"Dongjiang Lake is perfect for a relaxing trip. My friend and I compared several hotels before choosing this one, and its amenities and cleanliness perfectly met our expectations. We arrived quite late in the afternoon, and the owner, a truly wonderful and hospitable man, welcomed us as if we were family. I have to commend his excellent service! 👍 The room's floor was incredibly clean – a real treat for someone who loves walking barefoot. The room had absolutely no strange odors and the air felt very fresh. It even had a fresh air and dehumidification system, and surprisingly, their fresh air system is the same brand as mine at home, meaning both incoming and outgoing air are purified. The duvet was very dry, and all the towels and bath towels were disposable, even the toothbrush cups! You absolutely must try their shampoo; I loved it so much I bought a set from the owner to take home – it's really high-quality! We slept in quite late, completely oblivious to the time, thanks to the incredibly comfortable mattress – it turns out it's a Mousse mattress! Crucially, the soundproofing in this place is superb. Even though there's a walkway right downstairs, we couldn't hear a thing. The scenic area is just a short walk from the hotel's downstairs pathway. We didn't get to visit it, though, haha. The hotel is located right by the river, so you can enjoy the misty views from your room, and even from the hotel lobby. I travel many times a year and have a fair bit of experience choosing hotels. Lantingshu is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, and its facilities and amenities are the best I've encountered. It's truly a high-quality establishment. Trust me, you won't regret staying here!"

The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and if you weren't full, you could order another bowl of noodles for free. It was raining when we left, and the front desk staff specifically came out to offer me an umbrella. This hotel is in a good location, halfway up the mountain and relatively quiet at night. The lake view room I stayed in was on the fourth floor with a wide view and a great view of the lake. See the attached picture. There is another inn next to it where you can order food and have free breakfast with our coupon. It is only 400 meters away from the small square of the ”Five Islands and One Village” resort next to Bailang Pier, which is convenient for eating and taking a boat. There are tables and chairs on the balcony, which are comfortable to sit on and are more conducive to viewing the lake and mountains. The room is very hygienic and all disposable toiletries are provided. The slight drawback is that the quilt is too thick, and the air conditioning effect is relatively insufficient, so I had to take out the cotton core and only cover it with the quilt cover to cool down.
