The room was small, but the facilities were new and well-equipped, comparable to those at Hanting hotels. I highly recommend it. It's located right next to an elevated highway, but they've taken some measures to mitigate the noise. If you're sensitive to sound, you might want to consider this, but for those who are just visiting and tired from sightseeing, it's not a big deal – I slept soundly and barely noticed any noise. It's also very convenient to get to Jinli from here. Plus, there's a hotpot restaurant right by the subway's C exit, so you don't necessarily have to eat in Jinli.

The room was spacious and clean enough. There is just dust on the top shelf of the wardrobe. The woman who checked us in was super helpful and friendly. Communication is over WeChat or the automatic translation over the Trip.com Chat. We extended our stay and asked to stay in the same room and to get new toilet paper. It was confirmed and in the evening we had the trash taken out, new toilet paper, new toothbrush and even a rack. Since there was no place to hang your clothes. (No dryer) We didn't want to hang it up in the bathroom since the ventilator there really didn't do his job. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the bed is comfy, laundry detergent is inkl. and the staff is incredible helpful!

Such a great stay! The hotel is newly renovated, modern, beautiful, and incredibly clean. The room was spotless, comfortable, and everything felt fresh and new. The location is super convenient, the subway station is literally right outside the hotel, making it so easy to get around Chengdu. Chengdu North Railway Station is also nearby, which is a huge plus for us. Check-in was unbelievably quick, it took less than 30 seconds! 😂 And a special shoutout to the lovely front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even speak English, which made everything so easy for international travelers. For the price, the value is honestly fantastic. Great location, beautiful new rooms, excellent service, and amazing convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu!

There are a lot of food around the hotel, the environment is good, very close to the subway, just a few minutes walk, it is very convenient to go to the zoo. The front desk service attitude of the hotel is very good, the facilities in the room are all available, the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the hygiene is quite clean. Breakfast is also good, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, and you can also cook noodles and rice noodles.

To see the giant pandas, I booked this apartment hotel nearby. It has an underground parking garage, which was very convenient since I was driving. Plus, it's really close to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, which is a huge advantage. From the photos, you can tell the hotel offers great value for money, which I definitely appreciate! The only thing I'd suggest improving is that the room lighting is too dim; I recommend adjusting it.

Hotel location is really convenient, but: 1. The wall is moldy and stained. There are stains in the toilet, and if it is not cleaned up, it will not be photographed. 2. The laundry room is dirty and messy. It is with the linen room. There is no laundry detergent. Finally, it is taken from the 7th floor and then to the front desk on the 1st floor. After washing the clothes, there was a problem with the washing machine. The clothes could not be taken out, and the staff had to solve it. 3. The hotel does not have disposable slippers, and there are no questions for two consecutive days. 4. Although there are robots to deliver things, there is no phone in the hotel room, and the robot does not know when it comes. It is very inconvenient to contact the front desk.
