"Extremely satisfied! They provided a lot of help with our pre-trip inquiries for our road trip and also assisted with booking a chartered car for airport/station transfers. On our last day, we checked out very early and they even packed us breakfast, heating up the milk for us – truly amazing! The room was also very clean. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely stay here again."

"The room was great and the stay was very comfortable. The housekeeper helped us with our luggage when we checked in, and they even provided pick-up and drop-off service for Jiuzhaigou the following day. Overall, we were very satisfied. The only downside was that the slippers were a bit uncomfortable for us Cantonese people. We hope the hotel can replace them with softer slippers. Although they have disposable slippers, they are slippery when using the toilet. Jiuzhaigou gets quite cold at night in winter, and the hotel doesn't have underfloor heating. They have electric blankets, but we guests are hesitant to leave them on all night for fear of a fire. We hope the hotel can install underfloor heating or lay down a floor mat for a better experience. Overall, the experience was very good, but we hope the slippers can be replaced with softer ones."

"It can be tricky to find the place. Because all signs are in Chinese. Lucky people near the hotel were so helpful. They pointed to the place and walked us there. It's a clean small hotel I like the bed pillows that feel like a 4 star hotel. Nearby so many restaurants and local supermarkets. We found a handmade dumplings restaurant and it became one of my favorite foods there. They also offered to drive us to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. We.prefer walking only 20 minutes walk. The owner helped us to find a chartered car going train station, He bargained with the driver from 260 to 240 Yuan. It's a 2 hrs drive, it's better than sharing with other passengers The driver stopped and let us take some pictures along the way to the station. I highly recommend using a chartered car. Safe our time to bargain outside from non English taxi drivers.😊. I will stay in the Brothers Inn hotel again. 👍 Simple hotel yet it has a 4 star feel."

"The owner is so kind. I arrived on my motorcycle close to 10 PM, and they upgraded me from a double bed to a king-size room. It was just me in a huge king room, and as soon as I walked in, I loved how big and cozy it felt. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was included. On the first day, they offered to make me noodles and even prepared butter tea – I was so full! Both breakfasts were different and absolutely perfect. The little cats in the courtyard were also adorable. I've stayed in many hotels while motorcycle touring, and this is only the second truly great one I've encountered. Highly recommended! Facilities: All the facilities are very new. Hygiene: The hygiene was spotless, a hundred times better than I expected. Environment: The environment is peaceful, with a small courtyard where you can park. Service: The service was excellent. Both the gentleman who waited for me to check in late at night and the lovely lady the next day were incredibly nice."

"The room was clean, in a great location with beautiful views. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou park ticket office. The owner was very kind and took great care of us until check-out. Highly recommended!"

"This is a shop run by a family of three. We stayed for two nights. The boss is very nice. When we go to scenic spots or come to the hotel, we call the boss and he will pick us up promptly. We stayed here during the Chinese New Year. The house was thoughtfully prepared with thick blankets and electric blankets. He also kept saying that we could turn on the air conditioner if we felt cold. The boss's wife smiled when she saw us. Because my family didn't bring enough clothes for the trip, we borrowed a coat from the boss's wife. The boss's wife agreed enthusiastically and readily, and kept explaining that the clothes were clean. In short, this shop is very good. You can feel that the people are very simple and kind. I recommend living here. The price is good and you can live safely. It is recommended to come when the weather is warmer because the winter here is really cold."

His garden is full of flowers, he will charge your car, clean it, and help you carry your luggage. Here is everything you need, rain shoes, raincoats, nearby attractions, and travel guides. He will introduce his hometown to you without reservation. He will also take you to the entrance of the scenic area and remind you of all the things you need to pay attention to like family. The guesthouse owner thoughtfully provides a first-aid kit, readily available for any guests who might need it. 8. A convenient supermarket next to the guesthouse offers affordable essentials, adding to the overall convenience for guests."

"As expected of a newly opened hotel, the service attitude is impeccable, the quality of the products is also excellent, and most importantly, the price is so reasonable. I will definitely come here often in the future and recommend it to my friends. I left in a hurry and didn't take pictures of the room. I used pictures of the scenic spot instead, which are as beautiful as the room. 😄"

"Bed very comfy and shower was great. Strange bathroom layout where the shower is in between the toilet and the door so you get wet feet every time you go in. Reception very helpful and booked us a car to Huanglong Scenic area when our bus transfer got complicated. 15-20 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou entrance and plenty of food around"
