"The front desk service was absolutely fantastic – very friendly and gentle. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and the night market is just a 5-minute walk away. It's also right next to the Yanhe River, with Qingliang Mountain across the way. Super convenient for dining out or just strolling around. Highly recommend!"

"房間挺大，採光好，選擇了背街很安靜的房間，是非常適合我的類型，房間簡潔，傢俱、地板顏色都很素雅大氣，也是我中意的。衞生間有窗户，乾濕分離，也比一般酒店大。房間、衞生間空間大，有益於呼吸、有益於身心健康！ 特別想提到的是前台服務員態度非常好，很熱情很周到：2026年4月25日夜入住時出來接我，幫我提行李，送到房間，之後又因為房間馬桶是壞的，幫我換了一間，又主動幫我搬行李，睡前因為電視機無法關閉又一次來幫我拔掉了電源線，否則無法安睡。今天主動詢問我是否需要升級更換房間，端茶遞水、耐心的給我電話指路（夜裡出去吃飯步行回酒店找不到路了）。 酒店的缺點是周邊找不到餐飲！有健身房但沒有按摩椅，勞頓了一天回來特別想按摩以解除一天的疲憊。有洗衣房。 基本滿意。"

"This is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Excellent hotel and recommended! The room was big enough for 2 of us and very clean. There are several restaurants near by. Although Trip.com shows the breakfast is from 7:00am but the actually it starts from 7:30, which was a bit late considering our schedule of the day. The breakfast restaurant staff was kind enough and we were allowed to start the breakfast from around 7:00 although the selection was limited until 7:30. Overall very good experience!

The room exceeded my expectations! The linen was pristine white, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. There was absolutely none of the dust or dampness commonly associated with farm stays, making it feel as safe and comfortable as home. Their vegetables are incredibly fresh, harvested right from the garden. I personally watched the owner picking leafy greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes from their own vegetable patch – they were vibrant green and glistening with dew. Once stir-fried, a delightful aroma filled the air. The texture was delightfully crisp and the flavor refreshing and sweet – a genuine, natural taste you simply can't get in the city. Even the kids couldn't get enough of it! For cleanliness, comfort, and amazing fresh farm-to-table food, you can't go wrong choosing this place! It's especially suitable for families, offering healthy meals and a worry-free stay.

I picked this hotel as a jump-off point to visit Guanquan Canyon and Jingbian Wave Valley. It's located in Baota district of Yan'an. The location is great as it's only five minutes walk from the Yan'an High Speed Railway Station. Even if you have big luggage like mine, it's still manageable walk to the hotel. The hotel reception was wonderful. One of the girls, unfortunately I didn't take her name, was extremely helpful and tried hard to retrieve the packages I ordered to the hotel from several storage locations for me. It shows that she was dedicated to her job to assist guests without complaints. Breakfast is available and included in my reservation. It's standard Chinese breakfast. They even provided warm orange juice which I surprisingly like. The hotel has a self-service laundry room with free detergent. This is a great plus for me. The only complain I may have is, although this is not a unique situation in China, the stinkiness of cigarette smoking in the room and corridor. Thankfully it's March when I visited as I had to close window as cigarette smell came through the window. This is very unfortunate indeed.

The owner was very welcoming and efficient, providing excellent pick-up and drop-off service and even helping with photos. The courtyard was meticulously decorated with modern, fully smart facilities. They also offered unique costumes for tourists to take photos, providing a truly authentic Shaanxi cave dwelling experience. The only downside was the unclear signage at the entrance. The house was located a bit deep inside, and I almost couldn't find it. It would be best to add a sign.

I stayed in the first room on the left after exiting the elevator on the fourth floor. The window was by the stairs. There was a slipper under the bed, which suggests they never clean under there. Upstairs, there must be a KTV because I could hear singing until 1 or 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Plus, there was a low-frequency noise, probably from some large equipment room near the unit. Parking was also quite tight, though that might have been due to the May Day holiday; I'm not sure what it's usually like. Now for the good points: The bathroom had a three-way split design (separate toilet, shower, and sink areas), and they provided face towels. The bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd recommend booking a higher floor to avoid the noise.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Baota Mountain. A food street with delicious and affordable options is just a left turn from the hotel entrance. It's also incredibly convenient for exploring Qingliang Mountain, Erdao Street Night Market, or Wanda Plaza, all within a 10-15 minute walk. As a 4-star hotel, the facilities are quite new and the service is good. A special shout-out to the front desk attendant, Xiao@Zhe@Miao@, who was incredibly warm and patient, and promptly resolved a minor issue during our stay.

The guesthouse is only about 200 meters from the scenic area entrance. The owner is said to be a scenic area ambassador, so you can get a discount on tickets purchased through him. The food at this guesthouse is delicious, especially their lamb (the owner's mother has been cooking lamb for 41 years! [Thumbs up]). It used to be called ”Lao Dang's Farmhouse Cuisine.” The guesthouse offers both cave-style rooms and standard rooms. Currently, the cave-style rooms don't have air conditioning, but it doesn't seem to matter much, as the temperature difference between day and night is quite significant, and it's not cold at night. The guesthouse has a large courtyard (I really like guesthouses with courtyards), parking is very convenient, and a self-service car wash is available.

Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation; there was no unpleasant odor upon entering. The sheets and duvet covers were disinfected and felt fresh to the touch. The toiletries were of high quality, and the hot water supply was consistent and uninterrupted. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The room service was friendly, the check-out process was quick, and the value for money was exceptional. The room is not big, but it is hygienic and has basic facilities. It is right opposite the train station. It is very convenient to take the train at night. It is better not to ask for a room of 120 a night. However, the air conditioner leaked within an hour after moving in. , all our bags got wet, and we temporarily changed rooms. We only stayed for three hours in total, and then took the train. We temporarily rented a house opposite the train station just to have a good rest. After all this time, why should we rest? .
