Her warm smile and professional attitude throughout made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Tang definitely deserves full marks!"

The facilities are well maintained, the mattress is moderately firm and the daily necessities are all available. The sanitation is meticulously cleaned and everything is clean and refreshing. The front desk staff was gentle and caring, the check-in was smooth, the fatigue of the journey was instantly cured, the price was super high, and I had the opportunity to live here again."

"The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder."

"The hotel is located next to the Pihe River with beautiful scenery. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the receptionist Xiaolin has a good service attitude. The check-out and check-in procedures were very professional and serious. The gym on the third floor is available for use. Parking in the hotel is also very convenient, and the underground parking lot can go directly to the floor where you live. Will come again next time if necessary."

In the evening, sit on the terrace with a night breeze, the night view of the city is panoramic, quiet and healing, highly recommended to friends who come to Lu'an to play!"

"The hotel is located in Bailuhu Park, a beautiful environment perfect for a relaxing vacation. The accommodations are excellent, with spacious rooms and good facilities. Although it's a bit far from the city center, taxis are readily available. The hotel reception staff were warm and attentive; when we mentioned the blankets were too thin due to the cold weather, they immediately provided thicker ones. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and the dining environment was pleasant. When the reception staff saw us checking out and heading to the high-speed rail station, they offered to arrange a car for us, which touched us deeply."

"Excellent! It truly exceeded my expectations. We booked the Lipu Light Residence because we were going back to my husband's hometown for a wedding. My husband thought hotels in his hometown wouldn't be very good, especially since the price wasn't high. However, it exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, and the room was spacious—comparable to a five-star hotel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficient with check-in and check-out, and polite and gentle. They patiently and meticulously answered any questions we had, providing professional and considerate service. The room was impeccably clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Our two kids also loved it."
