front desk service was excellent. They kindly stored my luggage before the 3 PM check-in time. Some staff members couldn't understand English, but they patiently found colleagues who could assist. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very good. Downsides: ① The room has limited power outlets. Once the lamp is plugged in, there aren't many other available sockets, so I recommend bringing a small power strip. ② The bathroom has a bathtub, which might be less convenient for elderly guests. ③ Since it wasn't air-conditioning season, the only ventilation in the room was by opening the window. However, there was a slight noise from planes taking off and landing at the distant airport. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, though it was quiet in the middle of the night.

GGuest UserOld hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed.

The room we booked was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking Jeju city and the sea. Do note that the room doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and the lighting is a bit dim. Overall, it's pretty good, mostly catering to Chinese guests, and the front desk staff can speak a few words of Chinese.
