Ξενοδοχεία κοντά σε Shida Night Market/Jiangnan University Town, Χαρμπίν

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location — it is practically next to Harbin Institute of Technology. This makes it especially convenient for students and families coming to HIT. There is also a street nearby with many cafés and restaurants, including places serving charcoal hot pot, so it is easy to find somewhere to eat within walking distance. The hotel itself is good, although it is starting to show its age a little. Still, the location more than makes up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Harbin for admission, registration, or other matters related to HIT. The location is extremely convenient.

Facilities: The room was excellent! Well-equipped and complete with everything needed. Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy! The bedding was also spotless. Service: The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free, which made our stay very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin overall — the room was comfortable, clean, and well-located. Everything else about the stay was good. The only small downside was the check-in experience. The staff member who helped us check in was quite curt and perfunctory — just handed us the key card without any additional information about breakfast, laundry Wi-Fi, or hotel facilities. We had to ask for those details ourselves A bit more warmth or a quick rundown at check-in would have made the arrival feel more welcoming. Still, we’d recommend the hotel. Just hoping for a friendlier front desk experience next time…And a smile may be? The rest of the staff however - from housekeeping to the parking bao an- couldn’t have been nicer. More than made up for that frosty first impression. Given the chance, will gladly return.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the transportation was very convenient. There wasn't much disturbance, and they even provided breakfast. They also gave my child a 'Jinbang Timing' (lucky charm) handbag, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Not very satisfied. The hotel claimed room A was at the end of the corridor but gave me a room right next to the elevator. The room was tiny and oddly shaped, and there was no movable table. On top of that, the front desk staff's attitude was subpar; they weren't welcoming at all and even made me feel uncomfortable.

The room was nice, but we arrived around midnight in the rain, and the parking lot at the entrance was full with no one directing traffic. We requested toiletries in the morning but never received them, so the service was just okay. However, the front desk lady was exceptionally kind when we checked out.

This hotel offers great value for money overall, with convenient access to all the attractions, whether by subway or taxi. It's clean and tidy, and the heating works wonderfully. There's also a free laundry room. The staff are friendly and efficient. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in! 👏 It was a very pleasant stay.

The environment here is absolutely amazing! There's a lovely little courtyard outside, like a farmhouse, where you can sit on small chairs, enjoy some tea and snacks, and soak up the sun. The hostess is also incredibly nice and super welcoming ˶＞ᗜ＜˶ And there's absolutely no strange smell inside the room! It's very comfortable. Highly recommend it! The location is super convenient too. The subway station is just a short walk away, and it's close to Central Avenue and the train station. I've already saved this place. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. **Pros:** The soundproofing in the room was excellent; we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Our family suite, room 1801, was incredibly spacious, and both the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The large TV was great, and screen mirroring was very convenient. Breakfast was satisfying. The noodles and wontons, a specialty of Starway, were exceptionally delicious! The melon served at breakfast was incredibly sweet; I had several slices every day! The view from the large window was stunning. **Cons:** Upon arrival after 2 PM on the first day, our room wasn't ready, which made the check-in process a bit slow. The front desk seemed understaffed. The bathroom in suite 1801 was not properly waterproofed; we could clearly hear the sounds of showering from the floor above. However, my friends in other rooms didn't experience this issue, suggesting it might be a specific problem with our suite, 1801. Upon check-in, we noticed there were no towels or bath towels, but they were quickly delivered after a phone call. There was no soap dish. There were no hooks or racks to hang clothes and towels in the shower area. The conditioner came in sachets and was oddly placed in the drawer with the toothbrushes and toothpaste, not in the shower area. I initially thought no conditioner was provided. This seemed quite illogical.

Great! The front desk service was excellent, and they even provided a parking space. They also gave us complimentary breakfast for three people, which was a delicious buffet with a good variety of options. I'd definitely choose Atour again when traveling.
