As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. "I booked this hotel for two nights during the Dragon Boat Festival and was incredibly impressed! Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic. It even had a bathtub, and they thoughtfully provided a disposable liner so I could soak worry-free. They also offered a foot spa tub with herbal sachets. The suite was huge, and to my surprise, the bathroom offered panoramic views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda – absolutely stunning. It wasn't until the second day that I discovered the bed was an electric adjustable bed, allowing me to find the perfect position to watch TV. All in all, it was a truly delightful experience. For this price, enjoying such a suite was amazing. I've stayed in places over 1000 yuan in other major cities, and none compared to this. It rained during my two-day stay, and the hotel even provided an umbrella, which was a very considerate touch. I had planned to switch hotels for the next two days, but seeing how great this one was, I promptly extended my stay for another two nights. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Xi'an. **Location Convenience**: The hotel boasts an excellent location, super close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy. You can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda right from the window, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is just a short walk away. It's also very near Xi'an Film Studio. Next door to the hotel, there's a convenience store, Wei Jia Liang Pi (cold noodles) is open 24 hours, and Old Li's Biangbiang Noodles and Old Ma's Paomo (bread in mutton soup) are all nearby – super convenient! **Room Facilities and Cleanliness**: The room facilities are modern and well-equipped, including smart voice control and a separate wet/dry bathroom area. The overall decor is modern and minimalist, with attention paid to every detail. **High Value for Money**: The customer service is excellent, and it offers exceptional value for money. It's a short 7-8 minute walk from the subway station and also very close to the Shaanxi History Museum, just two bus stops away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. "While visiting Huaqing Palace in Lintong, I chose the Begonia Royal Spa Hotel, which opened in 2025. As someone in the hotel industry, I specifically wanted to test the noise levels, a common concern for many. The entire building features triple-glazed windows, and with the air conditioning and fresh air system running and windows closed, the noise measured around 35 decibels, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. With the windows open, external noise was about 55 decibels, demonstrating the excellent soundproofing hardware. The room decor was aesthetically pleasing, and every corner was immaculately clean. The staff were very responsive to all requests. The water quality in the rooftop infinity pool was well-maintained, and relaxing in the hot springs was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including Chinese options like buns and congee, and Western choices like bread and salads. The location is superb, within walking distance to Huaqing Palace and close to the subway station. For those driving, there's an underground car park with charging stations, making travel worry-free. This is my top recommendation for a five-star hot spring hotel!"
