"The environment is simple yet luxurious, and the lobby has a great ambiance. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, even the corners are spotless, and there are no strange odors. Zora provides thoughtful and attentive service, proactively informing guests about hotel amenities and key local attractions. It made my stay feel secure and relaxing, perfect for both tourists and those on a temporary visit."

"The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but the surrounding greenery is lovely. The only downside was that the riverside path was under construction, so we couldn't take a walk along the river, and the riverside facilities weren't fully developed. However, we could watch the tide from our balcony, which was very relaxing as we didn't have to deal with crowds. The service was also excellent; they provided fresh fruit and snacks every afternoon."

"This should be the tallest hotel in Haining city. It's a Kaiyuan Mingdu with a five-star standard, but the lower floor rooms might have some drawbacks (like no mini-fridge). The decor also shows some age, which is understandable given the hotel's years, but from the bellhops to the front desk and housekeepers, you don't feel like you're getting five-star hotel service. Delong Group's management just doesn't compare to foreign brand hotels!"

"Hualuxe in Haining is a newly built upscale hotel we really enjoyed to stay. We liked the following: * We had a spacious premium double room, which has separate shower/bath and toilet rooms. Both are remodeled nicely. The tub looks really nice but we didn't use it. There is a separate space with a day bed and a table and a chair, serving as a mini living room. The wet bar features Chinese kong fu tea setup, which is really rare. It is not for coffee lovers since they only have instance coffee. The view from the window is decent with a tree lined gated single family community within view. * The hotel's pool has the best water quality we have experienced from hotel's pools. Even better than some of the best five star hotels. There is a real time water quality monitoring system in the pool area that you can checkout the water quality yourself. Swimming in it is much more enjoyable. Remember that you need to either bring swimming cap or purchase one there to use the pool. * The hot tub in the locker room is very clean and much larger compared to other hot tubs. It is worth the soak. * The hotel lobby has extremely tall ceiling making it grand. It is well decorated, featuring a lobby bar and several traditional tea serving spaces for serenity. There is an outdoor garden that the guests can view from the lobby windows, but you can't go into the garden. * The lobby and hallways are not scented but the air feels clean and there is an air purifier in the room to keep the air clean. * We also got served with a robot to our door when we ordered extra bottles of water. It is high-tech'ish. * The single-use toothpaste is a well-known japanese brand, which is very nice. * we didn't use the gym but it looks well equipped. * the lobby bar opens till 10pm, which is nice for me to host some visitors. Room for improvement: * the sauna in the locker room is not hot enough. Only 51 C when we are there. * the spa is not yet open, they are still looking for a third party operating company. * we didn't try the restaurant but they only have Cantonese cuisine. I wish they had more local food (Haining's specialties). * the service is OK, staff are very friendly but not exceptional in terms of making you feel at home. The mini-fridge seems to have less items than the menu suggests. Perhaps because it doesn't have enough guests to keep the fridges always stuffed. * since it is really new and not yet fully ramped with occupancy, it may feel a bit empty but you can also enjoy the quietness because of that. Overall, it was well worth the money but the location is not exactly close to any tourist spot or metro station or busy shopping mall. You really go there for a nice stay. There is a good seafood restaurant next door, which is a plus."

"Very very happy with my stay ，Hotel was kind to upgrade us to a deluxe suite at no extra cost ，Special mention of the front desk staff - Wang who was extreme helpful in all aspects to make our stay very comfortable. "1. The hotel is located within the resort, and check-in needs to be done at the visitor center at the main gate (during the National Day holiday, there were too many people, and only 6 front desk staff made the check-in process very slow). You can also arrange luggage delivery directly to the hotel when checking in at the visitor center (I only found this out later, just a friendly heads-up). 2. This is the best hotel within the resort; it's very new, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk service is excellent. When checking out, you can also arrange for luggage delivery directly to the visitor center, and pick it up when you leave. 3. The lunch included for the next day in the package was fantastic. It's served at the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the second floor, and it's definitely enough for three people. 4. The Milan Storm Water World, which is indoors and included in the package, requires a shuttle bus ride to get there. It's quite good, and the kids loved it. Overall, everything was great. I especially enjoyed the real-life immersive game experience – it was fantastic. I'll definitely come back for a 3-day, 2-night stay next time; it offers excellent value for money."

"The price is cheap and cost-effective! The scenery outside the window is picturesque, parking is free, the front desk is efficient, the room is clean and hygienic, there are many people during the festival, and the waiters are still as friendly and enthusiastic as always. I am very satisfied! I will stay again"

"I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. "

"Visited Haining for the May Day tide-watching festival, and this hotel came highly recommended by a friend. The room was very spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and I especially loved that the bed's firmness could be adjusted to my preference. The housekeeping butler contacted us a day in advance, providing details about the parking garage, tide-watching schedule, and weather forecast, and was always ready to answer any questions. The electric cart service for transfers was very convenient. We had dinner at the hotel, and the ambiance was lovely; the braised pork was particularly delicious. However, one female front desk staff member had a stiff attitude and was inflexible in handling a simple matter, making it overly complicated. Throughout our two-day stay, we experienced warm and excellent service from the lobby manager, the greeter/bellhop, and the housekeeping staff."
