"The location is incredibly convenient. Metro Line 2 takes you directly from the airport to the hotel, and once you exit from Gate C, you just turn a corner and you'll spot the large sign for Building 9. However, check-in isn't in Building 9 itself; it's in a separate orange-fronted room right next door. If you're not paying attention, you might miss it. It's completely within a residential complex, with both owner-occupiers and transient guests, and I imagine there might be long-term residents too. The ground floor on both sides is lined with all sorts of small shops, making the area incredibly lively and convenient for dining. It's about a 40-minute to an hour's walk to the International Yacht Marina. We stayed during the Davos conference from June 23rd-25th, 2026, and it didn't inconvenience us much; in fact, we even got to enjoy free metro rides all day on June 24th. The actual room size and the scenery depicted in the promotional photos were quite different; let's just say the photography was excellent. Overall, the cleanliness wasn't great. There were several bloodstains on the sheets, which we requested to be changed on the second day when the room was cleaned. The bathroom was quite small, and various towels looked unclean and very old. The shower gel and shampoo came in small bottles. Anyone particular about their bathing experience might find it inconvenient. The refrigerator was never plugged in, and when opened, it had a very unpleasant smell and was also dirty, causing food to take on strange odors. The range hood was also greasy. The hangers in the wardrobe were those flimsy wire ones, fine for summer clothes but not at all suitable for heavier coats in other seasons. The staff were pretty good. When booking, I made some common requests: a high floor, smoke-free room, away from the elevator, and a sofa in the warm, bright colors shown in the promotional pictures. The front desk staff arranged this in advance. During our stay, I messaged the 'little housekeeper' daily on WeChat to request room cleaning, and each time they said they would come in the afternoon. Since we went out in the morning and returned in the afternoon, we asked them to clean in the morning, which they always accommodated. Overall, the staff's service was OK, but since it's a homestay that opened in 2021, the facilities, equipment, and cleanliness/maintenance haven't kept up, so it really can't be judged by hotel standards. Oh, and the water heater worked great; hot water came out quickly with stable pressure, making showers very comfortable. Overall, feedback from friends visiting from out of town was positive, and the value for money was there. Even during Davos and the summer peak season, prices weren't inflated, which was very considerate and well-managed. There are pros and cons, and this is a completely objective review. I hope for improvements and might consider staying again in the future."

"Fantastic! A two-bedroom apartment that both the elderly, kids, and my family absolutely loved! They thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view room. Downstairs, you can see the Venetian Water Town at night, and it's really quiet, with no mosquitoes. The bedding and air conditioning were all comfortable! A washing machine, sofa, and fridge were all included. We stayed for three days straight, and when we moved to another place afterward, there was a noticeable drop in quality – we really should have just stayed here the whole time! Highly recommend for families with children or elderly members!"

"Cleanliness: terrible. Didnt notice the urine stain around the toilet bowl until second day. Informed the counter but can only clean the next day. Didnt dare to use the toilet for the entire 4 days. Beside the urine stained toilet, the staff didnt bother to put my pillows in place. Tea bags wasnt refilled until i feedback to the counter. Very slipshod cleaning work. Counter service: Excellent. Helped me contact rider when my parcel went missing. Bathroom: would prefer if theres hook inside the bathroom. Feels very cold coming out after shower to retrieve towes. Room: No soundproof at all. Wont recommend if you are a light sleeper. Lighting is good and bright."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the sea, and we had an ocean view from our room. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the TV was huge. It even had a bathtub! The large windows made the room feel bright and airy. The lobby offered complimentary snacks and coffee, and the room also came with free drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful; they even offered us tea during check-in. I highly recommend this place!"

"Good day to all travelers! Thank you all for your feedback. Thanks to you, we chose these apartments. The room is quiet, clean and cozy. The rest is calm and pleasant. A room with two comfortable beds. Additionally, the room has a table with two chairs, a soft sofa, a TV, wardrobes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a kettle and dishes. If something is needed, everything is kindly provided by the host. All provided bed linen, towels are plentiful and very clean. In the bathroom: shampoo, hair balm, toothbrushes, razor and household chemicals. Two types of slippers are also provided, one of them for the shower. There is unlimited bottled water, wet and dry wipes. The room is cleaned at the first request. The staff is very polite and friendly, BUT the most important advantage of this hotel is the owner Wang and his lovely wife. It's very good that they both speak English. His kindness, concern and sincere desire to help are priceless. The most necessary thing in hot weather in this room is air conditioning. And a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the metro, train station, park, bank, shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within a three—minute walk, where you can buy everything you need. To see the sights is not far and not expensive, by different means of transport or on foot. We had a great time with our family. And I really didn't want to leave the beautiful city. We liked everything here, there is something to see. Dalian is beautiful!!!"

"Rooms here are really in high demand; it was impossible to extend my stay. Aside from a long wait during check-in, everything else was fantastic: the fifth-floor garden is charming both day and night, and the room's crystal chandeliers and carved wall decorations exude the luxury of an economic boom period. Even the chairs are incredibly heavy – they really spared no expense with the materials! However, the curtain on one of the windows in my room was broken and wouldn't close properly, letting in a lot of light as soon as it got bright outside. Other than that, everything was perfect!"

"We chose this hotel for our family trip to Dalian with the kids, and the overall experience was excellent! We could walk to Xinghai Square, which was super convenient for taking the kids to feed the seagulls and play by the sea.
