The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The room was neat and clean with a beautiful view. The service was excellent; the owner helped us with our itinerary and even gave my family anti-chafing patches when he heard their feet were hurting. He also helped us with our luggage, going up and down multiple times – he really worked hard! The service was very attentive. The location is convenient, close to Erhai Lake, and there's an electric scooter rental shop nearby if you want to rent one to cycle around the lake. The breakfast was delicious; my family all enjoyed it very much.

The room was clean and tidy, and the owner was really nice. When we checked in, they gave us a guide with local attractions and some delicious food recommendations nearby. We booked a room with a small courtyard, which was perfect for a BBQ in the evening – very quiet and comfortable. The guesthouse itself was serene and elegant, with lots of greenery. Enjoying a BBQ with the evening breeze and starlight made for an absolutely perfect atmosphere. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is definitely the place to go!

Facilities: A detached villa with full home amenities, including a kitchen and dining area. All cooking utensils are provided, but no seasonings. We asked the housekeeper about it, and they explained that seasonings can become unsafe if stored for too long, which shows the owner's thoughtful consideration. Hygiene: Very clean, so you can feel at ease bringing children. Environment: It's about a 30-minute drive from the Ancient City, located in a very quiet villa area along Erhai Lake in Haidong. There's a hot spring foot bath at the entrance. Service: Attentive service. The housekeeper was very responsive and quick to address any issues. They were warm and patient. Highly recommended. Perfect for family trips.

How do I even begin to describe it? What I want to say most is that the hotel room was so healing! The view from the window was like a Miyazaki painting. Especially when I woke up early in the morning and opened the electric blinds, lying in bed, the mountains and sea were all part of the scenery, like an oil painting, breathtakingly beautiful! Driver Wang, who picked me up, was so warm and welcoming. At around 6 AM, before my flight, I contacted the front desk lady, and she quickly helped me arrange the pickup. He helped me with my luggage both upon arrival and departure, not in an overly eager or fawning way, but just naturally and harmoniously. Coming here made me feel so calm and comfortable! It's truly a place to go to unwind and slow down. I'll definitely be back!

The popcorn, cookies, and fruit served at afternoon tea were delicious, and the thick rice noodles with corn, sweet potato, and eggs at breakfast were also very tasty. The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The best honeymoon hotel! The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. They even provide free pickup and drop-off to the train station, which made our trip so much easier. The view is absolutely stunning—we could see the snow mountain right from our balcony, which was truly unforgettable. They also provide halal breakfast, and there are halal restaurants just a few steps away, so food was never an issue. On top of that, there’s free self-service laundry, which is super convenient for travelers. Honestly, everything was perfect during our stay. Will definitely come back again!!!!!!!!
