The hotel's decor style is very new and different from the older Holiday Inn Express, perhaps they've updated their product line. The front desk lady quietly upgraded our room type, and the room was very characteristic of Northeast China, haha. It's spacious and very clean, with not a single water stain on the faucets or showerhead, which made my OCD very happy. It's a shame we had to switch hotels later to go elsewhere, otherwise, I would have definitely stayed here longer. Breakfast was also very rich. Thumbs up!

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find, with a quiet and peaceful environment. The facilities are all new, and the hotel staff thoughtfully reminded us of any points we needed to be aware of. The room was on a high floor with a fantastic view. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was the best accommodation I stayed at during my entire trip to Harbin.

The hotel is located in a new urban area with convenient transportation, and both the hotel and surrounding buildings are relatively new. It's right next to a wetland park, which is a great spot for exercise. The air is fresh and the sky is blue. However, the hotel doesn't have any fitness facilities, and when I asked the staff about the advertised laundry room, they told me there wasn't one. The biggest drawback of not having a laundry room is the inconvenience of washing clothes.

Had a fantastic stay, truly felt the warm atmosphere and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, saving a lot of time – a great experience overall! The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries. All the hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling, and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options to cater to different tastes. The complimentary evening millet porridge buffet with side dishes was also delicious! (See attached pictures) Highly recommend, looking forward to my next stay.

The room I arranged at the beginning had a very bad smell and poor soundproofing. I could hear people talking in the next room. It was much better when I changed to another room. It should be an upgraded version of Lavande. The room was not big, but the facilities and decoration were better than before. It's modern and the bed is very good. The biggest drawback is that you can't issue a special ticket. The front desk said there are reminders on the website, but the information on the website is actually inaccurate now. You should have made it clear before checking in.

The room as a whole is generally open and the bathroom lights are not turned on. It looks very dark and can't see anything and there are no disposable slippers.

The environment was fresh and comfortable, with a well-designed layout. The hygiene was excellent, spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were pristine. The facilities were comprehensive and sufficient; the air conditioning and hot water were both stable. The service was impeccable, making for a very pleasant stay.

This was the first hotel I stayed at upon arriving, and I just picked one close to the airport, but it exceeded my expectations. First off, the room lighting was cozy, and the bedding was super comfortable. I arrived quite late at night, but the staff still provided very thoughtful service. The breakfast the next day was also perfectly to my taste, with a good mix of meat and vegetables, including some Northeastern specialties. The overall environment was upscale. Five stars all around, and I'd choose this place again if I have the chance.
