"Unacceptable! Beware! Scam! We booked three nights at this hotel, specifying by email that we would arrive around 2 or 3 AM (arriving by plane). They confirmed 24-hour reception! We arrived at 2:30 AM! They refused to let us in! And they rented the rooms to other guests!!! Even though the rooms had already been paid for. This is unacceptable! The "receptionist" left us with absolutely NO solutions! He "apologized" without giving us any answers. He also told us to come back the next day for a refund with his "Boss," who started at 3 PM! We found ourselves at 3 AM without water! Trying to find another hotel to avoid sleeping four to a car! I strongly advise you NOT to book at this hotel; professionalism and respect are completely absent. Absolutely! The "boss" did not contact us to at least (in my opinion) apologize and find a solution for the 3 nights."

"We had an excellent holiday at the DWO Sirius and this hotel is amazing. The food was incredible, at dinner there were always different types of fish, meat, plenty to choose from. The puddings were great too. The rooms lovely and clean, air condition worked well, spacious and comfortable! Staff were lovely. I'd like to mention Daphne in the cantine... Always smiley, helpful and hard working as were all the other staff. The reception lady gave us some really good tips for days out and we traveled to beautiful spots in Catalonia. We felt well looked after and had a very relaxing holiday. The only thing is that you need to queue in the morning if you want to stay by the pool as there are limited sun beds. But that was fine as we prefer the beach anyway. I'd return for sure as I think there's a lot to discover in this area of Spain and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Well done all!"

"Currently on holiday here and a few things I wish I had knew before coming. All inclusive. Breakfast 8-10.30am - the usual breakfast but most of the hot food is lukewarm warm. Good selection of fruits, pastries, cereal with milk at room temp. Lunch: 1-3.30 and dinner 7.30-9pm usual stuff, rice dish, meats, quite nice, kids corner (very average) but it’s AI and there’s always something to find that’s there for everyone’s taste Rooms: clean which is a big thumbs up. Be cautious here. we had to DEMAND a room change. We got allocated a pool view and if you are wanting to relax or have children and want to be in bed at a sensible time avoid these at all costs. The first 3 night we had music blasting until nearly 1am and residents chanting on. With doors closed and pillows over heads it was unbearable!!!! If I bc old upload the video of how loud I would but staff agreed when it was played back to them. We got reallocated with a back room which has been really peaceful with Mountain View’s. ONE LAST ONE: tea or coffee. No facilities in room for a morning brew which is a massive downer for me. Nothing nicer than just enjoying that morning brew on your balcony. Pool: ok here we go for this family hotel. Pool opens 10am. No reservation of sunbeds (I agree with this because people who claim beds then leave them empty until afternoon are clearly arrogant and this stops this.) you can put towels down but you are required to stay with your towel or it will be removed. No floating aids, rings, pool noodles or balls or anything. So save your money in advance it’s a simple NO. A bit of a downer for a family based hotel. Also I’ve never seen pool cleaned since arriving. Lots of gravel on bottom, found grapes, bottle tops but no number 2s so it could be worse! Pool snacks: back to all inclusive no snacks available at pool bar no fries, no ice cream, you have to get dressed and go down to the restaurant. The snacks unfortunately are left over stuff from previous meal. Very disappointing. We went to a supermarket next door for some crisps for the children but were quickly approached and told if we want to eat these you have to do so in your room. Also until 11am all inclusive is unavailable so any drinks you have to purchase with them. Staff: staff are friendly and very helpful. They have a good kids club team although I think the program is still just ok. Life guards, kitchen staff, reception all happy to help and again cleaning service is very good! The location is nice. Santa Susanna is chilled, right next to station if you want day trip. Beach opposite nice but drops deep very quick! Nice shops and near by restaurants at tourist prices. Would I stay at this hotel again. No. It’s just not family based enough for me. The all inclusive package is very poor compared to other hotels I have visited in past. Evening entertainment has been poor but if you’re easily pleased and enjoy listening to the macerana every night you will be fine! 5/10"

"B****lona is far from the center, but if your aim is to have a seaside holiday, being within walking distance to the sea and having a pool is nice. It is the most affordable place in that area. Since the hotel is preferred by young people, noise is of course inevitable. Breakfast had a variety of meat and nothing was missing. "Very Poor customer service, we booked 2 rooms at the Allegra Florida park for 7 nights. A few weeks before the check in dates, we emailed the hotel in Spanish with our booking details requesting two rooms next to each other as we are a family with children. No reply Upon arrival we explained we would like two rooms close to each other and that we sent an email request a few weeks prior. The request for two room close together was denied as they are fully booked and we were given two rooms very far apart on the same floor. The reception staff said this was the best they could do, and offered a call from the manager as they were not onsite. The next morning as people checkout every day we went down to reception and requested to change rooms for two close together, this was brushed off with “only the manager can change room's” We requested to speak with the manager but we were too early and asked to come back to reception between 10am-11am My Wife went back and spoke the hotel manager at the desk and she was also brushed off as we are “fully booked” This is not acceptable as we have a young child, customer service 1/10 never felt so unwelcome at a hotel."
