The YOU HOTEL (Dalian Xi'an Road Branch) was recently renovated in 2025, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Dalian. The hotel is conveniently located just 2km from Shahekou Railway Station and 7km from Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport. In addition, Xinggong Street Metro Station is just a short walk away. This hotel is located near many of Dalian's attractions including Zhongshan Park Residential District, Shui Yue Song Jian Hot Spring and Wuyi Square (Huanghe Street). At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness.
"This hotel is not really minsu or homestay but it's a budget hotel that offers best value for money. The lady boss had upgraded my room with an attached bathroom. Overall, all the rooms were newly renovated and sparkling clean. Although nobody comes to clean the room, you can request them to do so. Two things I noticed in most hotels or hostels are the hotel/hostel allowed guests to smoke inside the hotel but not in the room. The guests wore dirty shoes inside the room and hotel lobby which annoyed other guests and hotel staff to clean them daily. I suggested that the hotel management does have no smoking in all areas and no wearing your own shoes or slippers inside the hotel and room. The bathroom fittings are brand new and have hot/ cold water shower."

New, this loft is above adults and a child. The two adults below are enough."

"The inn is located in a very beautiful community. It is easy to find by car. It is a large private villa renovated into a hotel. If you travel to Lushun, it is very convenient to stay here. It is not far from various scenic spots around. There are shared electric cars at the entrance of the community, which is very convenient for shopping in the supermarket. It would be even better if the store could provide meals!"

"As soon as I called for consultation, the price rose. The single bed in the family room was a steel wire folding bed, wrapped in wire, the wire head was exposed, and the legs were scratched. The room has windows that are not sunny, not ventilated, the bathroom is quite big, and the bath water is big and hot and comfortable."

The location of the flower is excellent, close to the fishing pier in the sea, the rooms are warm and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the experience is very good. The homestay can help book the ferry tickets to and from the island, which is very suitable for a family or fishing enthusiasts.

DEPENG🚗 Traffic: On the edge of the national highway, some rooms are still noisy. Fortunately, the hotels have double windows, and the parking lot is very quiet.
🧹Sanitation: The room is very good, and the bathroom has room for improvement.
🍃Environment: There is a small garden on the second floor platform with several pools for wild bathing.
🔔Service: Five-star praise, the boss lady is very good, it should be family management! People are very kind, and problems are solved in time.

Guest User第一次來，看評論找的這家民宿。雖然距離港口有一段距離，但是老闆提供免費車接送服務，出行很方便。亮亮家民宿在島上價格比較親民的，衞生條件也算可以，我看退房以後就有阿姨在外面洗曬被單的。晚上的自助燒烤很有情調，在觀景台上吹着海風，看看落日，聽着老闆唱歌，還有夜晚的煙花，情緒價值給的滿滿的。要是燒烤種類再多一些就更好了，下次還會再來

The room is clean and hygienic, the environment is very good, and it is very quiet at night. It takes 56 minutes to go to the beach. The hotel also has a sightseeing bus to pick you up.
