"On a whim, I traveled to Tengchong again, and this hostel, chosen without any prior research, turned out to be a delightful surprise. Of all the hostels I've stayed in, this was the first time I'd found one that perfectly balanced relaxation and a sense of belonging. The owners are incredibly good-looking. I later learned that the owner's wife is not only beautiful but also an amazing photographer; many people book her services for taking beautiful photos. She always communicates with everyone in a comfortable way. The two dogs in the hostel are a source of joy—soft, cuddly, and incredibly friendly. During the day, the courtyard is serene and peaceful; reading, drinking tea, sunbathing, and enjoying the breeze on the rooftop—the undisturbed solitude is so pleasant. At night, gathering around the fireplace in the courtyard for drinks and conversation—what worries could life possibly have? The seemingly ordinary whiskey bar transforms into a haven for souls at night. The selection of drinks reflects the owner's passion and dedication. Guests from all over the country gather together in a warm yet restrained atmosphere, offering both lively interaction and personal space. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Tengchong, especially solo travelers. You'll find surprises and warmth far exceeding the accommodations themselves!"

"The room was clean and tidy and quiet, and the environment was novel and harmonious and warm. The layout is reasonable, simple and practical. You can actually watch the sunrise on the balcony on the roof, absolutely. The balcony has a wide view, direct view, and the environment is not depressed at all. Going east is the main road of Atami Road, and there are many shops in the surrounding specialty restaurants. Going south is the passenger station to the far side, and the bus station to the north is close. Behind the Youth Hostel, the west is to come to Fengshan National Forest Park, which can start a saturated oxygen inhalation journey. This youth travel really creates a golden center point for one-stop food, lodging and travel. Tengchong is a place worth visiting once a year, and fans can come more. The locals are super good. The natural environment is wonderful."

There is no cold standard decoration, replaced by wall-filled travel photos, guide maps, hiking routes in Gaoligong Mountain and military theme dresses. The air is filled with a faint coffee aroma and lazy music, and there are always people sitting around the brazier in the public area, or talking quietly, or reading quietly. This relaxed, warm and story-filled atmosphere can instantly wash away your dust and fatigue. 🏠 Details and Attention: The owner of the hostel is a local person. He used to walk around China, so he knows the youth travel the most. The proprietress is Taiwanese. They know each other during the trip. They are all people full of stories and extremely friendly. They will remember your name and recommend small restaurants and hidden attractions to real local talent, rather than a uniform tourist punch-in. Although I live in a multi-person room, the bedding is clean and soft. Each bed has a privacy curtain, a small table lamp and a charging port. This respect for passenger privacy and convenience really touched me. 👫 About Encounters and Stories: Here, I met the big brother who resigned and traveled around China, met the sister of the international student who just graduated from the gap year, and at night, everyone together in the public kitchen to eat, listening to the story of the world and the world, and the laughter almost toppled the roof. "This was definitely the most comfortable hostel I've stayed at in Tengchong so far. The hostel environment was great, and seeing the clouds and red houses in the distance every day put me in a good mood. The room had a private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner even treated us to homemade steamed buns and peaches from their own yard, which we appreciated. The only downside was having a really strange roommate. She thought it was cold in Tengchong and insisted on leaving the bathroom heater and exhaust fan on, sleeping with the door open. Most importantly, she didn't turn off the lights or even close the curtains at night. As someone with sensitive sleep and a light sleeper, I can understand my frustration. Thankfully, I only had to endure it for one night. When it got too hot to sleep, I turned on the air conditioning. I don't understand why she thought it was cold and just covered herself with a blanket. In this weather, how could I feel cold with the soft, comfortable blankets in the hostel? This unpleasant experience reminded me of my dorm experiences when I was in school, but thankfully it was just a problem during my trip. The hostel was great, and I would definitely choose it again if I had the chance to come to Tengchong."

"During the Tengchong Marathon trip, I accidentally stayed at Rongchuan Youth Hostel. I didn't expect to have a pleasant time. Although this youth hostel is not very big, it is very warm and homely, and the environment is very clean and tidy. Everyone gets along very well, especially the boss lady, who is nice and beautiful. She treats everyone as friends and family. I originally wanted to stay for two days, but ended up staying for six days. The connotation of the ancient town is far from being understood in a few days. I hope to stay longer next time and enjoy the slow pace of life. Rongchuan is still the first choice. Finally, I wish the boss a prosperous business! Guests all over the world!"
