"This hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle, which is exactly what makes it so appealing. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and ready to help. There's a free breakfast in the morning, and the entire place is spotless. If I ever come back, I'm definitely staying here again!"

"We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View Room for 2 nights. The location is excellent — very close to the pier, which makes arrival and departure very easy. Our room (105) was also close to the elevators, so it felt even closer to the pier than many of the other rooms. The room was very clean, and the size was decent. The balcony view overlooks Tonsai Beach, which is always nice to wake up to. Because the hotel is so close to the pier, you can hear and see people down there during the day. However, once the balcony door is closed most of the noise disappears, and we had no problem falling asleep. Facilities were all working well: • Elevator was great • Air conditioning worked properly • Wi-Fi was fine • Shower was good We didn’t use the TV. The staff were friendly and all spoke English, which made things easy. They do ask for a deposit at check-in, but that seems to be standard practice. There is breakfast available through the restaurant downstairs. Personally I didn’t enjoy it much, but if you’ve been traveling around Thailand for a while it will probably be fine. Overall, this is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay on Phi Phi, especially if you want to be right next to the pier."

"Absolutely amazing, the host is a nice Thai gentleman. He is always happy to see you and keeps the place very clean. Beds are also comfortable and big. Complimentary pancakes water bananas snacks is so amazing. The top floor there is a hangout spot with sofas with a beautiful view. 10/10 recommend!"

"Traveling with two adults and two children, I booked this place quite late, and given the general price hikes around Chinese New Year, there weren't many options, so I chose this one. The location is convenient, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The room only had four beds and four bath towels, with two small bottles each of disposable shampoo and shower gel – nothing else. For 500 RMB for four people during Chinese New Year, it was okay. The listing stated no children allowed, but after emailing the hotel, they confirmed children are welcome, and their email reply was quite fast."

"The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. It's fine for a two-night stay. The shower head was clogged, which made showering uncomfortable. The bed linen and towels were clean. Overall, it's not bad for the price/quality ratio."

"The overall experience was good. The lady who works there is helpful if you are a first timer visiting the Island like us. She’s quite informative and cares a lot for your pleasant stay on the island. If you’re clueless about how things work, she gives good recommendations as well. She booked us a private boat for island hopping and also booked us a good ferry back to Phuket. We are grateful. The only drawbacks would be the room facilities. Oh, there was a faulty smell in the room, (bearable though) not sure if it was from the bathroom or from outside. Of course we can’t expect everything to be perfect since it’s an island."

"The staff were so lovely, I can forgive them anything! They first put me in a room that smelled like sewage, but they kindly switched me to another room which was perfectly fine. The hotel is very inexpensive, so for the price, everything was good and clean. There's a 7-Eleven nearby too."

"The hotel is good for its money. Help brought things from the pier to the room. They were served with breakfast, eggs, coffee. The staff is kind. Of the shortcomings: The bathroom is always raw when you take a shower, water everywhere, water needs a separate plum. There was not enough mirror in the room, there was nowhere to remove things, the room was dark."

"How to stay overnight, it's great. And the railroad is right over the head and the light bulb. Even the towel and water are given. The service is wonderful. But the smell of the night was not particularly pleasant for me. Otherwise it's wonderful"
