"First impression upon arrival we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke as they allow smokng right at the front entrance. No ashtray so cigarette butts everywhere. We were greeted with "checking in", not welcome to our hotel or anything. The front desk person was nnot very friendly and you could tell she did not like her job. During our stay a storm shut down the computers for check in and she was cussing it right in front of customers. The hotel is tired and not maintained well. The office type roolling chair in our room was replaced with a standard confernce room type chair. We asked the maid if we could get a rollinng chair and she took one from another room and gave it to us. We were not made aware that the jacuzzi and swimming pool were shutdown unti we inquired. We were then told it has been shutdown since January due to some kids trashing them. Really!!! how long does it take to fix a jacuzzi and pool and where was security when the kids were doing this. Oh, I forgot there is no security at this hotel. The hotel does a robust wedding business but do not have the staff to take care of their hotel. Lots of broken chairs and floor tiles. The desk light in our room was not working and after the maint, person replaced the lightbulb he told us he had to take the entire console down to fix it whiich he never did. I thought Marriott had higher standards for their Courtyard group but not at this hotel."

"Very clean. Anything we needed was handled right away. The breakfast was nice and I loved the decor in that area. The shuttle to Sesame Place is a great amenity."

"We stayed for a few nights. The hotel is super clean. The parking in plentiful. Bathroom is modern and clean, great shower pressure. Motion light in mirror so you don’t have to turn the lights on when going to the bathroom In the middle of the night. Beds aren’t the most comfortable. Housekeeping was fantastic. The bartenders at the bar were great. Friendly and let you know when last call was going to happen. Breakfast was okay - you have to purchase the night before or you incur a $3 service charge - stupid I think. Food was good - temperature could be hotter. We didn’t use the casino shuttle but it seemed to run frequently. The AC unit will never get to the temperature you set it to and will not be on if you are not in the room so expect extreme temperatures upon check in and when you get back to the room after leaving."
