"My friends and I stayed at the Dalian Qingqiu Hotel during our trip, and the overall experience was excellent, exceeding our expectations in every aspect. The hotel boasts a new Chinese design style, with elegant and refined layouts that exude a rich classical charm. The public areas are thoughtfully decorated, featuring pavilions and staggered scenic views that create a strong atmospheric ambiance. The aesthetic design is consistent throughout the entire space, giving it a unified and unique character. The lobby has a scenic fish pond with koi swimming freely, adding a lively and elegant touch. Feeding the fish is interactive and adds a lot of vitality to the environment, making a stroll through the area very pleasant. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, with a well-designed layout and simple yet stylish interiors. The amenities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the rooms are quiet, ensuring a very relaxing stay. The hotel offers free traditional Chinese costumes for guests to try on and take photos, which is a lot of fun. The location is a major highlight, as it's excellent and close to Xinghai Square, making travel very convenient. Nearby attractions and dining spots are concentrated, saving time and effort for sightseeing and business trips. The hotel breakfast is simple but delicious, featuring a refreshing Chinese set meal. The minced pork noodles, seaweed soup, and side dishes are just right, and there are also sweet steamed cakes, egg custard, and cherry tomatoes. Overall, this hotel combines beauty, comfort, and practicality. The design, environment, service, and location are all commendable, offering a fantastic experience and great value for money. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Dalian and highly recommended."

"The location is incredibly convenient. Metro Line 2 takes you directly from the airport to the hotel, and once you exit from Gate C, you just turn a corner and you'll spot the large sign for Building 9. However, check-in isn't in Building 9 itself; it's in a separate orange-fronted room right next door. If you're not paying attention, you might miss it. It's completely within a residential complex, with both owner-occupiers and transient guests, and I imagine there might be long-term residents too. The ground floor on both sides is lined with all sorts of small shops, making the area incredibly lively and convenient for dining. It's about a 40-minute to an hour's walk to the International Yacht Marina. We stayed during the Davos conference from June 23rd-25th, 2026, and it didn't inconvenience us much; in fact, we even got to enjoy free metro rides all day on June 24th. The actual room size and the scenery depicted in the promotional photos were quite different; let's just say the photography was excellent. Overall, the cleanliness wasn't great. There were several bloodstains on the sheets, which we requested to be changed on the second day when the room was cleaned. The bathroom was quite small, and various towels looked unclean and very old. The shower gel and shampoo came in small bottles. Anyone particular about their bathing experience might find it inconvenient. The refrigerator was never plugged in, and when opened, it had a very unpleasant smell and was also dirty, causing food to take on strange odors. The range hood was also greasy. The hangers in the wardrobe were those flimsy wire ones, fine for summer clothes but not at all suitable for heavier coats in other seasons. The staff were pretty good. When booking, I made some common requests: a high floor, smoke-free room, away from the elevator, and a sofa in the warm, bright colors shown in the promotional pictures. The front desk staff arranged this in advance. During our stay, I messaged the 'little housekeeper' daily on WeChat to request room cleaning, and each time they said they would come in the afternoon. Since we went out in the morning and returned in the afternoon, we asked them to clean in the morning, which they always accommodated. Overall, the staff's service was OK, but since it's a homestay that opened in 2021, the facilities, equipment, and cleanliness/maintenance haven't kept up, so it really can't be judged by hotel standards. Oh, and the water heater worked great; hot water came out quickly with stable pressure, making showers very comfortable. Overall, feedback from friends visiting from out of town was positive, and the value for money was there. Even during Davos and the summer peak season, prices weren't inflated, which was very considerate and well-managed. There are pros and cons, and this is a completely objective review. I hope for improvements and might consider staying again in the future."

"Location: Just a 5-6 minute walk to the beach, and right next to the Water City and popular Instagram spots. The Fountain Square is about a 20-minute walk away. There are snack shops and Xiding (a restaurant) nearby. Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite good and well-equipped, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooker. Environment: The overall hotel environment is excellent, and the soundproofing is also good; we barely heard any noise during our two-day stay. Although it's a very tall building (67 floors in total), there are plenty of elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. We stayed in a city view suite, and the views were fantastic. Service: The hotel staff provided excellent service. The lobby is on the 66th floor, which is also where check-in takes place. The housekeeping staff did a very thorough job cleaning our room."

"The hotel is very close to Hai Zhi Run Park, where we went to see the sunrise. It's also very close to the subway station, and there are many restaurants downstairs. The hotel rooms are nice, and you can see the sea right across from your room. The view when the sun comes out in the morning is fantastic."

"The hotel room was very New, Big & Clean. It's less than 5 minutes walk from the Metro station. They're plenty of restaurants around and some even open for 24 hours. The reception is located at a small end lot shop & open 24 hours. Highly recommended to stay here"

"This B&B boasts an excellent location, right next to Donggang Plaza, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning sea views of the cross-sea bridge. The interior is spotless and tidy, and the soft furnishings create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The host is incredibly thoughtful and warm. Overall, it was a perfect stay for our Dalian trip, highly recommended!"

"Facilities: It is a new hotel, the facilities are very new, the corridors have some taste, the elevators are a bit slow, and they are shared with Hanting. Hygienic: Very clean, that is, I don’t know why there will be a toilet smell in the middle of the night. I told the front desk that the toilet was deeply cleaned. The toilet did not smell on the second night, but there was still a smell in the room until midnight. I got up and opened the window for ventilation. "I rarely write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up! **Amenities:** The pool on the third floor is great for kids! The depth ranges from 1.2m to 1.6m, so remember to bring swim rings. A special note: swim caps are mandatory to enter the pool. The sky garden on the fifth floor is stunning, especially at night. It's a fantastic spot for photos, with the ocean in front and a lit-up castle behind – unbelievably beautiful! Also, the kids' play area on the fifth floor is highly recommended. When booking through Trip.com, sometimes a package includes access to the 'Kids Castle,' otherwise you'll need to buy tickets (60 for one child, 88 for one adult and one child). My child absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough, and honestly, even the adults had a blast – it's that much fun! **Cleanliness:** The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. Even the nooks and crannies are clean! **Environment:** The environment is beyond words; every corner is incredibly photogenic. Whether you're traveling with family and kids, as a couple, or for any other reason, it's definitely a picture-perfect destination! **Service:** I have to dedicate a bit more space to this. We booked two rooms without breakfast. The manager, seeing we had a baby, specially offered us a complimentary breakfast. Moreover, any issues we had during our stay were resolved perfectly and immediately! The service absolutely deserves full marks!"

A supermarket is conveniently located nearby, and the park view adds to the calm and relaxing atmosphere.
