"The check-in experience exceeded expectations, and the surrounding environment of the hotel was clean and quiet. The room hygiene is particularly in place, and there is no dust on the corners. The facilities are complete and easy to use, the network speed is smooth, and the bathroom water is stable. The air conditioning and cooling effect is very good, the rest is not disturbed, the reception is warm and thoughtful, the price is online, and it is recommended to give friends who stay."

"The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder."

When I checked in, I casually asked about local transportation and restaurants, and she patiently explained everything and even reminded me about the weather. After checking out, I accidentally left my ID behind, but she found it right away, kept it safe, and contacted me promptly to pick it up, saving me a lot of hassle. Her warm smile and professional attitude throughout made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Tang definitely deserves full marks!"

Guests will find Guanyinsi Tower, Dongdong Zhiqu Xiaozhen Ertong Zhiyetiyan Center and Jiuduntang Park just a short distance from the hotel. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Lu'an hotel can make use of the parking facilities. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling for business.
"The hotel is near the Yunlu Street Food Street, and various food shops are just downstairs, which is very convenient. The location is near the Pei River, which is deep and not noisy. The room can see Wanxi College on the island and the Radio and Television Tower on the opposite bank. The scenery is good. The above-ground and underground parking lots are spacious and convenient. The room is clean and large enough. Xiaolin, the receptionist, has a good service attitude and is professional. Will continue to consider it again!"

The front desk staff is gentle and enthusiastic, actively recommending local authentic food and play routes, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel is equipped with self-service laundry, tea room, chess and card room, free parking, close to Yintai Wanda, one stop for shopping and eating. In the evening, sit on the terrace with a night breeze, the night view of the city is panoramic, quiet and healing, highly recommended to friends who come to Lu'an to play!"

"The hotel is located in Bailuhu Park, a beautiful environment perfect for a relaxing vacation. The accommodations are excellent, with spacious rooms and good facilities. Although it's a bit far from the city center, taxis are readily available. The hotel reception staff were warm and attentive; when we mentioned the blankets were too thin due to the cold weather, they immediately provided thicker ones. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and the dining environment was pleasant. When the reception staff saw us checking out and heading to the high-speed rail station, they offered to arrange a car for us, which touched us deeply."

The disadvantage is that the lights in the room will suddenly turn on, maybe the sensor lights, but the sensor lights are installed on the top of the entrance door and bar. It suddenly lights up at night, which is too bright and affects the rest. In addition, the sheets feel the tide, like spraying water. Not satisfied with this 2 points."

"Normally, I don't like to review hotels, but this time, my stay at the Lipu Light Residence was truly exceptional, and I felt I had to write a review to make this perfect experience worthwhile. The receptionists and housekeeping staff were both very polite, and communication was seamless. It's clear the hotel has put a lot of effort into its service; it's truly top-notch. I originally booked a standard executive king room, but the front desk kindly upgraded me twice free of charge, making it incredibly cost-effective. It was the best, most comfortable, and most worthwhile stay of my trip. Finally, I especially want to praise their pillows. I didn't even need my own; theirs was the perfect firmness and height, and I slept very well. The breakfast was also quite plentiful and suited my taste perfectly. In short, choosing this hotel in Lu'an is the right choice; it's excellent value for money and you definitely won't be disappointed."
