Service: They helped with luggage, provided local tour information, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. There's also a tie-dye workshop available for guests to experience at any time.

The hotel is right in Xizhou Ancient Town, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, helping with luggage and even giving us a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel breakfast was also good, with freshly ground coffee. Overall, a great experience.

This place really is a little gem! The architecture is beautiful, the rooms are big and comfortable with simple but tasteful decoration. It is not far from the village's main square, but in a quiet street. The uncle and auntie are very nice, I got offered fruit, water, steamed corn, homemade dried papaya and other snacks every day. The auntie even gave me medicine when I got sick! I cannot recommend it enough. One thing to note, this is an old house so you can hear the other guests through the walls, but people are usually respectful.

Found a hidden gem in Xizhou, the Xiyunqi·Guqiu guesthouse! Seriously want to recommend it to all my friends planning a trip to Dali! The room features a full smart home system, a true blessing for anyone who loves convenience, and it completely elevated our stay. The ultra-large, high-definition projection TV had amazing picture quality, making lazy days in the room catching up on shows incredibly cozy. But the biggest surprise was the view! The room directly faces the endless Xizhou rice fields. You can watch the little rice field train slowly pass by right from your bed, taking in Xizhou's iconic pastoral scenery. No need to go out and brave the crowds, just enjoy the healing beauty all to yourself. I absolutely have to rave about the guesthouse's service! The front desk lady was so kind and enthusiastic. She proactively contacted us before we even arrived, giving us detailed directions, confirming our arrival time, and even helped arrange airport pickup. We had a ton of online shopping delivered, and the guesthouse thoughtfully helped receive the packages for us, solving a big travel hassle. The rooms were meticulously cleaned every day, always neat and fresh. The breakfast prepared by the guesthouse auntie was incredibly delicious! Authentic flavors, and if you wanted more, you could get extra noodles or eggs for free – so comforting and satisfying. The entire guesthouse had such a warm and inviting atmosphere, like having a little home away from home. Almost any request was met with a prompt and helpful response. On the day we checked out, the front desk lady even proactively helped us carry our luggage to the car. So many thoughtful and heartwarming details. From the facilities and the views to the service, everything was impeccable. This is my top choice for a trip to Xizhou, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Dali Xizhou!

Staying here felt like stepping back in time. This beautiful 500 year old house gives you the feeling of traveling hundreds of years into the past while still being comfortable and welcoming. The architecture, atmosphere, and details make it feel like being inside a movie. The rooms are beautiful, clean, . Every corner of the house feels special and creates such a peaceful and unique experience. What made my stay even better was the kindness of the people here. I’m traveling across China by bike, and I asked if it would be possible to leave my bike here while I continue my trip and return several days later. They were incredibly helpful and kindly agreed, which I really appreciated. The location is also excellent perfect for walking around Xizhou Ancient Town and exploring the area. This place is much more than just a hotel; it’s an experience. I enjoyed it so much that I’ll be coming back in a few days to stay one more night before continuing my journey home. I highly recommend staying here if you want a beautiful, peaceful, and memorable experience.

The room was quite clean, but the vanity design was inefficient; water easily spilled out, and my toiletries bag either got wet on the counter or there was nowhere to put it. The hotel toiletries were only in a resealable bag, containing just a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there were no hand towels on the vanity! The experience wasn't great! Furthermore, the service was unsatisfactory. After entering the room, I called the front desk and learned they didn't have a crib. Since I have a 2-year-old who doesn't sleep well and I was worried about him falling out of bed, I wanted to upgrade the room by paying the difference. However, they refused the upgrade, saying I had used the vanity (washed my hands upon entering) and sat on the bed, and the housekeeping staff had already left. They said they would change the room and couldn't resell it, and even suggested I book another room. As a regular member of Huazhu Hotels Group, I can understand, but I can't! This outcome was definitely unsatisfactory!

Had a wonderful stay in Xizhou Ancient Town! Anxizide Homestay was super clean and comfortable. The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes' walk to Zhengyi Gate, making it incredibly convenient to explore the ancient town. And a special shout-out to the Xizhou粑粑 – freshly baked, crispy on the outside, and soft and fragrant on the inside, both the sweet and savory options were delicious. A must-try when you're in Xizhou! Highly recommend staying here~

✨ An unexpectedly great stay! The location was a huge plus, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making getting around super easy. The room was spotlessly clean down to every detail, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent—I had a wonderful night's sleep. The owner was incredibly warm and efficient, checking me in super fast and even proactively recommending some local hidden gems. Their thoughtfulness was top-notch. The facilities were new and complete, with high-speed WiFi, plenty of charging ports, and a dry/wet separated bathroom all available. The value for money was amazing, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I was a little hesitant at first, afraid that it would be uncomfortable to live in, but the homestay is very clean and warm, with a simple Chinese style. I met an aunt who cleaned the house, and even changed the blankets on the bed for each guest. The location is also very convenient, and it is convenient for eating, shopping, and taking taxis. The boss is also very friendly, warm and thoughtful, and picks me up and drops me off, which is very warm.
