"It was a very very excellent stay. Very near the Yong Ning Gate of the city wall, you can see the activity on the wall from the hotel. Coffee places and Bubble Tea places are right downstairs. Room is comfortable and the availability of the laundry room is fantastic. Really loved this hotel and the in house handy experience. Experienced a couple of hiccups in the hotel but service recovery was exceptionally fast and prompt. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back again."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels."

"Xi'an's perfect base for travelers! Waking up to the ancient city wall right outside your window, and incredibly convenient transportation! We spent five days in Xi'an with our child, and choosing this hotel was absolutely the smartest decision we made! If 100 is a perfect score, I'd give it 120. I have to write a detailed review to recommend it to everyone: 1. **King-level 'Divine Location'.** The hotel's location advantage is truly unparalleled! It's right near Yongningmen Station on Metro Line 2, and about a 10-minute walk to the Xiaonanmen morning market. Line 2 is Xi'an tourism's 'golden artery', making it extremely convenient to get to the Bell Tower, transfer at Xiaozhai, or reach the high-speed train station. For us, who were out exploring all day, being able to step off the metro and straight back to the hotel was a 'lifesaver' level of convenience! 2. **Stunningly Beautiful 'City Wall View Room'.** The biggest surprise this time was managing to book one of their view rooms – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! Coming back to the room at night and drawing back the curtains, the magnificent Yongningmen Gate and the dazzling lights of the ancient city wall directly met our eyes, with the bustling city traffic below. Watching the Tang Dynasty night view from the comfort of our air-conditioned room, this fusion of modern and historical visual enjoyment was incredibly spectacular! 3. **Impeccable 'Cleanliness and Hygiene'.** For families traveling with children, hygiene is always the top priority. This hotel excelled in cleanliness and hygiene! The room was spotless, the bedding was clean and soft, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Coming back exhausted each day to a hot shower allowed for a perfectly restful night. 4. **Warm and Welcoming 'Perfect Service'.** The hardware is great, but the software – the service – is even better! Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was always smiling and warmly greeting guests. The service was not only prompt but also thoughtful and meticulous; any request was addressed immediately, truly making us feel at home. **Summary:** If you're visiting Xi'an and looking for a hotel with extremely convenient transportation, a room with a night view of the city wall, and a comfortable, reassuring stay, don't hesitate to book this place! "I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!"

"Amidst the vibrant chaos of my Xi'an trip, the Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely my best choice. The room was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature before I even arrived, so stepping in felt incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The butler service was outstanding. Communication was always warm and prompt, and the information provided was accurate and high-quality. Housekeeping was especially timely. Following Lucky's recommendations, I visited many places, which significantly boosted my travel efficiency. A big thank you to Lucky for her thoughtful care. The Four Points by Sheraton rooms are very new. I recommend choosing an inner-facing room; they are quiet and offer a beautiful sky view from the window. All amenities worked perfectly. The complimentary apple juice was delicious, so I even asked Lucky for two more bottles. Kudos to all the staff; their 'three-meter greeting' (approaching guests to assist) was excellent. Most importantly, with such a great location, superb service, and fantastic rooms, the price was surprisingly affordable! I can confidently say that among all the hotels in Xi'an, this one offers the best value for money. Oh, and the lobby bar was excellent too! They really got into the World Cup spirit. It's a shame I had to leave a day early; if I'd stayed one more night, I definitely wouldn't have slept – I would have spent the evening at the lobby bar! In a word, choose Four Points by Sheraton; you won't regret it."

"I was very satisfied with my stay. When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk even gave me a free upgrade. I arrived early with my child, and I had originally just planned to store our luggage, but the manager kindly arranged for us to check in right away. Every staff member was very polite, and even the cleaning aunties would greet me with a ”hello” every time we met, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with the subway and bus stops nearby, and you can even see them from the window of the room."

"Step into history! Daming Palace Park is right on your doorstep! When I traveled to Xi'an, I specifically chose the Atour Hotel at Xi'an North Railway Station for convenience, and my stay far exceeded my expectations, especially the surrounding attractions. It truly made me exclaim, 'No wonder it's the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties!' Stepping out is like 'attending court'; you emerge directly at Danfeng Gate from the escalator of Metro Line 4's North Square exit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xi'an Railway Station and the city wall, perfectly integrated into Xi'an's historical fabric. What was most impressive is that Xi'an North Railway Station Square is actually 'Danfeng Gate Square,' and as soon as you exit the station, you're greeted by magnificent Tang Dynasty palace architecture, as if instantly transported back to the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Daming Palace National Heritage Park is within walking distance, allowing you to experience the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty's political center. Walking south, the grey city wall adjoins the south station building of the railway station; exiting the station, you can touch the weighty historical evidence that confirms the lyrics, 'Under Xi'an people's city wall is Xi'an people's train,' hahaha. Getting to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, or seeing the night view of Datang Everbright City at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is also extremely convenient. Whether by taxi or Metro Line 4, you can get there quickly, achieving a seamless transition between sightseeing and relaxation. Service: Neighborly care that makes you feel at home. As soon as I entered, I felt Atour's signature warm service. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, checked me in efficiently and quickly, and thoughtfully offered hot tea. They not only patiently explained nearby attractions and food recommendations but also, seeing that I had a lot of stuff, specially gave me a sturdy cloth bag and a small gift when I checked out. This feeling of being noticed and cared for was truly wonderful! Room facilities: Clean, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful details. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and very well laid out, especially suitable for business trips. What I was most satisfied with was Atour's bedding – just the right firmness. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I had a very quiet and peaceful night's rest. The cleaning auntie was also very prompt, and the bathroom was clean with a good wet-dry separation. Additionally, the hotel's self-service laundry room was a lifesaver, so practical for anyone traveling for a few days. Breakfast experience: Rich, delicious, and late-night comfort. Breakfast offered a wide variety, balancing taste and nutrition. There was freshly ground soy milk, freshly made mini adorable roujiamo (meat burgers), and various porridges, noodles, desserts, and fruits. The best part is that on weekends, it's available until 11 am, so you can sleep in and still enjoy it. If you return late after visiting Datang Everbright City at night, there's a 'late-night congee' service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. A hot bowl of congee with some small pickled vegetables instantly cures the fatigue of travel. Whether it's the location, the rich historical and cultural atmosphere, or the hotel's soft and hard services, Atour does an excellent job. If you're also visiting Xi'an and want to immerse yourself in the charm of the ancient capital, choosing this place offers great value for money. It's also very close to the Daming Palace Feast, about 500 meters walk, which is good for watching shows and eating. Haha, that's all for now. Just sharing my real experience~"

"If you looking for a place to stay at East Gate, this is the place for you. It right smack in front of East Gate of Xi'an Wall and exactly in front of the metro station. The hotel itself is only 2 storey at 4th and 5th floor with the receptionist, dining room, washing machine and gym on the 4th floor. It's actually very big as I think it occupied almost whole 4th and 5th storey building. The bulding itself share with other commercial tenant. The room I got is on the 5th floor far away form the lift so it kind of bit hassle to walk down let say to wash your clothes. The breakfast is exceptional. Not big variety type but enough to fill your stomach in the morning. I got myself room with a verandah with Xi'an Wall. Just a bit put off that the parapet wall/railing is kinda high up to your chest fully opaque so in case you want to see the view you need to stand up rather than sitting down. I will be better a glass type of parapet wall/railing so you can bask in the view. My opinion if you want to get a room maybe 4th floor is good enough with facing the city wall. I don't think got anything different than 5fh wall only they have verandah."

"I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay."
