The room was very spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and I especially loved that the bed's firmness could be adjusted to my preference. The housekeeping butler contacted us a day in advance, providing details about the parking garage, tide-watching schedule, and weather forecast, and was always ready to answer any questions. The electric cart service for transfers was very convenient. We had dinner at the hotel, and the ambiance was lovely; the braised pork was particularly delicious. However, one female front desk staff member had a stiff attitude and was inflexible in handling a simple matter, making it overly complicated. Throughout our two-day stay, we experienced warm and excellent service from the lobby manager, the greeter/bellhop, and the housekeeping staff."

"We chose this hotel because we were visiting Haining Leather City the next day, and it's conveniently located, about a fifteen-minute drive away. Even better, it's right next to Intime City – literally, you just go downstairs and you're in the mall. The location is absolutely fantastic! **Environment**: It feels quite similar to Atour or InterContinental hotels, but at a much more affordable price. The overall cleanliness is excellent. **Facilities**: The bedding and furniture are all very high-quality. The headboard is leather, and the predominantly red and black color scheme is very conducive to sleep. The absolute biggest highlight, though, is the vanity – it has a huge mirror! The lighting is also great, so you can see everything clearly even when putting on makeup at night! There's also a generous amount of counter space next to the sink, perfect for all your cosmetics and toiletries. Plus, the hairdryer is a Dyson, which adds a really stylish touch. **Service**: Standard service, but there's one thing to note: since there were two of us, the platform only included one breakfast. When we called the hotel to confirm, they immediately sent us another one, which was very nice of them. The only minor drawback is that both elevators leading to the guest rooms felt a bit wobbly. I hope they can look into maintaining them."
