"[Review] Twenty Residence Don Mueang: Affordable Stay, Golden Location with Tons of Food, Close to the Airport! ✈️🍲 If you're planning to fly in or out of Don Mueang Airport and looking for an affordable, clean place to stay, and most importantly, somewhere with ”easy access to food,” then look no further! This time, we stayed at Twenty Residence and were so impressed that we've decided to come back here again next time we fly from Don Mueang! 😉 Why we love this place? 👇 1. Location is superb! Close to Don Mueang Airport ✈️ Super convenient for those with early flights or late arrivals. No need to rush, no worries about traffic. Plus, the area around the hotel is lively and not isolated. 2. A paradise for food lovers! 😋🍲 The absolute highlight that won us over is the ”abundance of delicious food” around the hotel. It's a hub of various restaurants. Just a short walk and you'll find amazing eateries. 🌟 Let me show you some of the must-try dishes we had near the accommodation (check out the pics!) 🍽️ Start your main meal with a juicy Hamburger Steak topped with melted cheese and rich sauce, served with fries and salad (image_18.png). Or, if you love creamy dishes, don't miss the hot Mushroom Cream Soup (image_23.png). 🦐 For a spicy kick, try the spicy Tom Yum Noodle Soup with Prawns, rich in flavor and loaded with fresh prawns, boiled egg, and crispy fried tofu (image_19.png). 🍲 If you're into Chinese style, you must try the Mala Tang hot pot, spicy and numbing to the core (image_20.png), accompanied by fragrant Satay Skewers (image_21.png). 😋 Finish your meal with a dessert like Toast (image_22.png) or grab some delicious toasted bread from a nearby shop – it's excellent! 3. "The location of this amazing and lobby is huge and very clean. The staff was very helpful we didnt like our room not because it was dirty but we just had an off vibe toward it and they showed us 3 room and i asked for a specific room upgrade and it wasnt available they give me a higher room for same price that they gave me for the one i choose."

"We had a great stay at Hansar Hotel with our family. The room was very spacious and well-designed. It was especially convenient travelling with kids, as they could watch TV in the living room while I could relax in the bedroom. The location is excellent, with a hidden 7-Eleven just a minute’s walk away, which was very handy for snacks and essentials. We also enjoyed being able to walk to CentralWorld shopping mall in about 15 minutes. If you prefer not to walk, booking a Grab is quick and easy, making it convenient to get around Bangkok. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. Keeping such a large room spotless is no easy task, but they did an excellent job throughout our stay. Thumbs up to the team for their hard work and attention to detail! We hope the hotel continues to maintain its excellent standards and keep the property well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit."

"Grand China Hotel is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok. There are many delicious breakfast options nearby, and the night market in the evening is lively with countless food stalls to explore. The hotel's ground floor has a seafood restaurant with tasty food and reasonable prices. I found the bed, duvet, and room amenities to be on par with a five-star hotel. Friends, you should definitely try it out, it's excellent! 👍🏻"

"The hotel is right next to a large shopping mall, just a 5-minute walk away. Given how congested the mall's traffic can get, staying at this hotel really highlights its convenience. The mall nearby offers both snacks and restaurants. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the dining environment is quite good. The in-room facilities are decent, especially considering that many hotels in Bangkok, Thailand, have been around for a while. The staff members are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated by the river, and the view from the room is quite pleasant and relaxing."

"The hotel is right next to the famous pedestrian skywalk, and the Erawan Shrine is just a street corner away, making it super convenient for reaching various shopping malls. The rooms are great in terms of facilities and cleanliness, and they even replenish fresh fruit daily after housekeeping. The breakfast spread is also excellent. My only strange experience is that my security deposit still hasn't been refunded. I checked in on April 28th, and it's May 26th today, but I still haven't received it back. Do hotels in Thailand just not refund deposits? The same thing happened to me at a hotel in Phuket last time. This time I specifically chose a big-name brand like InterContinental, and I'm still not getting my deposit back? What's going on?"

"We originally booked a deluxe suite, but the room was anything but deluxe. I actually disliked the hotel from the moment I stepped in because the lighting was dim and the overall atmosphere felt dark and gloomy. The shower room was very dirty with obvious stains, and the drain was clogged all night. The facilities seemed old, and the towels weren't pure white; they looked old and worn out! Unfortunately, the booking was non-refundable, and to upgrade to a better room, we would have had to pay extra. We weren't trying to get a free upgrade, but the hotel's facilities were truly disappointing. I don't understand why the hotel takes no responsibility whatsoever? The only thing worth praising was the Trip.com customer service. They helped us get compensation from Trip.com, which allowed us to continue our stay for the next few nights. However, I sincerely feel this isn't Trip.com's responsibility; it's absolutely the hotel's problem! Do not recommend staying here! 😡"

"It’s newly opened suite , so it’s very clean. However it’s too new, still contains the strong smell which made my throat and nose feeling uncomfortable. The room is big but no the window is extremely small and close to the next building or can say no window, I don’t even know day or night. The shuttle bus is a little bit inconvenient, because we need to take the golf cart to the Samala hotel, then transfer to the shuttle bus. Also the way back. The pictures and details they put on the booking website are misleading. I booked one room which includes the washing machine, but when we checked in, we’d been told there is no washing machine, but they can upgrade for us by changing 1400 Thai Baht per night, Ty more than the price on trip.com, felt tracked. The bellboys are really nice and helpful."
