Stayed 4 nights here. Simple and clean classic rooms. Beds and bathrooms are ok. Location is directly opposite the Galaxy via covered overhead bridge. Stay here if you prefer a quieter and peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, able to fill up my stomach. There are two convenience stores beside the hotel. Walking distance to Broadway Food Street. I crossed over the bridge to Galaxy Diamond Lobby, took their free shuttle service to HZMB port to transfer to Hong Kong.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and attractions, yet still quiet at night. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness throughout the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was very satisfied with my hotel stay during this trip to Macau. The room was large and clean, and the transportation was very convenient with a bus stop right outside, allowing easy access to various places. It's also quite close to Wynn Palace and MGM, within walking distance. I even received a small gift from the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience.

This time, I stayed at The Venetian Macao with my kids, and the hotel service was truly exceptional and thoughtful. Even before we checked in, a hotel staff member named Valentina contacted me to provide directions. Since there was a typhoon approaching, she patiently answered my questions about whether it would affect transportation in the days leading up to our arrival. The Venetian is huge, and with a concert going on, it was very crowded, and our room was quite a distance from the front desk. Upon arrival, Neon, another hotel staff member, helped us with our luggage to the room. Ms. Rosie guided us all the way to our room and, seeing that we had children, thoughtfully sent up two extra sets of toiletries, along with a surprise welcome snack and fruit. The night before we left, she specially contacted me to help calculate the total time needed to get to the port for the high-speed rail and recommended a departure time for the next day. On the day we left, Ms. Irene and a male staff member were waiting for us outside, helped us with our luggage, checked us out, and even escorted us to our car. They also gave my child a teddy bear as a souvenir. I truly loved the hotel's warm and attentive service, and I'll definitely choose to stay at The Venetian again next time!

Hotels in Taipa are generally quite expensive, so Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a relatively good value for money. The room comes with a universal adapter and disposable amenities. If you need more water, you can simply ask the staff, and their service attitude is quite good. There's a free shuttle bus at the entrance that goes to Hengqin Port and Gongbei Port (Barrier Gate). If you want to go to the Venetian, you can take a public bus from the entrance or walk to Grand Lisboa Palace and catch a shuttle from there.

Facilities: The Grand Lisboa Palace Resort's hotels are generally new, and the rooms are well-maintained. Hygiene: The room was very clean. I only stayed for one night this time. Environment: Compared to other hotel complexes, the Grand Lisboa Palace series offers more independent spaces but still has its own mall and restaurants, which are more than enough for daily entertainment. Service: Check-in was smooth, and I received complimentary Wynn Palace membership tickets (allowing fast-track access to the cable car, though I'm unsure if this was due to the Dragon Boat Festival price increase or a regular offering, I hope it's consistent). I also got discount coupons for most restaurants and shops within the hotel's mall, which was very good value.

Very satisfied, I basically stay at this hotel every time. The location is excellent and convenient for transportation, shopping, and sightseeing, with many dining options nearby. The room facilities are complete, the decor style is tasteful, and the bedding is good.

The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

We stayed as a family with a child and absolutely loved the hotel. Our initial room was a bit noisy, but they moved us to another one without any hassle. The pool area and mini water park are also fantastic; not too crowded, only guests are allowed. The rooms are nice and clean, and housekeeping comes daily. This time, I chose the Andaz, part of the Galaxy Macau series, for my birthday trip to Macau. I picked it because it's a new opening and not an old hotel. I remembered passing by before and thinking the air conditioning was very strong and comfortable. I also wanted to visit the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy, and happily, all guests staying at Galaxy series hotels get free access to the facilities, which is truly great value for money. My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late. The check-in lobby is on the sixth floor. A few days prior, the hotel had sent an email asking for my estimated arrival time and preferred time for the birthday cake. Ms. Ophelia and Ms. Sophia at the front desk warmly greeted us. They were very sweet and detailed in explaining the check-in process, asked about our needs, offered itinerary suggestions, and even wrote down the facility operating hours for us. They also thoughtfully gave my child a gift of juice and biscuits, fearing they might be hungry, and gave us each a waterproof phone pouch to use while swimming. If you're traveling with children, you can request a kids' tent. Upon entering the room, there really was a kids' tent with pillows and blankets featuring the Galaxy mascot peacock. However, I didn't see the stuffed animals that some netizens shared in their reviews; I'm not sure if they were out of stock. The room felt a bit small compared to other hotels, but the children's amenities were very complete: a bottle warmer, a bathtub, and cute, high-quality cups and toiletries. Every evening, during turndown service, the housekeeping staff left small gifts like eye cream and lip balm, and on the last night, they gave steam eye masks, which was a special touch. There's a one-time mini-bar refill, which is a bit hard to understand for a four-night stay – regardless of the number of nights, it's only once. They provided two pairs of slippers and a gift box from Yeng Kee Bakery. Access to the Galaxy Kids Club and the Marriott Kids' Zone is free for two hours daily. The Grand Resort Deck is also free, but entering from the Marriott or walking there, or taking a shuttle to the 2nd floor of Galaxy, is a bit inconvenient. There are also too few changing rooms and no spin dryers, so it's a hassle to have to put on your swimsuit in the room before going. There's a welcome drink at noon, and from 5:00-7:00 PM, there's an alcoholic afternoon tea, but there are too few seats and too many people, with limited food choices. We opted to pay for breakfast at the Andaz Kitchen one day; you can just queue up to buy and enter. It was quite exquisite and delicious, but the dining tables were a bit small, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, making table clearing slower. You can order coffee, tea, or juice at the table... Overall, the experience was good.
