"This stay had several thoughtful touches that absolutely deserve a 5-star rating.
1. There were nearly 10 bottles of water in the room. While other hotels might offer water, it's rare to find so many proactively placed in the room.
2. In the morning, due to heavy snow closing the highway, we had to turn back. Even though we had already checked out, the front desk attendant was incredibly understanding and let us use our room key again to rest for a while.
3. Before we left, and after we had already returned our key and checked out, they generously lent us an umbrella so we could go out for breakfast. This level of trust made us feel incredibly welcome."

The rooms all have small refrigerators and are fairly clean.
But this time, probably because of the Eid al-Adha, the customer service was not very good.
I stayed for two nights in a row. I told the waiter to change towels and toiletries in the morning, but when I returned to the hotel at noon the next day, the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and continued my trip. When I returned to the room in the early hours of the night, it was still not changed. After I told the front desk again, it took 20 minutes to change it."

I was a bit worried about the accommodation conditions in the grasslands at first, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was. The room was super clean, and most importantly, it was incredibly warm with excellent insulation. A special shoutout to the bathroom – no unpleasant smells at all, and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel restaurant also served delicious food. The owner was incredibly hospitable, offering us complimentary fruits and instant noodles. They even took us on an 'Infinite Journey' light off-road camping afternoon tea experience. I'll definitely be back!
