The staff/owner were exceptional, always ready with helpful tips for exploring the local area. They even provided a bus ticket, making transportation a breeze but the city can also easily reached on foot within 20 min (downhill). Parking was convenient and the rooms were clean with warm water. Το πρωινό υπήρχε στον 1ο όροφο, ένα ποδήλατο με ποικιλία, γεμάτο εξαιρετικά προϊόντα, γλυκά, αλάτι και φρέσκα φρούτα. Για να μπείτε στο δωμάτιο όπου παρέχεται πρωινό, πρέπει να φύγετε, έτσι συνιστάται να καλύψετε τον εαυτό σας. Καθαρίστε! Καλό προσωπικό. Ένα σημείο είναι ότι δεν ήταν δυνατόν να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές στο ξενοδοχείο, επειδή το προσωπικό έφυγε στις 13:00 και μετά από αυτό δεν θα ήταν δυνατόν να πάρουμε τις αποσκευές, επειδή ένα ξενοδοχείο με αυτό το μόχλευση είναι ένα όριο και μια διαταραχή."

"Quaint and beautiful old hotel in a residential area 15 mins from Merano centre. The rooms are a good size and clean and hotel facilities are very good. The staff were excellent, and a special mention for housekeeping who were very thorough and efficient. Breakfasts were superb, with everything you could imagine for a fresh continental, including fizz! The one downside was, that because the rooms do not have air conditioning, we needed to keep the windows open as it was so hot. This meant that noise was an issue quite late into the night, and early morning (particularly from the many motorbikes using the nearby road)."

We had only had dinner outside, so unfortunately we cannot judge that. The hotel is a guesthouse with a fully equipped kitchen, so you can try your hand at cooking! Merano has a pleasant, cool climate. When I arrived at the hotel, it happened to be during one of the hottest days in Italy, and even in the comfortable town, the afternoon temperature was a bit high. The host even provided us with a fan, which was a big plus! 👍 A vacation in Merano is like a random surprise, but I was pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful time! 🥳 A truly worthwhile trip!"
