The hotel facilities are comprehensive; the swimming pool's water temperature and quality were both excellent, and the laundry room, gym, and parking lot were all spacious. Every morning when you wake up and open your eyes, the beautiful lake view comes into sight. The homestay has an elegant environment. The overall design is simple but not plain. It adopts a high - end cool color series decoration style. Every corner is very suitable for taking pictures, and the photo effects are extremely good.
At the same time, the Shisan Homestay adheres to the humanized concept and provides considerate butler service, taking care of your daily life in all aspects, making you feel more comfortable and at ease during your journey and fully enjoy the wonderful time of the Dongjiang Lake tour.
"The room was spacious, and the public areas were definitely worth the price. The photo op spot on the second floor was also a nice touch. We drove there, and parking was very convenient. When we used the bath, they proactively asked if we needed a bath liner, and they provided real, large towels (I'm so fed up with some B&Bs and hotels that only offer disposable ones). The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and if you weren't full, you could order another bowl of noodles for free. It was raining when we left, and the front desk staff specifically came out to offer me an umbrella. I told her we were leaving and wouldn't take it since we couldn't return it, but she said it was fine and not to get wet. Absolutely wonderful.

The biggest highlight is that it is very close to the entrance of Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area and it takes only 5 minutes to walk. A perfect stay experience beyond expectations! Dongjianghu·Guishu B&B is worthy of being the first treasure hotel in Zixing, and it is highly recommended to every traveler who seeks tranquility and quality.
The design of the room will perfectly integrate modern simplicity with natural Zen. The facilities are high-end brands. The bedding is especially comfortable. Sleeping overnight until dawn. The service of the homestay is impeccable. From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the friendly greetings of the restaurant aunt, every staff member is sincere and thoughtful, responsive, planning the tour route for us, the experience is excellent.
The catering recommended by the staff of the hotel is also commendable. The authentic Dongjiang fish and farm dishes are fresh and taste pure.
In short, this is a journey of healing both physically and mentally. Going to the villa is worthy of the name and has a sense of ”homecoming”. Next time you come to Zixing, this is undoubtedly the best choice!

Originally planned to fly to Tianshan in the morning, Gaoyiling in the afternoon, and Yangtian Lake the next day. As a result, a flying mountain played for five or six hours, and I couldn't go to Gaoyiling. I told the boss to help me retreat directly, which was very efficient.
The important thing is to say again, the living environment is really OK, there is no big difference between the four-star and five-star I usually live on business trips, mainly clean. The service attitude is also first-class. Unfortunately, Mangshan and Yangtian Lake did not send it raining, and I will continue to choose this one next time.

Guest UserI didn’t expect hotel bookings to be so popular during the Spring Festival holiday. We arrived at Mugen Youth Hostel at around 10 pm on the third day of the Chinese New Year. Since we were traveling as a family, the male and female combination did not quite meet the requirements of the youth hostel. However, the owner was careful and enthusiastic in contacting a room for us. Unfortunately, the surrounding area was too crowded that night. In the end, he still found a way to make room for us, solving the big problem of accommodation. I give a big thumbs up to that group of enthusiastic young people 👍 Moreover, the accommodation and sanitary environment of the hostel are really quite good, the price is affordable, and the room is clean and tidy. Even a middle-aged aunt like me was surprised. The rooms are divided into male and female rooms, and they are not mixed. A room usually has six beds, two bathrooms, spacious space, and private storage space. There are public entertainment facilities outside, including a book bar, games, billiards, etc. It is really suitable for young backpackers.

Right after parking at the guesthouse's back entrance, even before I stepped into the room, I caught a glimpse of the shimmering river nearby. A gentle breeze, carrying the fresh scent of the water, instantly swept away the fatigue from my journey. When I checked in, the owner smiled and told me the room had a direct river view. The moment I opened the door, I was completely stunned—the floor-to-ceiling window offered a full panoramic view of the river. The river was wide, and I could take in the lush greenery and walkways on both banks, even the distant bridge was clearly visible. I didn't even need to step outside; I could simply sit on the sofa by the window and enjoy the entire river view. The room also had a balcony. In the evening, I watched the sunset slowly dip into the river, painting the water in warm golden hues. At night, I saw the lights on the opposite bank gradually illuminate, creating a particularly soothing night scene with the sparkling water. It's truly a wonderful place for relaxation and unwinding!

For our first night driving through Chenzhou, we chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area. You can drive right to the guesthouse entrance, and the staff will help you with your luggage upstairs. The view upon entering was stunning, overlooking the Xiaodong River; the emerald green water instantly soothed the fatigue of the long drive. The room was very clean and fully equipped, with disposable cups, toilet seat covers, and face towels – a definite plus. However, because it's inside the scenic area, there aren't many places to eat or shop. But you can order in advance and have the restaurant cook for you; the food is just as good as what you'd find elsewhere. The No. 4 viewing area is only a few hundred meters away, and a short walk down the path you can see fishermen casting their nets. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The hotel environment was excellent, and the rooms were fully equipped. Located by Dongjiang Lake, the view of the lake was immediately apparent upon opening the curtains. The two receptionists were very friendly. They even provided a complimentary breakfast for our group of three, which was fantastic. The staff reminded us to only book the room if we were satisfied, to avoid having to pay a discount if we were not happy with it. Seeing how attentive and responsible the staff were, and being very satisfied with the room, we booked immediately. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located in-between Gaoyiling scenic area and Dongjiang Lake, approximately 6 km to both scenic spots. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. And room heater operates smoothly. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties. We were satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to our family members and friends.

Guest UserSpecially took the baby to see the Xiaodongjiang fisherman cast the net. The hotel is on the edge of the observation deck No. 2, the distance of the 2 lanes, you can watch the fog by lifting your feet, and you can enter and exit at any time if you want to buy a ticket. We stayed there for two nights. It rained heavily on the first night, so there was not much fog the next morning. But at 6 pm the next day, the fog was very big, and there were no tourists at that time. The whole observation deck was basically there. We were watching it.
