Checked out of our first hotel and headed to our second hotel, Best Western Haeundae, for the next 3 nights. We thought we’d just leave our luggage first… but surprise! Our room was already ready for check-in around 10:40am. Yay! We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also had a sea view from our balcony, which was perfect! The location is superb — there’s a Subway and 7-Eleven right downstairs, and it’s also very close to Haeundae Beach Station Exit 6, which has a lift. Super convenient, especially when you have luggage! The only small thing for me personally is that I wish the bed was a little softer and the pillows a bit firmer. Haha, but that’s just my personal preference. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Although it's an apartment-style hotel, transfers and finding it aren't too difficult. Just tell them the hotel name downstairs, and they'll direct you to the check-in floor. If you need anything, email the administrator, and they'll reply and deliver within half an hour. Pros: The room space is very large and comfortable, the view is excellent, and it offers great value for money. It's very convenient for eating out and walking to the beach. You can even walk to the monorail. Cons: We booked a total of three rooms: an Ocean Suite (4 people), an Ocean Junior Suite (4 people), and an Ocean Panorama Suite (6 people). However, the 4-person rooms actually came with one double bed and one single bed, and the 6-person room had two double beds and one single bed, which felt a bit odd. Even more unacceptable was that bath towels weren't provided per person, but only one per room! Requesting extra towels also incurred an additional charge... Overall, though, the spaciousness and the view were big pluses, and I would still recommend it.

I've never left a bad review for a hotel in all these years; I always give good ones! I really can't stand hotels that don't change their bedsheets. It was past midnight, and I didn't want to disturb the cleaning staff, so I just slept in long pants. The next day, I mentioned it to the front desk, but when I came back late that night, the sheets still hadn't been changed. I definitely won't be staying at the Yingwu Walking Hotel again (there was even a ***** hair 😩, which I didn't photograph). A really bad hotel experience. But I still love Busan~

What we like about the hotel: - modern design with the private spa - perfect for kids to play and enjoy with the terrific ocean view - good service from reception in general (helped us to make hotel reservations, responding to our WhatsApp’s etc) - two bathrooms - perfect for families - excellent location - at the core of Haeundae - convenient to go to all locations in the area! Room for improvement: - poor housekeeping - given that we stayed for 6 nights, we needed to remind the hotel to clean specific areas (like hair), adding tea leaves/ cleaning teapots, providing clean towels etc). The cleaning lady even rang the bell multiple times at 10:45am, before our checkout time at 11am:

This hotel is small but has everything you need. Besides the breakfast being unappetizing, there aren't many downsides. The location is excellent; it's a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the shopping street. There's a convenience store (CU) just a few steps downstairs, and the very popular Kamameshi restaurant and Working Holiday are also within walking distance. On the first floor, you can find complimentary disposable facial cleansers and other amenities, along with luggage lockers.

【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

Great value for money and the location is perfect as well. Far enough from the city centre for some peace and quiet, but there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. The view from the hotel was really nice and you can get anywhere in 30 minutes either by bus, or by metro. There is a convenient laundromat inside the hotel already, so you don't have to worry about that at all. The standard is surprisignly high for such a price. If I am ever in Busan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Sorry I don't have a good picture of the bathroom, but it was great with a japanese style toilet and a regular shower cabin with a door. And normal-sized towels as well, not the tiny one as in most hotels in South Korea. Highly recommended!

The moment we stepped into the room, our family of five gasped in amazement! This oceanfront hotel cost less than NT$6,000 per night, yet it accommodated five of us – what an incredible deal! The room featured two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. Beyond the bedrooms, there was an open-plan kitchen and a generous living room. In the evenings, we'd bring back fried chicken and late-night snacks, and the whole family would gather in the living room to chat and eat, truly giving us that holiday vibe. What captivated me most was the breathtaking, unobstructed sea view. It was so beautiful that we couldn't stop taking photos, whether it was daytime or sunset. Waking up to that stunning ocean view every morning felt incredibly blissful. And finally, I must highlight the massive bathtub! It's located right outside the living room, allowing you to soak and gaze at the sea simultaneously – pure bliss! Our kids played in it every day and never wanted to get out; it was one of their happiest memories from this trip. If you're heading to Busan soon, I highly recommend saving Como Casa Residence Haeundae Oceanfront. Whether you're a couple, friends, or a family, I believe the value for money here is outstanding.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices! The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

The location is fantastic, with Haeundae Beach right outside the window. You can walk straight down to the sand from the hotel. The room is a bit small, especially the bathroom, and the facilities are a little old. Breakfast offers a decent variety, but don't compare it to domestic standards, or you might find it poor value for money. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is really handy. The hotel service is quite attentive; they helped us with taxi calls and even sending a package without any issues.
