"The hotel claims to be 4 stars, but I don't see it that way. It only has one standard-sized pool. Access to the spa is extra, and you have to pay extra for just two hours. I chose the hotel because of reviews saying the food was good, but in my opinion, it lacked flavor. Everything was very ordinary, and the TV in the room was small and outdated. However, the staff was very friendly, and there was a great concert by a singer on Saturday! In my opinion, I wouldn't stay there again; the price is simply not worth what the hotel offers."

"A very busy hotel but we enjoyed being there. We were AI and the food was very good - buffet style. The only restaurant was, however, very crowded at meal times. Rooms were fine and were kept very clean with daily room service. One major fault for us and no doubt many others were the dire shortage of sun parasols. There were only 12 for the entire pool area and several were falling apart as seen in my photos. Unsurprisingly, guests were anxious to sit in the shade and there was quite a rush to get these in the morning. The hotel tried to be strict about guests reserving sun beds but helped no one by being very vague about when the pool opened in the morning. Strictly it was 10am but it could vary to as early as 8:45am if no staff were around to monitor things. I think the hotel needs to invest in many many more sun shades, especially as there were lots of young families staying. The room safes were extortionately expensive at €25 per week plus a €10 deposit."

"Ok the hotel is quite classy and cozy, we had a room with jacuzzi on the terrace, very quiet, very decorated and beautiful room, the super well located and really nice hotel but all this is nothing to the staff . "Very good for the price. Unfortunately upon asking 3 times i couldn’t get a hairdryer. Not many vegan vegetarian options for breakfast. But the staff was absolutely fantastic they made sure they could bring us something as nothing halal was available. They made us some eggs and gave tuna. The beds are singles joined together. Location was good for the beach days. But it was a hassle and a long trip to get to Barcelona City. Overall hotel was great"

"We wanted a short 5 nights of Autumnal Spanish charm and generally the holiday delivered. The Tropic Park Hotel is a very good 4 star rated resort with very modern and comfortable rooms with excellent showers. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there’s a real civilised clientele. Praise must be said for the superb catering and restaurant staff as the food was of the highest quality with plenty of choice and variety. Sadly though there is a big BUT coming ….. in the form of the Entertainment Team or lack of !!!!! We missed the Flamenco Dancing and arrived half way through the Magic Show which apparently were very good unfortunately we was subjected to four nights of Disco Bingo Pianist and then more Disco which was not only painful to watch but really disappointed our stay. Is it too much to ask for a quiz ? A game ? Or dare I say Karaoke ? Anything but that drivel and as an ex Holiday Rep I do know what I’m talking about !!!! So in the end a lovely hotel with excellent accommodation and food but let down badly by the Entertainment Team!!!!"
