We stayed over weekend in july 2020. Hotel information in trip.com was showing children under 11 are free. so i only can enter adults information while booking at website. but after connect to hotel the day of join i learned that that they will overcharge me for my 3 and 6 years old doughthers. So at hotel i paid 388 TL more.(main payment was 1660 TL). I think trip.com must correct wrong information about hotel. Beside this hotel not bad. But can not say 5 star.. 3 or maybe 4 star. Even have less people cause of rules about pandemic, pool around was crowd, sometimes hardly found place. Stuff were very friendly. as general hotel clean. foods average. children club was closed couse of pandemic. Hotel at seaside, but dont have sand beach. scenery great.

I travelled to TNR Boutique Hotel and Spa Kusadasi (Turkey) from 12th - 19th April 2023 as my daughter was having her teeth done. It is 1.25 journey by taxi costing £45 from Izmir airport to this hotel. We arrived about 1pm and met a very nice young man who duly checked us in and allotted our rooms we had 2 separate rooms. They both had sea view and were lovely but we were 1.5 miles from nearest beach Ladies beach I believe the photo on the TNR website is very like Ladies beach in high season be aware this beach is a good 25 mins walk from hotel. I cannot understand some reviews by tripadvisors around same time advising about how good the dinner was there is no evening meal available in this hotel There are some restaurants Kusadasi I was not impressed at all but would highly recommend Kosmu near the sea excellent food ,made feel welcome and great service steak was par excellence thanks. The hotel has a pool but there was no water in it (do have a laugh()I believe the day I left they were filling it so cannot comment on it there is a Spa which I never saw i was informed that the jacuzzi was out of action and could have treatments and use of what ever was actually up and running so I was so disillusioned with my experience that I passed on this one. it was one negative after another. breakfast was the exact same for my 7 days olives,3 chesses, bread and butter and jam honey , a boiled egg cold and so dry it caused me to cough, Turkish tea. We did not have it each day. this was served in an adjoining room called Castrell we paid 3 liras each for fresh orange juice it was nice. The smell of waste from the drains was appalling . When I went to reception the usual reply was ' little English but when I disputed the issue 'they were quick to defend. They were not friendly or business like or helpful. I enquired about the shuttle service how its works and the manager Nigor ( my apologies if I got the spelling wrong) admitted they could arrange a tranfer for approx £120 . We got Kale taxis (£45 ) Their profile on Booking .com which we booked through was so misleading as I have outlined above. They charged my daughter for soiled sheets £15 which was an insult and actually took photos of the sheets and passed the photos around from domestic staff to receptionists to manager this was an invasion of privacy as our solicitor has called it. I cannot say any more as we have left it in our solicitor hands but they are ruthless . I have travelled many places all over the world as have not come across any people as greedy and griping like I did in Turkey, the men were tormenting and condescending especially towards women . Avoid Murphys on the Port as 4 men tried to make me pay for my meal twice because the young man who dealt with my bill actually had no paper in the machine except a tiny bit it came up on my phone the amount I paid . Hello.we are in hotel from 6 October to 12 October 2023 . I give 5 star because of animation. The animation team was very welcoming and we had the chance to spend good time because of the company. The location. Was very good . The room was perfectly clean and we loved it . The working staff were very hardworking and friendly. The rooms are slightly old , most departments of the hotel was closed probably due to the fact that we came very late toward the end of the season . There much more snacks and food in the last month. The weather was good for sweaming . The food isn't the best . Its average and there was a lot of Turkish foods for us . I hope you work much more on that . But honestly it was a good holiday and thanks to SULO AND TENDAI from the animation team

The location is just perfect, with a fairly large parking space. The rooms are far from ”luxurious” as described by the website, they could use some serious updates. They advertise wifi - there's actually NO wifi whatsoever. Even if the network was reachable at times (almost never from our room though), there was close to zero speed. Luckily lots of restaurants shared their passwords and we could stay relatively connected to the world. The breakfast was plentiful and various, excellent in a word. The staff was very friendly and helpful, typical excellent Turkish experience.

Stayed here for my secound time in two years with my fiancé. This is an amazing hotle with beautiful views all around from the top of hotle where you can sit out or lie out on the sun chairs and the fabulous sun beds with beautiful shelter where you can relax in comfort and peace and not to mention fabulous clean pool. The staff are very friendly and the hygiene and room service is very good. Bedroom was cleaned everyday and we had fresh towels and toiletries. We will definitely be back for our third year. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay in rosy suite hotle until next year take care. Recommend this hotle 100%.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My first time coming to turkey was in June 2023, I enjoyed it so much we had to book another trip a week after we left because we missed the staff and animation team so much. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, I made friends for life, always staying in contact when we went back to Ireland. The animation team and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Ladies beach is just two blocks away, and there is mini bus that go to the pier area, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staffs are nice and the breakfast was amazing!

We stayed over weekend in july 2020. Hotel information in trip.com was showing children under 11 are free. so i only can enter adults information while booking at website. but after connect to hotel the day of join i learned that that they will overcharge me for my 3 and 6 years old doughthers. So at hotel i paid 388 TL more.(main payment was 1660 TL). I think trip.com must correct wrong information about hotel. Beside this hotel not bad. But can not say 5 star.. 3 or maybe 4 star. Even have less people cause of rules about pandemic, pool around was crowd, sometimes hardly found place. Stuff were very friendly. as general hotel clean. foods average. children club was closed couse of pandemic. Hotel at seaside, but dont have sand beach. scenery great.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My first time coming to turkey was in June 2023, I enjoyed it so much we had to book another trip a week after we left because we missed the staff and animation team so much. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, I made friends for life, always staying in contact when we went back to Ireland. The animation team and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Always having activities to do during the day and night. Would definitely return time and time again.

I travelled to TNR Boutique Hotel and Spa Kusadasi (Turkey) from 12th - 19th April 2023 as my daughter was having her teeth done. It is 1.25 journey by taxi costing £45 from Izmir airport to this hotel. We arrived about 1pm and met a very nice young man who duly checked us in and allotted our rooms we had 2 separate rooms. They both had sea view and were lovely but we were 1.5 miles from nearest beach Ladies beach I believe the photo on the TNR website is very like Ladies beach in high season be aware this beach is a good 25 mins walk from hotel. I cannot understand some reviews by tripadvisors around same time advising about how good the dinner was there is no evening meal available in this hotel There are some restaurants Kusadasi I was not impressed at all but would highly recommend Kosmu near the sea excellent food ,made feel welcome and great service steak was par excellence thanks. The hotel has a pool but there was no water in it (do have a laugh()I believe the day I left they were filling it so cannot comment on it there is a Spa which I never saw i was informed that the jacuzzi was out of action and could have treatments and use of what ever was actually up and running so I was so disillusioned with my experience that I passed on this one. it was one negative after another. breakfast was the exact same for my 7 days olives,3 chesses, bread and butter and jam honey , a boiled egg cold and so dry it caused me to cough, Turkish tea. We did not have it each day. this was served in an adjoining room called Castrell we paid 3 liras each for fresh orange juice it was nice. The smell of waste from the drains was appalling . When I went to reception the usual reply was ' little English but when I disputed the issue 'they were quick to defend. They were not friendly or business like or helpful. I enquired about the shuttle service how its works and the manager Nigor ( my apologies if I got the spelling wrong) admitted they could arrange a tranfer for approx £120 . We got Kale taxis (£45 ) Their profile on Booking .com which we booked through was so misleading as I have outlined above. They charged my daughter for soiled sheets £15 which was an insult and actually took photos of the sheets and passed the photos around from domestic staff to receptionists to manager this was an invasion of privacy as our solicitor has called it. I cannot say any more as we have left it in our solicitor hands but they are ruthless . I have travelled many places all over the world as have not come across any people as greedy and griping like I did in Turkey, the men were tormenting and condescending especially towards women . Avoid Murphys on the Port as 4 men tried to make me pay for my meal twice because the young man who dealt with my bill actually had no paper in the machine except a tiny bit it came up on my phone the amount I paid . The location is just perfect, with a fairly large parking space. The rooms are far from ”luxurious” as described by the website, they could use some serious updates. They advertise wifi - there's actually NO wifi whatsoever. Even if the network was reachable at times (almost never from our room though), there was close to zero speed. Luckily lots of restaurants shared their passwords and we could stay relatively connected to the world. The breakfast was plentiful and various, excellent in a word. The staff was very friendly and helpful, typical excellent Turkish experience.

We have spent 6 days in May as family. Hotel staff is very kind and helpfull. Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Deniz are very kind. Hotel is next to Kadınlar beach. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is nice. Wonderfull view from rooms on seaside. Dont loose time with hotel search. Call directly sunday beach and make reservation.
