"Quite a peculiar experience. On the first day, we were told there were gas repairs and hot water would only be available from 6 PM. However, by midnight, there was still no hot water. After a tiring day of travel, all we wanted was a hot shower, but it was impossible. To top it off, the pipe under the sink in our room was leaking. We had to switch rooms. We were too tired to bother moving again, so we just made do. Overall, it's pretty average, and the breakfast selection was a bit limited. I hope things improve in the future."

Ultimately, I chose this genuine 5-diamond gem, which offers incredible value for money. It's only a 7-minute drive to the airport and provides a free shuttle service, which was a huge convenience. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and a self-service laundry room. This was particularly helpful for a long trip like the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, allowing me to do laundry and work out. Plus, the surrounding waterscape environment is excellent. The service from all staff members was impressive. The front desk receptionists were gentle and patient, and check-in was very fast. Any requests for room service were promptly handled, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The à la carte restaurant on the second floor offers outstanding value; the dishes are reasonably priced and genuinely delicious. I could easily enjoy a full meal without leaving the hotel. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which was definitely the closest to mainland Chinese tastes I encountered on the entire Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, with a wide variety of options that were comforting and satisfying. Overall, this hotel completely outperforms the overpriced hotels near the airport. It's perfect whether you're looking for a layover spot or a business stay. Full five-star rating, I highly recommend choosing this hotel if you're in the area."

The hotel is surrounded by shops, making it super convenient to stock up on travel essentials and do some retail therapy before hitting the road. We were on a high floor, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city at night – absolutely beautiful! The service was exceptional. We got a free room upgrade, a small gift at check-in, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous. I even left an item in the room, and the staff found and kept it safe for me. Honestly, a truly great experience, I highly recommend it!"

The only concerns were someone smoke in the non-smoking floor that made the floor smelly. Hotel should minor and make sure no one smoke in non-smoking floors. My rooms TVs were not working properly, expect hotel check all room facilities before customer check in."

The surrounding area is very bustling, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and taking a stroll. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they proactively asked about my car and driving situation. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern and functional facilities. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. After traveling for over two months, I finally got to enjoy a breakfast with bacon and buttered bread. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xining."

They also have an underground parking garage, which is great for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings have a well-developed commercial area, making shopping and strolling very convenient. It's close to Xining's shopping streets and night markets. Highly recommended!"

After visiting Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake, I returned to the city and was finally able to get a room this time. It's also next to Wanda Plaza, which means plenty of shopping and dining options, making life very convenient. The high-floor rooms offer a fantastic view; the city scenery is expansive during the day, and the night view is beautiful, making it perfect for resting and recharging after a trip. I will definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Xining."

The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bathroom was spotless. The toiletries provided were from Herborist. The biggest surprise was the concierge service for luggage both at check-in and check-out. The only drawback was that in the evenings, many guests were quite drunk, which made using the elevators uncomfortable. The quality of other guests was a bit hard to comment on. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and it's a great choice for those who appreciate a refined lifestyle."

"I had originally booked another hotel, but two days before check-in, I found out it didn't have air conditioning. I promptly switched to this one. It turns out that even in Xining (the 'Summer Capital'), AC is still a must. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for public transport, with bus stops all around, making it easy to get to the main attractions in the city. There's even a park right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the mattress had just the right firmness, bottled water was generously provided, and there was even a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like beef noodles, rice noodles, blanched vegetables, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes because they had a good variety of vegetables. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Xining."
