"This is a great hotel, I really enjoyed it. There are also many delicious local Korean restaurants nearby. Taking a taxi to Seoul was quite affordable for three of us, and we had a very comfortable time. I was surprised by how much good food Incheon has – the raw fish, beef bone soup, and Jeju black pork were all incredibly satisfying! For housekeeping, you need to request it if you want your room cleaned daily. They also provide pajamas and slippers, which is very comfortable. Honestly, it's really good! ( ◜‿◝ )♡"

"I was a bit worried it wasn't a brand-name hotel, but after staying one night, I actually found it to be pretty good value for money. First, the location is excellent. It's only about a ten-minute subway ride from the airport to Unseo Station, and then just across one intersection from the station. The hotel itself isn't very large, and the facilities are just average, but the room was kept quite clean. The window on the second floor was a bit small, but the soundproofing was excellent, which was perfect for adjusting to jet lag. The hotel only offers a simple breakfast, but it includes coffee, bread, and eggs. There are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel, so overall, it's a very convenient place."

"I told the staff about the complaint about the room I booked first. Thank you so much for changing the room right away! Everyone was friendly and the drinks and amenities were good! The only downside is that it's non-smoking. The smell of cigarettes and the smell of diffuser in the room is so strong. Despite being winter, the windows were opened ㅠㅡㅠ And cleanliness is a little dusty, and hygiene is actually hygienic. It's an affordable room, so the bathroom and bathroom were really ridiculously small. The bathroom, the bathtub and the bedroom are not separated. The bathroom was really narrow and uncomfortable.. It's not narrow, it's really narrow, so please refer to this when you go to a cheap room.. Please note that the passage to the bathtub is not wide. When we went, there was Christmas, so there was noise between floors, and it was not soundproof. The advantage is that the location is good. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. I was relieved that there was a subway and a parking lot. There are convenience stores, of course! Cons: Hygiene, toilet and bathtub separation X, toilet and bathtub are narrow, smell of cigarettes and strong diffuser Pros: Public transportation O, restaurants and bars, convenience stores or delivery, parking lot Conclusion: If you're going with a couple, use the biggest and best room. (The reason was that I saw a good room open when I left.) I think it's good to use a cheap room alone"

"I had a really wonderful stay here in Seoul. The location is very convenient, the room is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the facilities are well maintained. What I appreciated the most was the front desk uncle — even though his English is limited, he was incredibly kind and patient. He even tried to speak a little Chinese to help me understand how to use the TV remote, and when he noticed I was still confused, he told me to just go back to the room and try it freely. It was honestly so cute and thoughtful. I also asked for extra trash bags and he kindly gave them to me for free, which I was very grateful for. Overall, the service made me feel very taken care of, especially as a foreign traveler. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"I chose this hotel because I had business at Inspire Arena and had previously stayed at other Brown Dot hotels. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute taxi ride from Inspire Arena. The only downside is that it can be tough to hail a taxi after events since it's such a short distance (many taxis won't take short fares). Although you can walk from the arena, I wouldn't recommend it at night, as it's dark and deserted. The hotel faces the main road, and there's a convenient convenience store right across the street. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for one person. My only minor complaint was the lack of an outlet near the mirror at the dressing table next to the TV. I had to plug my hair iron into the outlet by the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. The dressing table did have a hairdryer and straightener provided by the hotel, which seemed to be permanently plugged in (likely for theft prevention)."

"It was a little disappointing that the room was dimmer than it looked in the photos, but there were plenty of convenient shops like Daiso and Lotte Mart within walking distance, so shopping wasn't a problem, and the hotel was right in front of me when I got off the nearest station, so I had no trouble getting there."

"It's more of a motel than a hotel, especially considering its location! The service and amenities are great! They provide toothbrushes, contact lens cases, chargers, and more! The room's atmosphere is clean and spacious, which is a plus! Some might find the cleanliness a bit lacking, depending on their standards. There are lots of 7-Elevens nearby! And if you walk a little further, you'll find GS25 and CU convenience stores too!"
