"I had a very nice time at this hotel. I think the location is great, near a subway station. Plus, it is near Venice Water City. You can go by walking, it’s like 20 minutes away. I will definitely stay here again. Great place! The staff was very friendly as well! The view from my window was very nice."

"Cleanliness: terrible. Didnt notice the urine stain around the toilet bowl until second day. Informed the counter but can only clean the next day. Didnt dare to use the toilet for the entire 4 days. Beside the urine stained toilet, the staff didnt bother to put my pillows in place. Tea bags wasnt refilled until i feedback to the counter. Very slipshod cleaning work. Counter service: Excellent. Helped me contact rider when my parcel went missing. Bathroom: would prefer if theres hook inside the bathroom. Feels very cold coming out after shower to retrieve towes. Room: No soundproof at all. Wont recommend if you are a light sleeper. Lighting is good and bright."

"Front desk staffer Xiao Zhao was excellent. I was happy with the room, and breakfast offered a great variety. The room was spacious with a good layout. I'll definitely come back next time. They upgraded our room, and it was fantastic. I usually have trouble sleeping, but it was very quiet on the 20th floor, and I slept wonderfully for all three nights. We had two kids with us, and they even waived the breakfast fee for one of them. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Good day to all travelers! Thank you all for your feedback. Thanks to you, we chose these apartments. The room is quiet, clean and cozy. The rest is calm and pleasant. A room with two comfortable beds. Additionally, the room has a table with two chairs, a soft sofa, a TV, wardrobes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a kettle and dishes. If something is needed, everything is kindly provided by the host. All provided bed linen, towels are plentiful and very clean. In the bathroom: shampoo, hair balm, toothbrushes, razor and household chemicals. Two types of slippers are also provided, one of them for the shower. There is unlimited bottled water, wet and dry wipes. The room is cleaned at the first request. The staff is very polite and friendly, BUT the most important advantage of this hotel is the owner Wang and his lovely wife. It's very good that they both speak English. His kindness, concern and sincere desire to help are priceless. The most necessary thing in hot weather in this room is air conditioning. And a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the metro, train station, park, bank, shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within a three—minute walk, where you can buy everything you need. To see the sights is not far and not expensive, by different means of transport or on foot. We had a great time with our family. And I really didn't want to leave the beautiful city. We liked everything here, there is something to see. Dalian is beautiful!!!"

Public transport is within walking distance, making it super convenient for both getting around and shopping. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, with everything from elevators to washing machines readily available. The staff are warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and housekeeping cleans regularly. They are also quick to respond to any requests. The location is quiet, not noisy at all. With its complete amenities and meticulous service, it truly offers a one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, and travel. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely be staying here again."

"We chose this hotel for our family trip to Dalian with the kids, and the overall experience was excellent! We could walk to Xinghai Square, which was super convenient for taking the kids to feed the seagulls and play by the sea. The room was very clean, spacious enough for the whole family, and well-equipped. While our room didn't have a sea view, its convenient location more than made up for it, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in was smooth, the service was friendly, and they even upgraded our room!"

"First, the pros: The location is excellent, right in Donggang, next to Venice. You can walk to several popular spots nearby, feed seagulls, and it's very convenient to call a taxi. The concierge staff at the entrance were all fantastic, helping with car doors, closing them, and handling luggage. The front desk staff who checked me in also gave a detailed heads-up about the hot water usage. They even sent a birthday cake, which was a lovely gesture, but unfortunately, I came back too late that night and couldn't eat it. Room service for deliveries was also available. Now, for the cons: It's definitely not a traditional five-star hotel as there's no pool or bathtub. And honestly, the water heater really needs an upgrade. When four people took turns showering in the evening, we had to wait at least an hour or more between each person."

"The apartment's location is fantastic, right next to the square and the beach, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room is well-equipped, beautifully decorated in a warm and elegant style, and the soundproofing is excellent. I slept really well at night."
