"The cleanliness was quite good, the location was excellent, and the front desk staff were very helpful 👍. However, I felt some of the room's design was a bit impractical. Although the toilet and shower were separate, the towel rack was in the toilet? There was no place to put clothes in the shower area, which I hope can be improved. Also, the clothes rack was next to the bed; I think it could be moved next to the mirror. It's very inconvenient next to the bed, and if you want to hang laundry, it's easy to drip wet onto the bed. Overall, it's very good and worth recommending."

"The room overall was pretty good, very quiet, with no disruptive noise. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 5th floor, and a self-service restaurant on the 2nd. The front desk staff were very welcoming; seeing we had a child, they proactively offered kids' toiletries and slippers. There's a lounge area on the ground floor for relaxing and having tea. What's really convenient is that you don't even have to go downstairs to pick up takeout; a robot delivers it right to your room! It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but still very close to Zhengning Road Night Market – just a short walk away. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and a small toy for the child, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience and hope to visit again."

"Came to Lanzhou for a May Day holiday trip, and the hotel's service was impeccable, maintaining the high standards Holiday Inn always delivers. We even received complimentary snacks and fruit when checking in. We booked a family room for two adults and one child, and it was spacious and comfortable. They offer a choice of regular pillows or latex pillows, which is a nice touch. The beef noodles for breakfast were quite good, though it was a bit crowded. Just a small suggestion: the nightlight is positioned directly at the foot of the main bed. Whenever you move your feet or legs, like when turning over, the nightlight comes on, which isn't ideal for light sleepers."

I debated between two hotels in the same building based on online reviews and location, but ultimately chose Atour for its brand and overall reputation. The experience was fantastic! The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. You can watch the sunset from the hotel lobby, which is beautiful! Our room offered great views of Lanzhou city and its night lights, very comfortable. The pillows and other room amenities were all Atour branded, making for a great night's sleep. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and all the hotel staff were warm and professional. My only complaint is that the navigation was terrible, leading us down a small alley, and there was no hotel staff guiding guests on the ground floor. I'd suggest the hotel improve this."

The interior design is so unique and high-end, and the attention to detail and ambiance are simply top-notch. The front desk service was also fantastic—a lovely receptionist walked us all the way to our room and even helped with our luggage. The moment you step out of the elevator, a sophisticated woody fragrance welcomes you, and combined with the high-quality decor, it instantly calms your mind. The biggest pleasant surprise was the hallway, which is lined with various artworks, giving it the feel of a museum. It felt as if I had suddenly stepped into the Met, haha! The in-room amenities are truly top-tier: a capsule coffee machine, a Dyson hairdryer, and best of all, a projector pre-loaded with a VIP membership (featuring Jimmy's works), so I fell asleep while watching a movie. Waking up in the morning, I just had to roll up the blinds to see the Yellow River. Lying in bed, looking at the Yellow River and soaking up the sun felt absolute amazing. I'm totally in love with this place. Whenever I'm back in Lanzhou, this will be my go-to hotel. I hope they keep up the great work! "The hotel is conveniently located to the west of Lanzhou, and you can get there quickly by taking a taxi. The service staff are very kind and nice. The river view room in the hotel can see the beautiful Lanzhou! The hotel is mainly on the 13th to 15th floors. The downstairs is now a maternal and infant confinement center. There is only one shared elevator, so if you are in a hurry, remember to reserve more time to go up and downstairs. The only flaw is probably that the smell of smoke in the room was very strong and it took 2 days to barely dissipate. It is not friendly to guests who are sensitive to the smell of smoke🥲"
