The hotel's location is perfect, right next to Wukang Building, and just a 4-5 minute walk from Metro Line 10. This was ideal for our city walk plans! There are also plenty of cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. When we checked in, the front desk attendant kindly changed our room to accommodate our child's preference. She was so patient and warm, making our stay comfortable and satisfying! I'll definitely recommend this place to friends planning to visit. 👍

Our group of six drove from Lishui, Zhejiang, to Shanghai for a concert. After unexpectedly securing tickets last minute, we urgently booked a hotel near the stadium. Most nearby options were either too small or overpriced, so by chance, we ended up at the Atour Xujiahui Jianyue Hotel near Shanghai Stadium. I've stayed at Atour hotels multiple times in Shenzhen and Hangzhou before, always having a good impression. I expected this to be just another standard business hotel, but this experience was a pleasant surprise. I communicated our arrival time (around 10 PM that night) with the front desk in advance and also requested a late checkout until 5 PM the next day. The staff readily accommodated and reserved our room, providing truly thoughtful service. Upon our late-night arrival, the parking lot was full. After calling the front desk, the staff enthusiastically helped us resolve the parking issue. During check-in, the staff attentively asked about our itinerary and even thoughtfully gave us concert merchandise, which was a very warm gesture. The room's cleanliness was perfect, featuring a comfortable Wabi-sabi style throughout, with new and complete facilities. The lighting, air conditioning, and curtains were all smart-controlled and easy to use. The room's tables and chairs were spacious, making it convenient for kids to do homework or for temporary work when traveling with children. Attention to detail was evident: the toothbrushes were just right in softness and very comfortable to use; the bathroom was equipped with disinfectant wipes, bath towels were individually packaged, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, demonstrating high hygiene standards. Breakfast cost 49 yuan and offered a rich variety, including authentic Shanghai-style noodles, wontons, and more. The taste was excellent, and compared to hotels in the same price range, it offered exceptional value for money. Everyone in our group was very satisfied. The hotel is just an 8-10 minute walk from Shanghai Stadium. After the concert, walking back and forth meant we didn't have to worry about traffic or parking issues, highlighting its excellent location. Our stay cost between 800-900 yuan, which is clearly a great value compared to other accommodations in the same area and with similar room types, often priced at 1200 yuan or more. Whether for a business trip, a family vacation, or specifically to attend a performance, this hotel is highly recommended. This blind booking turned out to be a wonderful surprise!

I've never encountered such an unprofessional duty manager. As I've been experiencing respiratory sensitivities recently, I carry an air quality detector with me. After checking in around 3-4 PM, the detection showed that the TVOC concentration in both the guest room and the lobby significantly exceeded standards: the national standard limit for TVOC concentration is ≤0.60mg/m³, but my readings were more than double that. At the time, I didn't want the hassle and planned to solve the issue by opening the window for ventilation after sunset. However, after staying in the room for just 2.5 hours, I started experiencing mild throat pain. The pain disappeared after going out for dinner and staying out for three hours, but it returned as soon as I got back to the hotel (the next morning, I even unexpectedly developed yellow phlegm). Consequently, I had to make a last-minute decision to check out around 10 PM. I discussed this with the front desk, offering to cover half the cost myself if the hotel would refund the other half. To my surprise, the duty manager not only showed no understanding but aggressively challenged me in a harsh tone: ”If you're unhappy, I'll tell you what to do – you can call 12315, or you can call the police!” Unwilling to entangle myself with this 'service professional' who lacked basic service ethics, I stopped communicating and turned to leave. As I waited for a car outside the hotel, the manager reappeared with a bottle of water. After I declined the water, he actually claimed: ”I've already humbled myself this much, what more do you want?” How can a manager of a prestigious five-star hotel, when faced with a calmly communicating guest, ask ”what more do you want?” simply because the guest didn't want a bottle of water? And to interpret a routine customer service interaction for handling complaints as ”humbling oneself” – does this indicate a persecution complex, or a fundamental lack of understanding and respect for the daily work in the service industry? Can such a duty manager truly represent a state guesthouse or the Radisson brand standard? I didn't pursue the refund issue further, but I hope the hotel will improve its air quality management and staff training.

My husband and I had a 9-night stay at this apartment and we are very happy with our choice. The place itself was very cosy, we loved the views and the washer/dryer machine worked perfectly. The location was one of our favourite features, with the best cafes and bakeries at under 5 minutes walking distance. Room cleaning was done under request, on the same day and we were never missing anything. We would stay at this apartment again if we revisit Shanghai!

The name Guisu Homestay truly lives up to its reputation! Nestled in the Wutong tree-lined streets of Yueyang Road, the location is superb, offering a fantastic atmosphere for leisurely strolls. The interior is clean and refreshing, and the environment is quiet and elegant. The butler service is attentive, with smooth communication throughout our stay. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, allowing us to fully experience the charm of old Shanghai. Our stay was absolutely perfect, highly recommended!

The location is good, the accommodation has everything you need for life. One downside was that communication during check-in was slow at first, but afterward all our questions were answered in detail. During our stay, the shower door exploded, which resulted in injuries, after that we were relocated to another apartment and the hosts covered the medical expenses. They responded quickly the next day and even offered to go to the hospital with us, but we had already been there. I don't know how many stars to give this experience, it was a bit scary, because it was not clear how to communicate with the ambulance in Chinese and none of the managers responded at the time it happened. However, overall the place was nice, and the second apartment even had a projector :)

Very convenient location, close to the metro station. The room was great, and the front desk staff, especially the young man who checked me in, was very enthusiastic and helpful. All the service staff were friendly. It was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast – it was plentiful and delicious!

Place was great! In what seems like a residential building. Location was great, about a 10 min walk in both directions to 2 different metro stops, so many cute shops, cafes, and restaurants. Apartment itself was great, clean and spacious, had a lift which was super helpful with suitcases and such. Only thing to note - if you do any online ordering or need a specific address for packages, definitely copy one of the addresses off the packages that are already there, as the address given is a little off which caused some issues for us when trying to order from taobao. Overall, would definitely book again!

Perfect! I always choose Atour, and they consistently deliver on cleanliness and quality control. This particular hotel is exceptionally good, meeting even S-tier standards. I had a really comfortable night's sleep. The front desk service here was also the best and most welcoming I've ever experienced at an Atour hotel.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Our train was scheduled for late afternoon, so the hotel graciously offered a complimentary late check-out, which was a thoughtful and comforting gesture for my elderly parents.
